I pay $35 a month to come here as often as I want with a deluxe package. It is one of the better deals for any type of service in the SCV. The staff here you wont normally interact with, but when you do they are conscientious, smiling, friendly, and over the top helpful.My car always gets a wonderful cleaning and there are usually enough slots to pull up and dry and vacuum. If the slots are taken, they put an employee outside that directs you to the most recent open slot. It is a good system and works well.For getting a quick car wash, you couldnt ask for a better place. Worth every penny!

I washed my own car for years but have been too busy lately. For ten bucks it was so quick and easy. Definitely coming here more often

Great pricing, love the free vacuums at the end. Given that I have small kids and can quickly vacuum crumbs and car seats, that might be worth the price all on its own!I did see many other patrons with towels to wipe down any remaining water at the end of the wash, which I will do next time to avoid spots. I also went early in the morning and avoided a line; I took my husband’s car later and decided against stopping because the line was probably 5-6 cars deep and I didn’t want to wait.We will definitely be back!

I drove through this car wash yesterday and something was stuck to the washing pads and damaged my freshly painted vehicle.An employee took a damage report and did not address any of my concerns. They did document the damage.They did not stop the wash and inspect the equipment or look for cause of damage. No other vehicles were inspected. No sorry for the damage. Just a generic few questions. I brought up several concerns, and the employee said dont worry we have insurance for this or the dent king guy will fix it.The next day they denied my claim with very generic email.If you value your vehicle, please choose a more professional business.I asked for the upper management contact info in a reply email with no return.I will be providing pictures of the damage on other reviews such as Yelp.Followed up with the manager Bill on March 8, 2021. Bill denied this damage could have happened at his car wash. I asked him why, and his responses were generic as the email prior. His investigation led him to believe that it didnt happen. When pushed further, he simply said his investigation.Bill said if something were to be stuck on the brushes, it would have damaged every car. When I asked him if it could have hit my car and dislodged from the brush, he said that could not have happened. I told Bill that the employee that took the report never stopped machine and inspected the equipment, ground for loose debris, or addition vehicles for damage. Bill responded with I dont think it happened here.I asked Bill if I could have the contact information for the owner, and he responded Im pretty much the owner. Bill then said he would forward the information to someone in Idaho. Very unprofessional and unfortunately this will have to be resolved in small claims.I strongly suggest Soapy Suds on the Old Road. There management act more professional and the service and price is similar.It is very obvious that this same issue has happened several times at this location. I do understand that some people make false claims of damage that was not caused by their equipment; however, Bill’s “investigation” did not address ANY of the concerns that I brought up when the initial damage report was completed. It was clear that Bill has a rubber stamped investigation to try to sift out the false claims. Bill was sent an email on March 8, 2021, with my request for a true owner to contact me. This review will be updated with the conclusion.

This is the BEST drive through style car wash you will find. The personnel are spectacular, the car wash is extremely effective, the driers do a great job - and my favorite - the tire wash & blackening portion. The tires look fantastic. You simply wipe the slight brush marks from the rims and youre showroom ready!!Also, the vacuums are super effective and very well maintained.

Dapper Dans always has friendly staff, provides a quality wash for a competitive price and they are really quick. Even though this is a bit out of my way, from where I live, this is the only place I get my car washed..

Wow....let me tell you all something, not only will your car be cleaned, youll get a light show with your service! Probably the best place to take your kids cause the lights alone are the price of admission! The clean car is a plus too haha.

Dapper Dan’s has become our go-to car wash in SCV. It’s close to our home and has a membership. It would be a five star, broke sometimes they don’t open all of their lanes win paying so there is a ridiculous wait to get in. Also, the vacuum area gets congested making it hard to get in and out. However, the vacuum issue is outside of DD’s control. It’s the space that limits them.Like all things that are done well, their prices keep inching up. While the monthly membership has stayed pretty static, their one-time car wash just went up again.Good car wash but might be too expensive for me in the near future. We’ll see.

