Horrible place, we went to have my brothers hair done and it looks like an absolute disaster. We went back to see if it could be fixed but they were extremely rude and disrespectful. Im sure some people there who have wonderful customer service skills there but our experience was not pleasant in the slightest. I do not recommend it, due to how we were treated, and honestly, will not be going back anytime soon.

Took a very long wait, but the worst part was that I just wanted a short trim and they cut my hair like way to short and with that they did a bob cut, and I hate having a bob cut. So I DONT recommend

My boyfriend got a haircut and after continuously explaining to the women that he wanted a fade and to not round off his head this is what happened. It was worse, he told her to fade it more and this is what he ended up with. Waste of money.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but the customer service was awful! I have a coupon on my phone so I called ahead and they said they would take it. Get there and some fake blonde who clearly didn’t want to be working tells me they can’t take it. She was very rude. Went to another location and they were much more helpful.

Ive come here three times, and every time its been different stylists. No matter how I explain it, they never listen and I never get the cut that I want. Would not recommend, go to a smaller shop with stylists that arent cycled out every month.

I had a very good experience at this super cuts. I have long, fairly straight hair, so its not the hardest to work with. My visit was quick, fairly priced, and Lisa did exactly what I asked. I cant speak for short haircuts, but if you have long hair and are just looking for a quick touch up or trim, Id recommend Lisa.

I came here to get my hair fixed due to a bad haircut I received elsewhere. Maryam understood my frustration immediately and gave me the full treatment: hair wash, cut, blow dry and style! Afterwards my hair looked 100x better! She did a great job adding layers and trimming my bangs. I will be sure to request Maryam again!

A great place for a quick and simple trim. I walked in and was almost immediately seated in the barbers chair. After a nice shampooing my haircut went smoothly and I got exactly the cut I was hoping for. The stylist was efficient and friendly. I would reccomend supercuts for a simple haircut.

Been here before and haircut was good. Went back today and stylist wasn’t willing to cut my bangs the way I wanted. She said she cut my hair the right way and when I told her i don’t style my hair the natural way where it lays flat but spike it up instead, she refused to cut it the way I suggested to her. I’ve had this hair style for over 10 years now and never once had a stylist tell me she can’t cut it the way I like. She has zero customer service and clearly doesn’t care about my hair cut. She seemed intent on arguing me rather than listening to me and agreeing to cut my hair the way I like. I told her that’s fine if she can’t cut it I’ll go home and do it myself which is what I did. Her name is Ionika I believe. She’s the only blonde stylist there on 1/30/19 @ around 4pm. Because of her I will never return to this Supercuts ever!

I’ve been coming here for several years now and have always received excellent service from Farideh and Maryam. I actually followed Farideh from another location and don’t mind traveling the extra distance. I’m really particular about my hair and am always satisfied. Did I mention that I go in every week? Peak hours can get busy so plan your visit accordingly. Back to school is fast approaching so don’t wait until the last minute. I highly recommend this salon. I understand you can’t please everyone but take it from a regular Farideh will make it right.

Its happening more and more at supercuts that I ask for a scissor cut and the stylist doesnt tell me that they dont really know how to do a proper scissor cut.... so I get a pretty lame haircut. I may have to abandon the chain if this trend continues!

Took my 3 year old there, my husband insisted that we take her in for professional cut vs me just doing it at home again. Paid only $15, but cant say I felt like it was any better than what I can do at home.

Not a bad haircut, just not the haircut I asked for. Generally, Im not picky (itll grow back), but if you are, you might not want to come here. i wont be back.

The wait on a Saturday afternoon is horrific. They tried to upsell me on a shampoo and even wanted me to pick up some of their haircare products. The haircut that I got was also uneven on the sides. Wouldnt recommend anyone go here.
