Id booked an appointment in advance over the phone. Went in for my appointment. She looked me up and down and refused me service on the spot, for absolutely no reason. I was so shocked that I just stood there with my mouth open. Without asking me my name or who I was or checking her calendar, she told me that she would not see me today, despite me showing her my call log indicating when Id booked the appointment. She said she was seeing two other ladies instead (neither of whom were even there). On her Yelp page, some have suggested that she has racist tendencies and will refuse service based on looks - I cannot speak to this and wouldnt like to accuse without knowing the reason, but it was extremely strange and she absolutely ruined my plans for the only day I had off work.