The wash is sup par never waste your money on the waxing I can assure you it does nothing...and also watch out for scratches didnt even try to report it after reading previous reviews from people who have talked to management. They do have good vacuums though and all in all your car does come out looking pretty clean

This car wash has been damaging multiple vehicles with their faulty equipment and has been noted on many forms .My vehicle was damaged and it’s gonna cost me over $500 to repair. Spoke to the manager today they only ordered me an aftermarket weatherstripping and I am responsible for the rest. (Do yourself a favor and go to Canyon country car wash highly recommended they stand by their work and equipment)

Ive gone through here a few times, because the location is so convenient. But even with the top tier wash, Ive never had a completely clean windshield, and theres always soap left over that messes up my side mirrors. Bottom line, I guess its better than nothing.

After the wash there were tar spots and I told this guy name Bill and he was rude. Told me how do I know it’s not there before hand? Instead of taking nicely he is insinuating it’s my fault. Horrible attitude. Not coming back anymore. I know I’m just one customer but I don’t need to be him to be rude to me.

Purchased the premium wash and ended up running my truck through two times to remove the bird droppings off my windshield. The second time around, the attendant added the buff and shine, which smeared the remaining droppings all over my windshield. I had to get out and physically scrape the droppinga off with a rag, elbow grease, and a little spit. I drove around a third time and asked them to run it through again to get the smeared feces off of my windshield from the smearing the buff and shine left. The manager refused, stating that they only cover one additional run through and I would have to be responsible for the additional wash, even though that secondary wash smearing was caused by them. Long story short, if your car is anything more than dusty, this wash will only rinse, even with the top tier wash. Next time, Ill just go to a Shell gas station wash and receive a discount on my fuel.

There automation service is quick there is always a line but moves fast. Got my car looking new and they have a self service vacuum area where you can wipe down the car and finish up your detail.

My brand new 2020 Lincoln was severely scratched by this car wash Dapper Dan’s Valencia what a mistake going here. I recommend anybody to take pictures of their vehicle before entering this car wash. Inspect your vehicle right after. Document all damage and pursue this company and court. There is so many complaints against this car wash. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before.

Great business model of subscription car washing. Unlike gas station car washers which are always broken or not spraying soap/water well, this place always is maintained well and everything works perfectly within the washer.

Fantastic place to go on weekdays. AVOID ON WEEKENDS!I usually go weekdays and I love that my kids can help clean up the back of our vehicles.I randomly popped on a Sunday afternoon and found out the hard way (after I paid) that it’s a madhouse on weekends with no clarity on there being a line for the vacuums. They did give me a card to come back tomorrow to vacuum so I will remain a customer.Staff and management have been helpful. I think today’s experience of being treated like I was trying to cheat the vacuum line system I didn’t know existed was a one-off experience easily remedied by skipping the weekend madhouse.

Monthly pass pricier than other car washes. But they use quality products. Vacuum is a nice plus.Only small con is I wish the wash gave a little more time to dry. The rear of my car is always wet when it’s out.

Great when you need a quick on the go wash but still leaves the back of your car, mirrors and under carriage dirty. If you have time you can park and self dry and vaccum. Except its pretty busy on weekend mornings.

I feel like I have to buy the most expensive wash in order to have my car clean. Im sad that they raised prices so much since it started. Missed the $7 wash before. Getting too expensive for me. I get the buff and shine and it helps. I love the do-it-yourself vaccum. This helps me a lot. This place is very convenient though. I try to go when its not busy to avoid the lines. There are monthly plans but trying to avoid another monthly bill.

This place is awesome! Have had a fast pass for my car for almost 3 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The car was does a great job and the vacuums work well. I also just read a story that one off the employees made a special needs boys day/Halloween by giving him a Dapper Dans uniform for his costume. Classy people.

I love this place...you get to ride along in the car...I pretend like it is a Disneyland ride with my grandchildren, then I get them involved in the excitement of vacuuming the inside so it becomes a game who can vacuum up the most the quickest. Its the little things in life that keep it fun! Of course, we always visit the dollar store afterward so they can pick out something special for helping MeMe tidy her car.

Fast and courteous. Ive gone Dapper Dans since it opened. I was skeptical at first but I love it so much that I now avoid going to traditional car washes. I like that I can do a quick exterior wash or park and do the full interior wipe down and vacuum. I love that I dont have to sit in a waiting room with all my valuables in my lap. I keep rags in the trunk. The vacuums are powerful and always work. The staff is always friendly and helpful and seem to stay a long time. My only suggestion is to open more locations.

