DONT believe all the negative reviews! THEY ARE NOT TRUE! I have been going here for 3 years with my latest new car and have never once had an issue. The manager, the workers and my car guy, Jorge all display nothing but professionalism and ALWAYS provide exceptional service! Always friendly and willing to do anything to provide the best service! You cant go wrong with the monthly plan of $40. On occasion, i have gone 2 times in day, several times per week and still, NO issues. These guys are great! I just cant wait for them to open again to full capacity. I like the fact you can drive through yourself right now, but nothing matches the quality and time that my guy, Jorge spends on my car. Nothing but the best, all day, every day! Great job CCW!

I went today 4-18-21 to get the 49.99 deal. Excepting a good quality service which i never doubt but today wasn’t that day! I left & when i came home i noticed white/grey like spots of paint on the back end of my car. Paid good money for what?! I need my car rewash at no charge.

Never going there again !I stood there and watched as 14 cars were vacuumed and drove in to be washed ahead of mine even tho my car was in the front of the line ! All the management said was oh well they must have forgotten your car !After waiting 35 min my car was finally moved into the wash, another 40 minutes and they were done.The cleaning was sub par, windows still had spots from sitting so long without being wiped down, found a chip on my front window (that was not there before )The inside was barely wiped down !When I told the manager I wouldnt be coming back all he said was ok !

The service at Canyon car wash is bottom of the barrel. If you complain they just shrug their shoulders and say oh well. Never again will I pay to have my truck treated like trash.

I liked the place people were cool but was left unsatisfied. I took my vehicle their after my dealer doing a (detail) on it so my vehicle wasnt as dirty as you would think, so I paid 180.00 for a full detail in the interior after I took it home to load my car seat back in I noticed alot of spots that were missed and werent cleaned Ive been emailing them through their web site and have not received any messages or calls from them I em really disappointed with them . You would think they would do a better job for 180.00 dollars SMH 😒

6/17/21 Update to my review, my car was sitting there drying in the sun so I dried the outside. Then I cleaned the inside and still be here nobody came. Apparently nobody wants to work because they are getting unemployment. The manager was nice enough to come over and talk to me.The price has gone way up. The early bird with the coupon was $6.99 when I started coming 7 years ago and now its $13.99. They used to do a great job and spend a lot of time. Paid $26 for their top wash and clean. Havent been this disappointed with any service Ive ever paid for. Actual literal saltine crackers left on the center console. Was told I needed to buy a full detail... to remove crackers on the center console.Guy told me this was his best. Never again. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!

This is a great spot, good prices. My car is cleaned well everytime. I ended up getting the monthly pass/membership, because I liked it so much.

Customer service was non-existent had to get out of my car and flag someone down after waiting for 5 minutes when it was empty. Staff was rude especially the cashier. Got the “Best of the best” plus paid $10 for a power wash and they didnt even wipe down the seats or interior. There was still noticeable dirt everywhere, they didnt even move anything to clean??? Worst car wash service i’ve ever been to.

Paid for a basic wash and boy did they remind me, I was 1st in line when it opened so I took my dog on a short walk I got back to my car and it was still in the same place and 6 Other cars were being wiped down and dried. When they did wash my car they drove it and parked it and it sat there for 10 minutes while they wiped down an additional 6 cares and my car completely dried on its own nobody wiped it down and dried water spots everywhere.I spoke with the manager he looked at my car and asked what was the problem? I explained again and he said you only paid for a “basic” wash.This used to be a great place to wash your car a few years ago. Never again!

Ive been going to Canyon Car Wash since they opened. Im always so pleased at how well they clean my car inside and out, they never miss a spot right down to cleaning the door jams and perfectly spotless windows. Theyre prices are reasonable for the great service they provided. Im also impressed at how clean and well maintained they keep the property. For me its one of the best car washes around. If you havent been there and care about maintaining the appearance of your car I strongly recommend them. 👍👍👍

Always great service every time I come here. Car always gets clean in a timely matter. I like the fact that there’s an inside waiting area and outside waiting area for those days that it’s too hot to wait outside. The inside and outside are always clean. Definitely worth what you pay for!

