This was the 3rd time my family and I used Pristine Carpet Cleaning, and let me say, 20/10 every time. He goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best result, and the biggest bang for your buck. He was very honest about what may or may not work, and educates you along the way. He spent hours cleaning the carpets on our home, and was so courteous and kind the entire time. Not only that, I was cleaning something myself, and he went out of his way to help me, providing me with gloves, a tool and letting me use some of his cleaning solution to help me get it cleaned!! This review is long overdue. Ive used Pristine Carpet Cleaning twice now (once last December and most recently end of July) and they have been great both times! Sam is very professional and friendly and gives excellent service. I had to have our couch cleaned twice now, and Sams cleaning job has been outstanding each time. I have 2 kids so you can imagine what our couch goes through. The stains and odors were gone, and there were no chemical smells at all after the cleaning. I highly recommend Prestine Carpet Cleaning. I had a fantastic experience today with Pristine Carpet Cleaning. I did some quick research online to find a local small business to clean my carpets after a recent flea infestation and discovered a bunch of five-star rave reviews for PCC, located just over a mile away from my home. I called the number on their website and was introduced to Sam, who was kind, patient and diligent in his responses to my questions and quote request. After hammering out a few details, we scheduled an appointment for Sam to come over and work his magic. He showed up promptly, with a smile (partially hidden by his COVID-19 mask), and helped me move a few items out of the way so he could start working. In a few short hours, he had thoroughly washed the carpets in three bedrooms, a main hallway and our living room, along with three pieces of furniture that were begging for a good cleaning. Sam also took the time to show me how things were progressing as he worked, pointing out any abnormalities or things to look for once he left. I cannot stress how pleased I am with the job he did, and all for a very competitive price that he was kind enough to work with me on after requesting multiple different services.
