Pam does nails nice but just basic colors. I dont know what they are called expert designs when they dont even ask if you want a design. I feel that they just what you in and out fast. Also no one greats you when you walk in theres no reception or anything. Its just awkward when arriving.

I very rarely write a negative review, however this time I really feel that people should be discouraged to go to this salon. 1st time I went Pam was incredibly nice and told me we want to make our customers happy and always come back . 2nd time the lady I saw removed my gel, put a different colour under the colour I wanted. I was not happy about this so she drilled the gel of again and applied original one. At the time the lady went through 2 brushed as the polish was not going on as it should. That evening I noticed that the gel was tacky and getting dents in it. I went back the next day and Pam told me that this was my fault as I hadnt put my hands under the UV light correctly, no apologies, nothing simply blaming me. The gel was drilled off again and by this time my nails were completely ruined. I had to have acrylics at this point, which I had done at another salon, unfortunately they were too thick. So I thought I would try one last time. Pam said I had to have a full set when all I wanted was to have the acrylic made thiner and a new gel applied. Pam proceeded to incredibly rude, telling me that I thought I knew better and I obviously didnt believe her. One of the ladys that worked there could not understand why she was insisting that I have a full set either . When I went to pay I was informed that I had to pay extra than the normal fee of a colour change. One of the nails broke 2 weeks later (I caught it when moving furniture, not any fault of the salon.) So I made an appointment to have it fixed. She had obviously told Henry to do a minimal fix as only a very thin layer of acrylic was applied. When finished I went to make an appointment to have a full set done the following week, she then told me that I had to pay again to have the nail fixed. When I asked why she told me that as the acrylics were not done at her salon and she wanted the extra money as she had to pay rent! I told her that I would not be returning as she had been very rude the last time I came and yet again today. She basically went on to be rather obnoxious to be honest. If you want someone to great you at the door and good service DO NOT go to this salon, it truly is a waste of your time and money. If I could give zero stars I would

I always get great service, they never rush through my appointments and my polish lasts a long time!

I got my nails done by Pam, absolutely in love with them. At first I was a bit scriptural about doing a new shape, but she did so well, love this place!!!

Love their nail artist. Dont recommend getting pedicures here though. One girl does a pretty bad job thats why I had to switch shops.