Ive lived in Santa Clarita since 1977 and find this car wash the best. When my mats are cleaned, they look newThe wash and wax job lasts far longer than any other car wash I have,ever been to. My daughter recommended Canyon Car Wash as she brings both of her cars here all the time. I took her advice a long time ago and will continue to do in the future.

I really like coming here! I wish in the speedy car wash the workers can dry the bottom of the car and use dry towels instead of wet ones. Other than that the full service cleaning and details for the car are great. I have had a range of service cleaning packages done for my car here and I am a hapy customer!

Please do yourselves a favor and go to the car wash across the street to save money and have a cleaner car. This place is definitely for older folk that cant just do it themselves. I spent 25 dollars and half an hour only for my car to still have very obvious spots that were easily removable. Vacuum job, abysmal. The detailer sat in my front seat and looked at his phone, leaned against my car and held long conversations with people, will NOT be visiting again. Complete waste of time and money.

The main thing about Canyon Car Wash is the staff and management team. If for some reason you are not satisfied, all you need to do is address it with management. They want all of their customers to be satisfied with the service they provide. I have a monthly pass here and I get my car washed 2-3 times a week. They do a good job but I always inspect my car before leaving. I make sure everything to done to my satisfaction.The lobby is clean and cool in the summer and they sell soft drinks, cute greeting cards and specialty items. Great place to have your car washed while you relax or shop.

Very pricey. I was charged 2 extra dollars for a large car, my car wash was already $24.99. I will go back to Auto Spa in Valencia.

Drove up and saw the express detail for 44.99 so I said cool Ill do that. I have a normal truck so he said its 7 dollars for oversized even though an suv or sedan has the same washable space a truck ok fine. So he says 55 bucks. Which is 3 dollars more than he just told me. My basic car washes at other places have been better. Ill never go back.

Worst car wash Ive ever been to...Bug splatter still on my windshield... dirt all on the exterior of the car... I noticed everything on my drive home... when I parked and took a look over... I couldnt believe it. I could have gotten a better car wash driving through an automated gas station wash system.How these people did a hand wash so poorly is beyond me.On top of it all... the interior of my car now smells like B.O. and nasty sweat funk... disgusting... I understand if youre working hard and sweating... but at least have the courtesy to allocate a clean touch up crew for the end of the wash.Worst yet... I called to get a refund... and was placed on hold... the receptionist told me the manager was busy and would call me back.I have yet to hear back from anyone and no refund.Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this place... you will lose time and money...

I just went to this car wash for the first time and most definitely the last. My car is 2 weeks old and they managed to scratch my trunk. Its very noticeable. They claim they are not responsible for damage to the vehicle once you leave the property. I went through express wash for a reason I did not have time to inspect the work and it wasnt a detail. Just because I did not pay big bucks does not give them the justification to scratch my car. They need to change out their rags more often its apparent the old rags are causing damage. Do not go here you will be disappointed.

Took my car there, came home and found my right side mirror cover missing.On another car, they broke the window bottoms on the driver side, twice!They normally nice and all. I just find they dont care much about the car. I now need to go back to try to find the mirror cover

They always do a decent job some times miss a few areas when cleaning my tire rims but other than that they do a good job for the price.

Went there as I usually do to get my car wash n clean but the guys that clean the cars afterward arent really paying attention to their cleaning their to busy looking at each other and talking at each other and laughing Im watching them! If they would clean the cars as well as they paid attention to each other they can get better tips!! I like tipping good if the job is good they the guy didnt even clean my back widow I had been watching him n asked him and he said he did which I know he didnt! Last time going there !! Desperate to find a full-service car wash and brought in our new to us car to be washed, Best of the Best wash plus a pre wash they recommended. The outside wasnt too bad and the windows were clean but I doubt they even vacuumed the inside, I think they just wiped it down. Very disappointed on how dirty the inside of the car still was. Would never go back, would never recommend them.

