I have used Big Red in the past for carpeting, but I finally decided to use them to clean my downstairs tile and grout flooring. I’m amazed at how clean they were able to get my tile and grout!! It looks so beautiful. I’m completely satisfied with the cost and overall job they did and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.

First-time customer. We had an excellent experience. Easy to talk with them, get an estimate and book an appointment. The carpet, which is more than 15 years old, looks amazing, as close to new as possible. Owner Steve was here part of the time and was extremely professional, pleasant and conscientious, as was Robert. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to use them again and definitely recommend them.

PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! First appointment Steve (the owner) showed up over ONE HOUR late after he texted to say, he would be 30 minutes late. When I told him that an hour late caused a conflict with another commitment and we would have to reschedule he HUFFED (yes, huffed).That should have been a sign NOT to hire him. He ruined a $1000k area rug…Did not test an area to ensure there would be no discoloration from the harsh chemicals and more importantly, DID NOT FOLLOW STATE GUIDELINES with respect to wearing a mask AFTER I requested that he put one on while in my house. All caught on my security cameras. The following day I emailed Steve and Jan. Steve told me that “he didn’t have time to deal with this right now” (really like I did?). Now we are going to have to litigate as they REFUSED to take any sort of accountability or responsibility for the damage they caused to the rug and bed. I was forced to spend over $400 with a carpet restorations company (whom subsequently confirmed it was disclosure from the harsh chemicals used) to save the rug. Big Read challenged me to take them to court, which we are moving forward with a small claims action as they can’t dispute security cameras in our house or the testimony from the carpet repair company.

We have used Big Red for over 15 years & they have an amazing team, especially Robert! Steve is the owner & has excellent service every time-Big Red is our go to.

My three year old carpets looked sad. With two young children, one old sick cat and one old sick dog, we have lots of stains. I get the carpets cleaned annually but many stains didnt come out with the other companies I used. We also had grease stains and colored popsicle stains, you name it. This year I asked my mom (mom knows best!) and she recommended Big Red. Well, this company is so much better than any of the other cleaners I have used, it is like night and day. It was easy and quick to set up an appointment and Steve came out and lifted all the stains like magic, even stains which had been left behind by other companies. Then Steve gave me some advice on how to manage stains in between cleanings. Even my husband who doesnt generally notice things like carpet stains thought they looked brand new. The price was very reasonable as well. Ill never, never use any other company again. Big Red simply offers a vastly superior cleaning. Thank you so much to Big Red!!

We have used Big Red, for many many years.Ive never had anything but top notch service. I have referred them often and will continue to do so. Another thing that speaks volumes is how long Steves staff has been with him. No turnovers here. A good Family business in a good family community. Give them a try. Youll not be disappointed.

We just had our carpet cleaned by Big Red carpet and it came out amazing! I cant say enough good things about their professionalism and care. The owner came out to inspect the carpet because I was testing it for cleaning with their company before deciding on replacing the carpet. He told me that he was pretty confident that he could get the stains out and I I didnt fully believe him. We tested two areas with different kinds of stains, one area was the hallway with lots of foot traffic, paint spills, candy stuck in carpet, dry Play-Doh, Etc. I have small kids and they have been painting since they were little so we have a lot of art supplies that gets filled all over the place. The other area was where I had makeup spills, Foundation rubbed into the carpet by my baby at one point, nail polish spill, and even a still from a shampoo that got soaked into the carpet and was about three years old. We also had done painting in one room and had drips of paint earring there that were permanently stuck in the carpet. I couldnt believe that this company would get all my stains out and restore my carpet but they did!Thats why Im writing such a long review because I want to recommend big red to anyone who is thinking about carpet replacement. Its really worth giving them a try! They pretty much have a cleaner or remover for every kind of stain and they are so meticulous and detailed about how they work. They restored my carpet back to what it looked like originally and it took them a long day of work but its saved me thousands on having to replace carpet.This is the best carpet cleaning company ever! I highly recommend them. The owner treat you like family. They are also very careful about not getting the house dirty, they have special Clips with velcro that they put on the staircase so that their hoses dont touch the walls.We didnt smell any chemical smell. We just did it in December and the carpet dried within a couple of days of keeping normal home temperature.Try Big Red before you decide to replace your carpet! You would be surprised at the results!

The service was fast and professional, and the price was reasonable. I have used them on numerous occasions.

If I could give zero stars I would. While the outcome was favorable on our carpet, the rest of the service from Big Red left much to be desired. Totally unprofessional individuals, were over an hour late...left a burn mark on our grass, laid tools and equipment on our fabric loveseat without a drop cloth, left multiple chips in our baseboards (requiring repainting) and damaged brand new vinyl flooring tiles that had to be replaced. Considering calling credit card company to see if we have any recourse in getting our money back or at least enough to cover damages.

Great job, courteous, friendly and reasonable. What more could I ask for?

My kid had used a red crayola washable marker to make art on our cream colored formal chair. I tried all the internet tips I could to get it out, but with no success. Saw good reviews on Big Red, and gave them a call. Spoke with the owner who came out the same day and not only got all the red marker out of the chair, but made it look practically new...all for a very reasonable price. He even told me if he wasnt successful in removing it that he would lower my bill even more! Definately will use again for our next art project.
