Was having a stressful day getting a few documents ready. I came here to get some finger prints done and was helped by the kindest lady Francine. She answered all my questions and was so easy and polite to work with. Really calmed down my stress, I hope everyone can meet people like her!

Lady at counter was cold, not friendly and not helpful. She gets zero stars....However Debra came out of her doorway several times asking customers if they need help and assisting them. Debra showed a genuine happiness when caring for customers she gets 5 stars....
I had to ship 17 boxes. I went to other post offices and employees were rude and inefficient. But at this post office, everyone was kind and proficient. Navdeep helped me in a record time, giving me a bin to bring my boxes inside and processing each box in record speed. She was so good, and the whole team was friendly and supportive. Best post office Ive been to in the Bay Area. Thanks again Navdeep!
This location has small parking space. I suggest you may need to park next door and walk over. Service not welcoming today. I was helped by a grumpy employee who hates answering questions.
This USPS has the friendliest and the most efficient staff in my experience. The line may seem long but it moves incredibly fast. You are greeted with a smile and all your concerns are taken care of.
Very disappointed with the service here. No one enforcing a line or social distancing so there ended up being 30 people waiting in the small lobby area with many people confused about who was in front of them. I suggest that the employees line people up outside where it is safer and easier to see who is in order and use tape marks like every other business is using. Clearly they aren’t taking the pandemic seriously or are just too lazy to make the proper adjustments.

This is a great post office! The employees are polite and often have advice that I can always use. My regular delivery mailman is also always polite, friendly and calls me by my first name......just as a friend would! I like that! AND he always closes my screen door. That is how I know the substitute postman has delivered the mail on a particular day, my screen door is left open and it’s wide open, not just ajar!
Went there this morning, and only have positive things to note:1. As opposed to other places, they take debit card payments for money orders.2. The Indian-looking lady handling customers was super efficient and on-the-ball. Even though there were multiple customers there, everyone was served super swiftly. Good job!

I don’t usually write feedback for USPS but their service has gone downhill and I really wanted to let them know. I have always had unpleasant experiences with packages from Amazon delivered to my home. They would mark it delivered but the item would come after 2 to 3 days. I would call amazon and they would send a replacement and then I get 2 of the same items and have to go through the hassle of returning one of them.The new status that they use now is to mark the order as delivery attempted but mailbox was full. How do you plan to fit a medium box in the mailbox? I would rather have them mark as running late or there was a delivery exception. USPS please address this if you are watching the review. Thank you!
Two years experience with them now. The delivery sometimes has errors (lost package, incorrect tracking updates) but the office staff are always willing to help. Minus one star for limited parking spots. This is a very busy P.O. so people struggle to park most all the time.

Especially now, with COVID-19 and unhealthy air quality.My package was lost and, thanks to amazing work of customerservice representativea our mailman (unfortunately, I dont know their names), it was found and delivered. Great place. When the line was getting longer, the guy who looked like a manager helped out. He’s really helpful and professional. I first time post a flower with a glass of container because a friend who lives in FL wanted them all together. When I was on a long line, the couple behind me told me they might not let me post plant to other state something like that and they weren’t sure how to package them as I was. So I really felt a little nervous when I saw the employees behind the desk very serious faces. Not sure if they would help. When I almost went back home on the line. That manager came out to open a new line. Very soon it’s my turn and he took a small box to fit my stuff and request my opinion, then he took a bigger box. I did not know what I could put inside to fill the room then he recommended other things they have and told me the price. When I couldn’t decide, he told me I could take two boxes to try to package by myself and boxes free! ...when I drove back, the long line disappeared, he’s still working there and no other employees. So he remembered me and asked my package when another customer in front of me wrote something there. He saved my much time since I felt I spent too much on this flower posting. The one of reasons I said he’s professional is that he checked the my box weight again and said “let’s see whether still one pound ”. He has done everything quickly and every step carefully in his job and correctly. It turns out that his previous choice was correct. After many attempts, I finally chosen the small box for my flower. That’s happened on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning 3am I got tracking information which the carrier scanned my stuff and on its way,would be delivered on Monday. I really appreciate that.