Dont go here. Read the other reviews on Google and see how terrible it is. Jesus, the cashier in the line (after refusing to give me his name) to get your car washed was extremely rude and his response to me waiting in line for 30 minutes was Im busy and wait.. Customer service is non-existent and that is a red flag. Will not be coming back anytime soon. I am surprised people would pay to get harassed by someone theyre trying to give money too.

We paid $130 to get our car detailed on the inside and the car came back with hair still all over the car and sticky seats. They obviously took an oily rag on the leather seats but did not clean them. Why it took them 3 hours to do I have no idea, but I definitely recommend not taking it there.

Been using this car wash to wash clients cars. Several customers have mentioned missing items from car. So today I brought my own car in used the 25Score card. Guess what the went thru my car and took my medication that was tucked into my door pocket. You needed to hunt to find it. Beware of this place. They are poorly managed and they must encourage their employees to STEAL!

I paid extra ten dollars for black shine and looks like carp. The best of the best deal comes with air freshener and they did not spray it, when I went back the manager sprayed something that was suppose to be new car smell was the complete opposite and made my truck smell like wet towels. Never gong back and not recommended either.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!! I brought my brand new car here (only had it 2 weeks) and it only had a little dust on it. First they tried relentlessly to upsell me into the best of the best package which I clearly didnt need. When done, my car came out with fine scratches all over, both the outside and inside display panel. Im not sure if their rags are dirty or what but it is so upsetting!!! Also there were water marks left dripping from the mirrors. The rear window was not completely wiped, and there was still dust left on spots around the car. Not to mention, the cashier was extremely unfriendly. I felt nothing but attitude when I asked a question. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF....DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Im not one to write reviews, but this car wash sucks! Paid almost $30 to just get the outside of my car washed, the inside wasnt even dusted, my mirrors werent clean and overall it was bad. Not worth it. Go to Lyons car wash they do a great job

The exterior quick wash better than the full service. I did a better job vacuuming myself. I felt ripped off paying for full service when they cant even properly clean the dashboard. I make sure to use the coupons when they have specials if I need to go there.

These guys play games. Service is average, at best. But they play games with pricing for additional services. For example, come in and pay regular price for the Best of the Best and ask for an additional service (one seat shampooed) and they will tell you 25 bucks for the shampoo of the seat. But come in and ask for the Best of the Best and pay with a coupon or Groupon they will quote you a different price for that same additional service to shampoo the seat; speaking form experience. They also have tactics where they try to sniff out your Groupon ahead of time so they can then take that into account going forward. I received good service from these guys for about a year when I paid full price. But once I started using Groupons, they changed their tune sadly. Wont be going there anymore.

Buyer beware. They take zero responsibility for any damage They do! Took my car in for a full service wash and the machine took my wipers off. Rain sensors were triggered and wiper arms scratched the windshield. Employees tried to hide the scratches hoping I would drive off without noticing. Then litterly ran away when confronted. One wiper was found in the wash and the other missing. Manager was apologetic and pointed to a sign that was only visible the person driving the vehicle through the wash (which in this case was their employee). New windshield cost $480. Manager offered two car details which does not even cover have the damages. Considering small claims against them. If you do go there I suggest a thorough walk around before leaving. Be aware.

Terrible customer service. You drive up and if they are busy no one will even simply say something like they will be right with you. I brought my car in, none of the workers let you know whats going on and the worker managing the tickets when asked questions responds with whatsup, as if he doesnt have time for his customers. Other car washes that I go to they make an effort and respond with something helpful like how can I help you. The guy working the tickets seems to have a terrible attitude. Definitely will not come back.

I don’t understand the low rating this place is great, the only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because it took longer than expected, no complaints on the service at all.

