The few times Ive been here, the gentleman who works here has been very nice and super helpful. Honestly 5 stars until todayI was disappointed today when I tried to send an at-home COVID test at the Fed-Ex Dropbox they have here. He flipped out on me told me to tell everyone to stop trying to send their tests from there. I didnt know who he was talking about as I dont know anyone else who has these test kits, or whether he was even allowed to reject my package.I checked with FedEx to verify, and what he was trying to say was that this place does NOT ship packages considered dangerous goods like COVID tests. Its a fair policy and makes perfect sense but unfortunately, he did a really bad job of handling this interaction with me and left me feeling disappointed and disrespected.I hope he finds a better way of explaining this policy to other customers in the future.

Affordable. Convenient. Friendly. Top notch customer service! If more people who serve the public are as kind as the gentleman behind the counter here, I may start to like San Jose. Do yourself a favor and patronize this business or (go down the sidewalk and pay more. Honestly. Ive compared. Considerable difference, huge markups). This place is small in size but large on Excellent Customer Service👍👍👍(Its the one with the Barber shop inside).

What nice people! I come in here to drop off packages and sometimes the postage has been prepaid. No problem! They have been friendly fast and efficient no matter what I need- even when they made no money from my transaction. That is what I call service! The entrance is a scary looking back entrance in a shopping center, but dont let that fool you. Its a nice neighborhood right off the Rose Garden.

Theyre getting one star because you cant give zero. DO NOT GO HERE. I had a passport photo done that was rejected by the passport office because it was overexposed (the exact description from the U S passport office). I was told to get it retaken. They refused saying it looked fine to them. They would not accept that the passport office had rejected their work. They refused to retake the photo that was their error unless I paid again or to refund me for their poor work.Their work is poor and their customer service is worse. Go to Walgreens. They did a much better job and the passport office accepted it.

They dont know their job! Their service is sucks!Customer service is awful! They just want your money, avoid this place!!!!!I sent an USPS flat rate priority mail at this place! They just gave me a tracking number nothing more! The parcel got lost, I went to their asking for my mail they said we dont do anything, go to USPS, I went to USPS they said you have to provide a receipt that it is priority mail to use the insurance and guess this place refuses to provide anything!Lost my parcel, lost my money.

The staff are helpful and the prices are very affordable. I always go there for my copies and can take them fast and clear.

Charged us $10 for handling for a DHL package that was prepaid and ready to go . Called DHL and they said there should not have been a charge.I went to visit and the owner said he doesnt care what DHL says and if I did a chargeback he would sue me.Definitely not the way to do business. Misrepresent a $10 charge as being a DHL fee when it isnt.Opened a ticket with DHL corporate and they are investigating this branch