Tried calling to speak to an employee and it’s too difficult to even get some customers service over the phone. Then I get there and prices went up and they don’t take Apple Pay or big bills in cash lol so I try to vacuum my car without paying or using wash and I watched the staff walk around like 5 cars just to approach me like if he was scared or hesitant and then told me I can’t use the vacuum but since I’m there and if I spend a minute I’ll be okay hahaHe then walked away and disappeared and switched employees to takeHis watch command job ... she kept staring at me so I didn’t even vacuum a minute, it was more like 20 secs .... also like all places in Santa Clarita this place discriminates

This place is awesome! The staff is great, courteous, and they keep the machines clean. People are usually pretty respectful of the time they spend there which is great. Weekends can get busy, but weekdays, you can get in and out quick.

I always leave with a nice clean car and have never had any damage from the car wash. The optional Buff N Shine dries the car a bit more than just the air nozzles as well as polishing up the clear coat.

Great place for DIY car wash. I usually get the cheapest wash, but the premium wash does do a better job. If you are feeling crazy, splurge on the one with the 3-color soap. Keeps things interesting...ha!

I love this place. The staff are always so cheerful and happy to help with anyone you need. Theyll spray down your car before going through the wash and tape down any loose ends that may be hanging off your car. Extra wipers, antennas, etc. My car always comes out nice and shiny. They also offer plenty of free vacuums to use afterwards. Great price and always a great experience. I highly recommend.

This is the best car wash Ive been to, especially of this sort! I prefer quickie washes so that i may vacuum my own car, because full service washes never do a thorough job. That said, I love this place because, it has the most thorough wash of any quickie wash Ive been to and the vacuums are very powerful too, but what i appreciate most about this place is that its always CLEAN!!! I see the staff always picking up trash and cleaning off the vacuum hoses as well as the trash cans. This will be the reason, i will always come to this place to get my car washed even when i move from Santa Clarita. This is about the only thing i like about Santa Clarita. Oh, and the staff are always really nice and friendly too! :)

With the two nearby car washes, Valencia Auto spa and creekside car wash, offering their customers a horrible car wash experience along with very poor customer service, Dapper Dans is a breath of fresh air. The drive through car wash does a good job and the people who work there are always friendly. As long as this keeps up I will be going back for a long time.

One of the best car washes from an automatic machine that Ive ever had. The place is spacious, clean and conveniently located in Santa Clarita. My car looked like it was professionally hand washed and it lasted for several days.

If you keep your expectations in line and do not expect a perfect car wash, then this place is very fairly priced and its fun to go to. The cheapest car wash there runs for $6 which is fine for most people. There are vacuums that you can use at the end of the carwash to vacuum out your car yourself, but remember to bring some type of towel to dry off your car because the blowers wont get every single spec of water off of your car. Also, you can apparently ask them to tape down your license plate, which I did not do because I didnt know beforehand, but is a good thing to do because the blowers at the end or so powerful sometimes it will bend your license plate.Overall good and cheap, just keep your expectations in line as its an automated car wash.

Great carwash, decent prices. But our antenna broke during the wash and they said because the car is over 8 years old, they would not offer to help at all. Its a shame since we have 4 cars on a monthly plan, you would think just as a customer service standpoint, they would do something. We will still go, but I guess we will just have to be more careful.

Im disabled and can reach the vacuum from my seat and vacuum my whole car that way. The automated wash seems to do an ok job for automation but a hand wash will always get the small corners that will show dull using automated washers.They are right there to help make you get the wash you want when you pull up.Would be nice if they had handicap vacuum stalls to wheel around the car with more room. There is room but hoses all over in the way.

They continue to raise their prices, are often crowded and do not have vacuums and dont tell you about it. They could have fewer vacuums if they wanted too but have discontinued them

Amazing place

This is quick and inexpensive. Perfect for those with older cars who just are trying to maintain their cars. Its self serve but better han a gas station car wash. But if you want a super good car wash, maybe pay more and go somewhere else for a hand wash. This place is perfect for me though.