Getting somebody on the phone is a real pain. Honestly, just call again and again until somebody picks up. My package didnt get delivered properly and despite them having my number, nobody called either. The only reason why Im still giving more than 1 star is because the employee that eventually picked up was friendly and dealt with the issue professionally.
Julie is an star employee here. She is super nice, patient and extremely helpful. Ask for her, if others are not helpful.
This postal service lost a very important document of my husband. The online tracking said the document was delivered when it was not. Not only were they very unhelpful of the matter in person (the manager said she would call us to tell us about our status and never followed up), but they never answer their phone when we called to inquire about our document either.
I thought i called some Indian company instead of USPS office! Are you serious? The guy who picks up the phone didnt even say the Postal Office name. Not that i am discriminative, but Please hire some proper English speaker! AND HAVE A PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE MANNER!!
Absolutely the worst service that you can imagine. Its gonna be hard beating their lousy ness. Never pick up the phone. Even the passport appointment setup line never picks up the phone.
If I can give zero, I would like to give zero, this office lost my EAD card and I cannot work now, and response is my four times useless tour in this office, they use the unreliable person in post service. Next time, when u want to get the important mail, do not use usps
I have utilized the post office in this loaction for 2 years. They seemed to be short staffed. There is always a long line and not enough staff to help. BUT Excellent staff go employees excellent service. The manager in this store is always busy but very patient with efficient and smiling service.
I have no idea why that post office earned 8 negative reviews. Perhaps, something changed. Not much good one can say about a post office, but that one does not deserve all negative feedbacks. In fact, that post office leaves better impression than many others.I wanted to renew my passport. It took 30 minutes from beginning to the end. That includes: finding office on Google, reading all those reviews, drive there (about 10 blocks), parking, obtaining application, filling the passport application (the longest part). Then wait in line, take photo, prepare envelope, pay for everything and get instructions. It can be considered as a very good time.I arrived at 11:00 am. Correct, parking is small. But if you consider it as extension of line in the office, you are waiting for parking spot for 1-2 minutes.It was a busy day. Three clerks were working at counter serving line of a dozen customers – that about how many parking spots are on parking lot. No noise, no rush, everybody is calm (including customers). I took application from a clerk without waiting in line – it did not caused any signs of inconvenience. While serving other customer, she explained me what I have to do.After I finished application, I spent in line much less than you can expect to stay in line of dozen people. After that all job was done with no rush with maximal speed.
Texting that you specifically delivered the package in my mailbox at a specific time without doing it is a untruthful and unprofessional. Im still waiting.Other than getting the wrong mail from time to time you do a pretty good job. This is happened about 3 times in the last year were Ive been notified my delivery is here and its not and then comes within a day later.If you havent delivered, dont send the notification.

This place sucks. Never any good response. Stupid to have a half hour window to make appointments. Either the phones rings and nobody answers or it is like off the hook. So frustrated, its been 4 weeks just to get an appointment to renew a passport and couldnt get one. Its stupid that the state dept choose this place to be their passsport center. Wish I had a means to talk to somebody responsible there. Truely feel like we are dealing with a customer service of other country. Very bad example.

The staff is incompetent and mostly very rude. The tall guy is simply a condescending jerk. I’m afraid he’s the supervisor, which would explain why this place is such a failing dump. Want your day ruined - go to this post office.

Worst facility ever. Bad organization for pick up, drop off and passport processing. Even with a passport appointment the wait is more than 45 minutes!!!! The staffs are not professional and act aggressively with the customers.
Friendly staff. But, needs much more parking given that this post office serves a huge metropolitan area. Cars regularly back up onto Kiely Blvd. even during off hours and non holiday seasons. Dangerous, risk of car collisions.
They always lose packages and give you a look when you ask them to scan an item. I have list over 1000 using this office shipping out items they either have been lost or never delivered.

My postperson is marking packages delivered that have not been delivered. Then the package shows up a few days later. This is most true with Amazon and eBay deliveries.
This Post Office Is the biggest dump I have ever encountered, it seems most of these so called carriers cant even speak English let alone read the addresses on the package to be delivered, I dont even know how many of my packages have been delivered to some other addresses which defeats the purpose of the job being able to read the correct address and execute a proper delivery these carriers are either dyslexic or just a bunch of complete morons. Not to mention the rude and nasty Indian manager who seems to only make excuses for these bunch of idiot carriers and does nothing about improving the mail service. I have lived at the same address for over 50 years and our mail service has deteriorated over that time, we recieved better service when stamps were 5 cents which is more than I would give for the Kiely Postoffice/Manager or the bunch of morons working there. I only whish there were some other option for mail/package delivery by some other mail service, but we are held hostage by a system ( THE USPS) a system which by all accounts is broken and who stands to loose in this disfunctual relationship/service, THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!! We have not had a regular carrier in years it seems to me that the address at which I live at is nothing more than an after thought to this looser Manager and his band of dumbbells. I have lost more money due to the low level service/lost packages, from this Postoffice than I care to think of. But once again it is the customer who ends up loosing in the end. I have lost 2 packages in a matter of 3 weeks not to mention all the ones which were lost in the past. Reports are taken, promises of improvement are made to no avail and basically nothing is done......I only wish there were some way of being heard and having this sad service improved, if at all possible?????? Theyve didnt honored hold mail request and dropped everything to the big pile near appts. Next time they forgot about redirection ... Getting passport there is also a nightmare....

Poor service, placed a request to change my mail box key on oct-17-2015 its been almost a month still havent got any update. Upon calling them, all they got to say is, you will get a call once it is ready! I have electronic items stuck inside mail box & it might even go bad due to cold 😢 Very frustrating!!!Also, placed request to deliver my on hold mails after a specific date, no one delivered the mails, having hard time wit USPS.

Horrible, and unhelpful. Paid to have lock changed on mailbox. Worked for two weeks then, stopped working. Told me I have to wait for the individual who does that service to come in to work again and that they cant do anything....
