So quick and friendly and amazing! I came in with a book in a box with packing material. They helped me print something for inside the box ( I emailed them the file), then taped up the box, then printed my label from the address on the email file. They even got me a discount because I was shipping a book! Just awesome service!

I had a pleasant experience completing both livescan and passport renewal in almost less than 20 minutes! I appreciated that they observed social distancing by only allowing 2 customers at a time. It took me a life time to email them a shipping label properly (I was out of patience myself after making a couple of mistakes in forwarding the email ) but they were waiting very patiently. They helped me to pack my package properly and send it as easy as possible.

I am beyond pleased with the customer service here! The gentleman working today went the extra mile helping me find the most economical option for sending my package. Originally it was going to be $68 at FedEx to ship a small painting, and at Postal Annex it was going to be the same thing; however, the gentleman went above and beyond and put together two boxes they had in the back and put the painting in there. The total then jumped down to $19. I am so happy with how much they helped me out!! I will definitely be returning !

Came to have a passport photo taken. After taking my photo, the agent helped another customer and got distracted and forgot about me (had to wait 3-4 minutes), he apologized and without me even asking - gave me the photos at no cost. Very friendly service and they care about their customers. Kudos to the staff.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I sent a customized snuggle blanket for a friend battling breast cancer. The package was delivered, but my friend didn’t receive it. When I called to inquire, they sent me the tracking info and couldn’t offer any other information on how to try and rectify this situation. The customer service was insensitive and could care less that this was sent to comfort someone fighting for their life. If you want to do business with an insensitive business who cares less what happens to your packages, this is the place to go

Very friendly and helpful service! We had five documents notarized, photos taken for Canadian citizenship for my 6 month old baby, a document emailed and printed, and sent out the entire package to Canada after all has been done. They were very friendly through out the entire process and were very detailed.Will be looking to come back again for any future needs. This trip utilized most of their services : notary public, email&print, baby photos, and letter envelope shipping.

They provided me with a passport photo and tracked mail service for materials to renew my passport. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices seemed good. Later in the week, my wife and daughters used them for the same reason and had a similar positive experience.

I stopped in, looking to have 7 very important documents notarized. The owner, Thomas went above and beyond by not only providing me with notary services, but also advised that I take the time to correct a couple of errors that he noticed on the document in the computer first. I was there for several hours, and both Thomas and Margherita were so patient with me; I never once felt rushed. To them, it was more important to see that I had my document correct before just providing me with notary service. And to me, that spoke volumes, and attests to their professionalism and their commitment to providing excellent customer service to their customers. I look forward to returning to this location for all of my mailing, and notary needs in the future.

I visited California and needed to ship some items home and this postal Annex was awesome. The customer service was great made feel that my items were important. They packed my items with care and concern for safe and durable shipping. More importantly, my items arrived at my doorstep on the date they indicated when I returned home. Update 12/23: Changing my review to five stars based on my recent experience.The store owner took my feedback and moving forward my experience has been really great. Whenever I need to open and scan a document, it was completed within an hour. Document shreds have been completed all through the app as well. The technology is neat and efficient, and this branch demonstrates its best potential.This was what I was hoping for when I got my Anytime Mailbox. I apologize for my earlier review as I was just having a bad day. I understand these things happen. The staff and manager earnestly have done their best to rectify the initial hiccups, and I look forward to receiving my mail at this location.___This is in regards to Anytime Mailbox services being offered at this PostalAnnex+. Anytime has a feature where you can open & scan mail on-demand. This PostalAnnex+ branch has not been able to keep up with the demand for this feature.I had to visit after sending in my request and watching the letters disappear in the app. It appeared as if my mail just went missing!So I wasnt really happy walking into the store in the first place, because we were promised this feature would help accessing our mail easier everywhere -- lies. But in addition to it all, I was told to wait because only one staff member knew about Anytime Mailbox and how it worked.I am going to keep Anytime Mailbox and observe how it goes but this really is untenable. You cant just advertise that you open and scan your mail anywhere, then fail to deliver on that promise and blame it on too much going on during the holidays.It is your job especially to keep up during these times.These letters were important and were from my employer too!To see them disappear in the app like that suddenly, well -- I am just not very confident in Anytime Mailbox or PostalAnnex+ services at all now.

This place is great, Margherita was really helpful and professional, she helped me to rent exactly what I needed when the website wasn´t showing rentals available, and other 3 U-haul places were also telling me that there was no availability for the weekend. She found a cargo-van available but it wasn´t in their system, and when others were just telling that there was nothing in the bay area for the weekend, she figured out the way to unlock that van after making some phone calls and I was able to rent it. Thanks a lot Margherita!

I sent a package to overseas but did not know that item is not allowed in the country at receiving end. I had items in package in the amount of over $250 and Annex charged me $179 to send Via Fedex. Now custom at receiving country charging us penalties and fees for not allowed items which exceed $300. I called fedex that we were not informed at Annex that certain items can not be shipped. Fedex does have that list but Annex apparently does not. Now non of them Fedex or Annex taking responsibility for my losses. Fedex say go to Annex as I paid to Annex and not Fedex. Seems loss of $400 plus is all my mistake. Annex said just destroy the items and called Fedex to destroy the package. that was the only option as I am not willing to pay $300+ fees for no reason. For 2 months neither Annex or Fedex contacted me as tracking system keep saying its stuck at custom for over 1.5 months. I have to find out myself and contacted local authorities overseas about penalties and fees. So in the end I lost all that.

I live close-by but had a hard time finding this place searching through Google. Since its a relatively new Postal Annex, it doesnt come up very easily when you search for it. Once I got a phone number, I called and was able to confirm they were there and open for business.The locations great if you live close to the new Target, Sprouts, etc. shopping center at the corner of Scott and El Camino (The Postal Annex is literally right next door to Target). All I went in for today was some copying and faxing, but it was a seamless and reasonably priced experience. The lady who works there, Marguerita, was also very kind the whole time I was there. Ill definitely go back for my packaging, shipping or faxing needs due to the location and customer service I received during my first visit. Good luck with your Google visibility Marguerita!

I stay in Cunningham Street which is very near to El camino and Los Padres. In the past if I had to go to the Post Office, either I go to theone in Franklin Square or the one at Kiley/Benton junction, both were far away from where I stay. It was a boon given to me by God to see the Postal Annex near the Target.I go there regularly where the most friendly and personalised services aregiven to all. Thank you the Postal Annex 14024 and Best Wishes.I have now moved along with my son to Danville, CA 94506 and realize the most courteous help I was getting from the owner couples. I was thinking I am being given a special service because of my old age and wentthere to see how others are being served. OMG Ms.Margherita is as sweet with all customers and I admire her memory power for all questions answers be it about various postal services, rates on parcels,various rate differences etc. In Danville the nearest Post Office or a Postal Annex is about five miles away ....no public transport available
