I fell in love with this place!! I just walked in and Kevin greeted me with a friendly attitude. I told him what I wanted and I wanted Lee since people left great reviews about her. Lee did an outstanding job and loved her customer service!!! Lee and Kevin are extremely friendly!!! I’m going to definitely come back to this place!!! Everyone else was super friendly too and very welcoming. I definitely will agree with everyone, Lee is amazing

The experience was horrible..The nail techs were nice but they rush your service there. Asked for a coffin shape and got shirt squared nails and the paint job looks like a 6 year old did it.Clumpy paint job, the edges are not even painted, no 2nd coat on some nails

I havent even had my nails a week, cracking and falling apart! There not even all different shapes and sizes. Horribly done! The man was RUDE and kept getting mad at me and shaking my hands. Then he told me how good of a job he did and it was really hard work...it took him over 2 hour, on top of that he cut me multiple times where i was bleeding, and filed my nails so much where it was burning. Very very disappointed

My sisters and I have gone here for 1 year. We liked it cause we are young and broke and its cheap. That was the only reason they have always been unsanitary and ride. Recently theyre dreadful service has outweighed the low prices (however they recently raised the prices). I went in to simply fix my broken nail and the owners wife tells me that my color is not from this place. I said it is and found it. She then for the entire process of fixing my nail spoke in a different language to every one talking about me. I had told her if shes talking about me to speak english... She said this is not the color and how I didnt get my color from here. I told her she is starting to insult me by calling me a liar that it is my color but my color has slightly faded in the week since I got them done. And she told me well she knows every color in the business and I did not get my color from here. I told her to just do it and when its right shell apologize. Ended up being that I was right she even charged me for the service. Before I left I asked for an apology. She refused and responded with I never apologize.If you are broke like me and need a cheap place to go then so be it. But youll get the service you pay for. Reused paper towels, unsanitary equipment, and disgusting service. I learned my lesson. Now Ill pay the extra 10 bucks and go someone worthy.

I wish I wouldve read the reviews before I was sitting there with my toes in the water. Unsanitary place. They dont use bags so you soak your feet where who knows how many other people have. Plus they use the same tools theyve been using. They dont clean them or anything. They dont cut your cuticles or clean out dead skin. I basically just paid to get my nails cut and painted. The only plus is that its $15 for a pedicure, but with the service received I think thats overpayment.

It was awsome ran into Mac 10 eating lunch alone cool as ever gave him my business card and we rolled on !!!!

Worst place. I went in with my cousin, I was only going to do a fill and a change of color for my acrylic. I originally had gotten them in Highland park. They were nice and thin and looked like my nails. I went in and right away he took my nail off without even asking. Even though I had told him that I only wanted a fill. He told me that they did them really bad over at highland park. But not even one fell. So he charged me 28 in total plus 5 for taking them off. And to top it off he made them too square and looking fake. Ive never complained about a nail place until I came here. Id prefer to go to Todds salon or US nails.

Ive given this place a few chances. They seem to rush through their services and not do quality work. Seems like they are more focused on how many customers they can get in, instead of quality of service

Terrible customer service.I called at 6:10 to ask if I can come in to do my nails and they said they had someone available. I waited 20 min. and they close at 7pm. I had asked to do acrylic nails with gel polish. The guy was doing an okay job. He burned my finger a couple times with the nail filer. Then when it was time to put the polish I had to get up and go to another table... very inconvenient. By now its already 7:05 and now they are rushing. The lady didnt let my nails dry properly. When I got home I noticed 4 of my nails the polish was smeared. Gel nail polish isnt suppose to do that if it left under the light for the correct amount of time. I went back the next morning and the lady was VERY RUDE. She kept basically trying to say it was my fault. She tried to convince me that 2 of the nails didnt need to be fixed I told her that I didnt pay to have my nails look like this. She gave me a dirty look and kept doing her job. Never go to this place no matter what you hear. Yes its cheap but terrible service.

First time coming to this place. I love it already, EVERYONE here is so happy and nice! Makes for a nice experience. The prices are great too!!! I will be coming back!

My sister likes coming here because they do designs on full sets for cheap. I dont like this place because of the customer service. I came in with my sister and her friend, they both had appointments, I asked if they could do a manicure for me since there was no one waiting. They told me no, they dont have time. I find it ridiculous to turn down a customer, especially when Im the one that would have paid for all three.

Price is right! They have great service. I come from Castaic to go there.

This place usually has great prices...except when they upcharge u without telling you first. And thats the only reason it gets 2 stars. But the service is almost always horrible. Theyre rude and rush threw ur nails and they never turn out right. I put up with this service for a while because of the prices on acrilics but after my last experiance, i will never go here again. Trust me, save ur time and just go somewhere else. This place sucks!!

Their service to customer’s nails are great and fairly priced.

My acrylics were done horribly, they were too small, and fell off after a couple days. I made an appointment and wasnt taken in for 30 minutes. Id give it no stars if I could.
