Ive used World Appliance on a few occasions and theyve always come through. We have an LG refrigerator that had unfortunately become maintenance-intensive, and WA has provided parts for a new compressor, checked our water line, provided new door springs and unlocked a water line with smudge. They also replaced filter and unlocked an air vent in the freezer drawer. The most recent technician we were lucky to get was Eric, and he fixed up our LG fridge in less than 2 hours. My wife was very happy the fridge was working again, and as we all know----Happy Wife, Happy Life! Thanks, Eric and I highly recommend World Appliance.

Great customer service and they had the part in stock. Just beware that you can find the same parts for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Paid $60.00 for a capacitor that is selling on Amazon for $16.00. Although, when its 112 degrees outside, the price is inconsequential.

I had my dishwasher fixed they took me for a ride, instead of removing the olive pit and let the machine continue working, they took the filter away, cleaned it, install it back, scratch my kitchen wood floor and charged me 250$. Stay away, do not do any business with them.

I go here bc of the convenience. I never know what Ill need until I open up my messed up appliance. I go here bc its close to my home, but the prices are high. Next time Ill reach for appliance stores around my area before committing on fixing anything. Good store but damn, those prices!

Nice to have a old school store that can find the part you need. They were able to look up a idler pulley I needed for an Maytag dryer that had the model/serial no. tag removed. Great service and a good price.

I have used this company 3 times. Once for part and twice for service and repair. Ive had excellent experience with them.Service techs are highly knowledgeable and punctual. Their prices are fair and they make sure you make an informed decision, advantages to you if you authorize the repair

I brought in a relay that I needed to replace, they sold me a part that they said would work but was different from the relay that I brought in. The part didn’t work and they would not return the part. It also charged 3x what the part cost off amazon for next day delivery.

DONT DO BUSINESS HERE! CHEAPER TO BUY DIRECTLY OFF THE INTERNET FROM THE SAME VENDORS THEY BUY YOUR PARTS FROM. I needed parts and the person here was nice and helpful me on what I needed. I brought up concerns about if the parts would be correct and what would be needed. He says yes they are needed and correct parts. Placed order with him and I was taken back with their prices. From my previous internet searches, they are more than what others charge total for parts, shipping and taxes. I was expecting to save 8 to 12 bucks on shipping coming here. But since I was here and only going to cost me a few dollars more total, I placed a order and he said they would call as soon as it comes in 1 to 3 days. A week later and no phone calls, my wife stopped in to see if parts came in. Salesperson says the came in days ago. Thanks for the ASAP phone call. Now I find out there are more parts needed and they come in a kit which includes the parts already purchased and the other needed parts are unavailable individually. Also one of the seals I purchased that he recommended was not needed. It is not even part of that portion of the pump, you dont open that section. I asked if I could order the complete needed kit and return the others parts that are still in there unopened sealed packages/bags. THERE IS A NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY. This is information that should have been explained before making any purchases, especially when he recommends parts needed! He also says I should have brought the pump in so they can verify was is needed. What the hell! He should have told to bring in the pump if he had concerns. Then he quoted me a price for the kit that is 40% higher than what I have found on the Internet. He says it is a tough item to get and he names off his 3 vendors he only deals with. I was surprised to find those are the same internet companies I have found that yourself can buy directly from and cheaper and same wait time. He just places the same order as you would, but charges you much more. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THERE IS NO NEED TO SHOP HERE, SAVINGS AND NO RETURN POLICY AS WITH INTERNET COMPANIES.

I had these guys out twice to fix a non-functioning ice maker. The ice maker stopped working - improper installation, and they cant come fix it now. They wont work in the Antelope Valley saying they let that worker go. Probably was worth letting the guy go, but Im out over $600 and still dont have a working ice maker. At this point, I think Ill go to Lowes and try it myself or get a new fridge. So frustrated.