Ill give no start if i could, however to make everyone aware of how bad this place is i had to click on one of the starts. the experience there was horrible, i paid $170 for a detail. When the car was ready, still at the car wash i went and inspected it. lots of dirty spots in the interior, i had the guy clean it twice in different areas. two days later i discovered the nasty the seat belts are. they didnt touch them. DO NOT GO THERE!!! they are horrible and pricey and service and quality is HORRIBLE!!!

Its worth the drive to go somewhere else. We spent $130 on a shampoo and detail package My car came back LOOKING clean, but upon a closer inspection after I left, it was very poorly done. They wouldnt give us a refund, only offered to do it again. We were already on our way out of town for a 4 month trip in our car and were unable to go back to have them wash it again. Its my fault for not inspecting the car closely before we left. Spend your money somewhere that deserves your business. When we called they were very unhelpful about resolving it.

I truly understand now why this car wash has a 3 star rating on Yelp. They wash cars here like an assembly line. They dont take their time to clean the cars or pay attention to detail when it comes to cleaning.I didnt even wait more than 10 minutes and my car was already done. Usually, at other car wash locations you would wait more than 15 minutes before your car was done.When I drove off, I can see water trickling down my windshield because they didnt properly dry the car. After getting home, I noticed water spots on the car which should not be there if it was properly cleaned. The tires looked like they werent shined. Half of the tires looked dull and the other parts have shine.Im really disappointed because I paid $19.99 for the Best of the Best package which is their top of the line package. I would have better off just getting a regular wash and save my money.

Their stupid dryer doesnt work along with the light thats supposed to let you know to go through when your finished is out so youre stuck there looking like an idiot with a wet car. What a waste of money, I will never come back and definitely dont recommend this place.

I have coming here since the opened. Never had a bad experience until today. I asked for a basic carwash $ 19.00 . I walked up to my car as the guy was wrapping up i saw that he had not wiped down the seat at all. The guy said something in Spanish and all i heard was the word manager. So i waited till he was done and he said asked me to wait for the manager. At this point i noticed he had not even touched the console at all. So in the meantime the manager comes out i asked him to clean the back seat and the console with a wet cloth. I told him i have been a regular for atleast 12 years and i have never had a problem . His reply was that they dont wipe the seats any more and i can take my business elsewhere if i didnt like their service. Thats all he had to say i will never step foot in that establishment again ever.If the owner has any business sense (looking at the yelp review i can tell ye could care less) he would talk to his staff. Shame on you for running a business like this. You have not reaponded to a single reviewer. Never going there ever again.

Since we moved to Santa Clarita two years ago, we have been taking our cars to be washed at the Canyon Car Wash. Our cars always look like they have just come out of the showroom. They pay attention to details.

SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to cancel my car wash membership, because I moved to San Diego. They said they couldn’t cancel the recurring payment because they “didn’t know how” and “I would need to come in to cancel”. What a joke —They continue to bill me 19.99 every month on the 16th. IF YOU ARE ALSO BEING SCAMMED BY THIS MERCHANT I ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONTACT YOUR BANK AND FILE A CHARGEBACK FOR ALL UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES.

This place is good for a car wash . Anything else your wasting your money the detail shop doesnt have a clue how to detail . I talk to the manager and he doesnt care whether you come back or not ! The wash machine is the only good about this joint !

Ok so I should have read the reviews before continuing to go to this car wash but I found out to late. Last week I took my car with new rims and tint. After carwash I got in my car and noticed a smudge on the passenger window. I asked the attendant/washer if I could borrow his towel to wipe off what I though was tire dressing to find it was a gouge taken out of my tint. I asked him if they could repair the damage and he just looked at me. I got home and found a place that would redo the whole tint job for $65 (Not bad) Called the car wash and they immediately begin to deny being responsible for the damage and said I caused it. After about 15 min on the phone explaining to them its not about the money but at this point is principle and I just want them to be accountable he finally agreed to check the cameras and call me back in a day. I asked if he would be so kind to give the owner my phone number for a call back as well. During our conversation I asked if he cared about his customers taking the time to write a review like this similar to others who had damage issues at his car wash and he said, Do you know how many people complain about over charges and write bad reviews, we have customers who complain about issues less than yours so go ahead. Incredible!! Its been 5 days since the damage and still no call back. I will never bring any of my cars back to this car wash again. They care nothing about the damage to my car or others and I refuse to allow them to damage any of my vehicles again. Buyer beware...

