The worst nail spa ever, I took an appointment and they confirmed it by phone, I reached on time waited 45 minutes no one come to serve me they are rude impolite specially the one working on acrylic nail her name is Joyce had a very bad attitude she came to fix one of the nail she applied a different color with pink shade while the remaining were natural color she left it without trimming and go to work with other customer. The manager unprofessional and keep lying instead of managing and taking an action or at least apologize for the bad behavior of his employees.dont waist your money and your time.

I have been going here for years. It saddens me to have to write this. I wore my new Tory Burch sandals in (only worn twice). They were spotless during my arrival. After my pedicure they went to put them back on my feet and I immediately noticed stains. This must have happened by some of the pedicure products splashing on them. They tried in house to fix them by washing them, drying them, applying baby powder, etc. but once it became apparent the stains were not coming out I was basically told too bad and that they would not replace them. They called a manager who refused to fix the problem. No one should worry at a business that if a mistake like this happens they would not rectify it. I’ve included pics below.

76$ + tip down the drain! 2 mani/pedis ladies argued about having to do my nails after my pedi. She told the receptionist I have a baby at home. Well guess what? My sister & I also have babies at home and we NEVER get to go out and do this so the least they could have done was put in some effort and do a decent job. My toes are okay, but my sisters are horrendous, and both our nails are awful. Such a disappointing waste of money. And we came because of the good reviews! Would not reccomend and will never go back.

So u decided to try this place out since I have gone to the Stevenson Ranch location, I was able to get a same day appointment and I asked for someone who is great with polish. Im greatly disappointed, I had to ask my tech 3x to fix my nail and even after she fixed it, it didnt seem to make a difference. It was a decent gel manicure, not the best but not the worst.

Very NOT PROFESSIONAL starting with the manager and ending with the employees.JOYCE is very rude and has bad attitude with customers.A total waist of time and money !!! Will not recommend to family and friends and will never be back again.

Excellent!! Joyce is the best nail tech Ive found since moving to CA 7 mos ago! Tina gives AMAZING pedicures. I couldnt be happier.

So I went on Sunday and I got a mani pedi and there were two different people working on me. The two people were talking and then the lady would sometimes like hit the other guy. My nails are already chipping and I got jel in my fingers and they are bubbling. # never going back # staying at my og place accent

This is the very best nail salon in town, or perhaps in any town. This is one very clean and inviting salon who does more than just nails. Melonie is the owner and she does all of my permanent makeup as well! I would never allow another makeup artist to attempt permanent makeup on me!

Was treated so great and I was a walk in, no waiting time..They were all so pleasant..Vivian is just wonderful and makes sure you are comfortable..also does a great job. Cant wait to go back again.Feels like home❤❤❤

Literally, I cant brag about this place enough. If youre a stickler about a good job with your manicures like I am, youd appreciate this place. I dont remember the girls name that did my nails, but she promised that all of the nail technicians available would do just as swell of a job as she did. Like, I mean... Im telling you. Ive never had someone do such a great job.I went in on my lunch break. I only had about 45 minutes to spare before I had to be back working again. They had a tad of a wait, but I asked how long it would be and if Id be waiting long. They told me no and that I wouldnt be more than 45 minutes if I did gels. I hadnt ever done gels before, so I didnt actually know what to expect. My nail technician was literally heaven sent. She figured out the perfect shade of gel polish to put on me just by the color Id described. I wanted a dusty lavender gray and she nailed it. She was easy to communicate with, but not only that, I found myself telling her all about my relationship issues lol, and I neverrr do that. Also, she literally sat with each of my fingers and held them in front of her and away from her and really tried to perfect each and every nail. I felt so special. My hands came out looking so amaizngly, wonderfully good. Im always one to complain. I couldnt even come up with one negative thing about this place. SOO good. With all of the extra care she gave me, I was STILL in and out that place well within 45 minutes. I think I even went to grab something to eat afterwards. When I went to compliment the nail technician on what a marvelous job shed done, she tried to turn the compliment around on me, and said that, No it was you! Youve got great nail beds! Like, how awesome does someone have to be to try to make ME feel good for doing a great manicure, like I just sat there. So incredibly great. OMG. Five stars.
