Came here for a Live Scan fingerprint but the equipments were slow and faulty. They tried to reboot the computer and all sorts of tricks but still failed to submit the results after wasting almost 30 minutes of time.

The gentleman there was friendly and helped me do a livescan and it was only 69$ which is cheaper than other places in the area

Best place ever! The owner is soooo nice. Helps you out with everything. I get things notarized frequently and hes so quick. Just in and out. Ive never waited in line. Today I got my fingerprinting done there and it was so much easier and faster than the police department. Plus I locked my keys in the car in the mean time :-( but the owner was helpful with everything. BEST MAIL AND COPY PLACE EVER!!!!

They always close earlier!! I was 2 minutes to the closing time but the door was already locked and the guy was rude and said it was 2 already and didnt let me in!! The clock in store is actually minutes faster!! Its only this guy working on Saturday, the other one working on weekdays is nice. But still closes earlier than scheduled!!

This the first UPS drop-off location that I have encountered where you get charged for drop-offs. It is done by suggesting a voluntary payment of 50c. The reason for it, as explained by the owner is that UPS charges him.This is a business decision and I respect it. However, it troubles me when I was verbally insulted when I try to drop off some packages without paying the 50c. I know people in your culture like to receive free services. said the owner.IMHO, the owner has the freedom to charge whatever amount for whatever service that he is offering, as the consumer would have the opportunity to choose. However, I found it to be extremely inappropriate for the owner to insult individuals who dont pay for a service that doesnt require payment as stated by the business.I couldnt speak for other aspects of this business. However, the UPS drop-off experiences have been very unpleasant for me thus far.

The service you receive from this place is outstanding. Ive been there twice and the man who works there is so helpful. Its hard to find a place that truly values the customer and will give you excellent service these days. This place does both. Ive used him for notary and fedex, and would use him again. Saved me money by consolidating my fedex into one letter envelope.

I took two priority envelopes for mailing. Postage for each was $ 5.75 = $ 11.50.I was charged $11.44 for each = $ 22.88; double the postage price. I asked why so much, and was told that was the price. Since the postage was glued on, I could nottake the envelopes and go to the post office.

Worst ever service :( I came here to pick up UPS parcel and was scolded by the owner for putting his address for delivery. I didnt. Its UPS and his shop is listed as UPS delivery center! If he didnt want any delivery, just remove himself from UPS network!

They always close early than 5:45!! I got here at 5:43 and they were closed already. Very inconvenient. Staff was friendly.
