AMAZING...our carpet was poorly installed and we had waves in almost every room. CBC was recommended to us and their prices were reasonable and the work was impeccable. When i spoke to the office, the staff was super friendly and responsive to all my questions. It was a pleasure speaking with the staff in setting up an appointment. Gordon was professional and kind. He explained things and educated us on things we were not aware of when it came to the bad install we had from a different company. My carpet looks brand new again. I found CBC Cleaning and Restoration through Google and Yelp, and with all the positive reviews, I had to reach out! I called in about 2 months before I planned on having the service done as I wanted to get a quote ahead of time. I planned on getting our carpet cleaned as well as the tile & grout cleaned when I started my maternity leave in preparation for our new arrival. Amy was very helpful with providing a quote, and even followed up with text which was very convenient! Gordon (the owner) came out to my house to measure, check out the grout repairs needed, and walk me through the process. Once that was done, I ended up booking my appointment. There were 3 workers that came to my house the day of the cleaning - Gordon, Evan and Pedro. They were all in uniform and very nice! They quickly got to work and I am amazed by the results! Our tile is not smooth, so dirt gets trapped very easily (especially with 2 large dogs) - but it’s now sparking clean! Gordon even repaired the carpet on the stair landing for me after our naughty puppy ruined it. He guided me through grout repairs and left grout for any other mishaps in the future. I will be calling CBC again when we need anything because they are very trustworthy and worth it!

Outstanding Company!Our Techs arrived on time, clean, Shiny, and ready to work! Their van and equipment was immaculate.They introduced themselves, thoroughly went over the work order with us inspecting the work to be done (Tile and Grout).The wife decided to add cleaning the bathroom vanity at the last minute and no problem, for a little more the tile and grout counter was cleaned as well.They got set up quickly, sprayed down a pretreat solution that I thought smelled great. (Not some stinky stuff.)We were amazed how in one pass their high pressure cleaner head transformed our chiseled edged tile and recessed epoxy grout to like brand new appearance.We also had them apply sealer to our hall bathroom grout and the tile/grouted counter top.We are so pleased we want to have them come back next October to clean our floors for the holiday season.I cant recommend them highly enough! I told our Daughter-In-Law she should recommend them for her Real Estate clients.Professional, Friendly, Clean, Prompt, Very Thorough!OH! And a Senior Discount as well. Thanks CBC! You are the BEST!

CBC is incredible. I was a bit worried when they told me about the minimum charge as I felt it opened the door to higher costs. Not the case!!! They did a great job on what I needed for a very fair price and even helped and made suggestions for another project I was thinking about. The gentleman was so polite and proud of his work, he took his time and did an excellent job. Great value and very trustworthy. CBC is a carpet lifesaver! They are worth their weight in gold! Their people are miracle workers on our carpet that was damaged by another carpet cleaning company in the Santa Clarita Valley!I had tenants in the home for three years. As a part of vacating the property, they had another carpet cleaning company come in to clean the carpet. The first company damaged the carpet somehow and caused browning on off white carpet. The first company called in a self-proclaimed expert who could correct the problem. This expert as they called him was there for six days in a row cleaning the carpet and the stains were still evident in every single room. Once the home was returned to me, I immediately had them cease cleaning the carpet and contacted CBC to come in and see if they could salvage the carpet. Additionally, the carpet was left lumpy in one area due to the excessive cleaning.CBC ran an analysis on the carpet to determine the cleaning solutions that were used on the carpet (the other company has yet to provide me with a chemical safety data sheet showing me what was used on the carpet, after two requests in writing). CBC came in to stretch the carpet one day. The second day they cleaned and color corrected the carpet.I am thrilled to say that the carpet looks new again! I highly recommend them to clean your carpet and your tile floors. Buy yourself peace of mind!

I hired CBC to remove mold in the kitchen. After CBC successfully completed the job, we found a huge mold area right there, where CBC was pretending to work. A good company would simply admit the fault and apologize to a client. Not CBC! They choose the typical scam artists strategy - lying, threatening and lying again.Beware!!!!!!!
