Very great service my boyfriend and I had pedicures. It was a comfortable clean place with friendly workers.

Went to organic nail salon spa with four people and our pedicures were fine but our manicures were horrible. We got the dip powder and acrylics. And our dip powder is literally starting to come off like 3 days later. And when I asked her if we could do acrylic powder to where they do it like acrylics she looked at me like I was retarded. When I have gotten them done before at many different salons. I would not suggest going here whatsoever because they do such a bad job.

Well they rushed while my daughter and I got our pedicures. Sad thing was there was nobody waiting. They rushed so bad with my daughter they didnt even get a great job. Pretty disappointed.

I came in for a full set and a pedicure. I almost walked out paying $100! This place is expensive and they try to get you. I asked for regular white acyrlics and she charged me $60. She used the excuse that it was because I asked for an almond shape, they came out nice but its definitely not worth $60. Then when I asked how much a regular pedicure is without gel, she said $30, I could get them done for cheaper anywhere else. Its a nice clean place but too expensive and I hate when they rip you off. Wont bw going back

Its just very fun to visit this place, they are known for nail designs. And it is true, very satisfy with my nails. Everyone was very nice and helpful in giving me advices and suggestions for a perfect design. Definitely coming back with some friends.

Loved this place! I came here to have my nails done for my wedding and they were very patient giving me exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job. Great service, always impressive work, and super sweet people. You wont find better!!

Refresh never lets us down .They are so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They have great suggestions and tell you straight up when something wont look good or work for your nail type. And most importantly, the ladies who work there are super sweet and cheerful.

Usually this place is good but the wait is very long at times and you need to clarify what you want Id say a couple times as this last time I went I specified no gel nails and they gave me a gel manicure anyway which I ended up having to pay for. If you go on a slow day in the morning I think youll be okay

Anthony did a great job on my nails. He paid attention to details and took his time. The place is very clean and there is a nice variety of nationalities that come in there. Their prices are reasonable too. The only reason I deducted a star was because I got the gel nails done 4 days ago and two of them have already chipped. A gel manicure usually last me at least 2 full weeks.

I thought that the women who worked there were the nicest that I’ve ever encountered at a nail place in my life but when she was shaping my cuticles she cut into my skin causing me to bleed a fair amount on both hands. The skin doesn’t look even on my hands at all so if I’m rating it based on the outcome of my nails it has to be a lower rating. I would rate it high if it were based on how nice the employees were.

First time get a pedicure. Was amazing very nice they explained it the best they could to a newbie and left feeling as though a have New feet and hands. Absolutely awesome.

Came in as a walk in. Three people working, people waiting for over an hour. My lady was good, my nails are fine but she even didnt do my pedi correctly. Will continue to go back to SB. Cant find a place that doesnt use drills. The lady in charge is in the back and doing nothing.

I have been here multiple times and at first they were nice and the nails looked good. I stopped coming here because some of the staff was rude and the nails looked rushed even part of my nails were not completely painted. I came here for acrylics for the first time after not being here for awhile and she filed down a lot of my skin to the point where I got deep cuts. The lady who started my nails pointed to my face right away and had the audacity to ask what was wrong with my face. During getting my nails done they switched ladies and the second one was a lot nicer and painted my nails and had them and front of a fan. The first lady told me to move while letting them dry and scolded me while getting my nails done because I accidentally moved she knew she was filing my skin and that I was bleeding but insisted on continuing being rough.

Love them! They are super friendly! Going come back next month!

Don’t waste your time going here. The service is poor and they take forever to get to you even if you had an appointment. The lady told me to be there at 4:30 when I wanted a 5 o’clock appointment. I was there at 4:30 and they had me waiting around for an hour before I decided to get up and leave. Please spend your money somewhere else!

Ive been going to Luc & Heidi for over 15 years...Best Pedicure ever!

This was my first visit to this location. I went in for a gel manicure and basic pedicure. The place was clean and the staff is very friendly. I was offered complementary tea or water while I waited. During my mani-pedi, I was being asked to upgrade my services. I felt pressured and said no a couple of times before giving in and saying yes just because they wouldnt drop it. I understand I am paying for a service, but when a customer politely says no to an offer, it should end there. My pedicure is holding up nicely. However, my gel polish is already lifting and peeling. It has only been 4 days. Typically, my polish lasts just shy of two weeks. I am a little disappointed because the reveiws about this place were so promising. The pricing for a gel manicure is $30- which is pretty fair. Who knows? My experience may have just been an off chance. Make sure you call ahead as this location is by appointment only.

The young man Tyler that is currently doing my nails has to be the best. He is a perfectionist.

First few times that I came here was good and those were all walk ins. I just get basic acrylics and I was pleased with them. However, the past two times I’ve come I’ve specifically made an appt and somehow end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time to the point where I should’ve walked out the door. Last time I waited 45 mins and I had an appt and this time I’m sitting here waiting and I had an appt at 4 and it’s currently 4:23 and I’m still waiting. So word of advice, don’t come here at all and if you do, do a walk in Bc apprently they prioritize walk ins here even if they have an appt shortly after a walk in comes in 🙃

I felt rushed. 2 steps.were skipped. The girl cut my nails so short it was painful.they added glitter when i didnt ask for it. Hit or miss here😶😕