Went Canyon Car Wash today.As I waiting to go thru one of the attendants tried to unscrew my rubber antenna and ended up breaking the inside fitting.Danny {mngr) came out and tried to fix it but ended up breaking off wire inside as well.Took it to soundsations in Newhall to get it fixed for 100.00 bucks.I went back to Canyon Car Wash and told them I didnt expect a 100.00 back but at least half the cost in car wash vouchers.....he basicly told me to pound sand.....Horrible management skills.....STAY AWAY......Bad business practices!

Car looks good, wait wasnt too bad... but, i ask for the 9.99 hand wash, then add a tire wash and to was 15.95? 6 dollars to do my tires? Ifor could have bought a whole can of tire spray.Came in thinking it was a good price, left feeling ripped off.

Wow, I was going to go there because they advertise with a discount coupon in a local magazine up here. But after reading the recent reviews and remembering my bad experience six months ago, I changed my mind.6 months ago they washed my car and left it in the sun, didnt notify me the car was ready, even though I was patiently waiting in the forefront. The manager must feed them drugs or something, because their service is totally whackedYouve been forewarned. Dont go to this place, especially if you have a nice car.

Called to communicate my displeasure and responded to by cashier chick with (assuming I had full service was) that only includes light wiping, yada, yada, yada...mind you my interior was NOT wiped half@$& vacuumed...left on hold for manager to close to 10 min (most likely on purpose)...manager was actually nice.. I just bought a brand new mercedes benz, no scractes, no feedles. When I tooked my car to the canon car wash, I WAS upset that it was be scatched up all over. DANG IT!!! NOO!!!!! STOP!!!! Paint was so chiped that even Dale Wimshire would have been suprised. NOOOOO!!!

Worst service. Wont be back. Go to Wagon Wheel if in area much better wash and staff. It starts at the start line. Long wait. I had to even wait for the vac guy to go to bathroom, drink an extrs large gatoraide water, the he had me nudge up inch by inch to an imaginary line. Skip this place at all cost youll be happy you did. For tbe cheap scapes theynoffer a free vac to use.

First car wash I did on our black SUV. Wasnt going to go here but decided to since I didnt have time myself or go to where I usually go. They had their $30 delux for sale for $25 so said yes. Worse car wash I had ever had anywhere. Vacumn, there was still crums on seat. Leather so it should be easy to vacumn. Still dusty throughout. Outside plenty of bug marks left. Wheel splass marks, which I could wipe off with my finger. Dirt marks all over so wash it self was bad and wipe down and drying awful too. What a waste of money. Taking home to finish the job.

I dont usually write reviews but this one was a must! Came in and got the best of the best for 25$ and was told that they dont clean interior other than the dash board and when asked to at least clean the cup holder, they said it was extra but couldnt gurantee it would be clean. Wtf? Isnt that what a car wash is for? Manager was really rude as well!

Horrible service, fingerprints left all over the windows, paid extra money to have the seats cleaned and they didn’t do it, the grill still had dirt and bugs. What a waste of money!

They broke my antenna and tried to tell me that it was my fault until I told them that I was standing outside watching them and actually saw them break it. It was accidental, but they tried to blame it on me and wasnt going to fix it. Very rude employees! Id drive 100 miles out of my way before I go back to these guys!! If I were you, I would to!!!!!

They scratched my window tint and didnt take responsibility. The people get mad if you dont tip and the cashier seems to be on drugs and is always on her phone.
