Came to visit A1 tires the other day to replace my rear tires and get an alignment. I was approached with great service and attention from the employees. I was able to get immediate service. The employees and Happy where very informative of what needed to be addressed outside of my initial concerns. They were very consultative and provided me the proper recommendations for my future visits. Highly recommend to stop by for all your needs tires, suspension work tune ups and all auto repairs!

Recently had some work done to my lifted 2005 Silverado 4x4. The people are very friendly. The owner worked with me in diagnosing the combination of issues I was having. Extremely fair pricing. I even had a conversation with a few other mechanics friends of mine. They too thought I got an excellent deal for the amount of work done.

Quick service for 2 new tires and fair prices

I visited this place and got all new rims and tires for my car and got it after couple of days . It was very nice and I liked it and the price was definitely the best . Staff was very friendly and “Happy” the owner was very cooperative and he also helped me with his loaner rims for one week without any charge . Must recommend this place . Don’t come here. I got new tires here, happy, the main worker here charges me for a alignment! Which I found out after was free! I come back because the alignment job was trash! He said I need new tie rods which make sense, then I come back with new tie rods and they install them and realign my vehicle to found out the alignment job they did was not done. Do not come here.

SAFETY RISK:Horrible service, I’ve used this shop which is ran by Happy and his brother for 2 years now. I do not recommend them to anyone despite the deceiving “good deals”I had 4 new tires installed because I wanted to safely drive my newborn nephew to the hospital and I felt big vibrations on the freeway. Took the car back twice while Happy pretended to be on the phone for 45 minutes to avoid me. His brother tried to rebalance the tire but the problem persisted.3 days later on the freeway the tire exploded with the 2 week old baby in the car, but luckily I was able to stop safely and change the tire at another shop.Happy would’t help at all.paid him to get me a spare tire and I’ve been calling him every week for over 4 months, every time the answer is “next week brother”.

You may be able to scrape a deal here, but be wary of this place.Heres my story.I brought my car for an alignment midday Monday after calling ahead and being told to just bring it by. Sounded great, especially with short notice. When I got there they had several vehicles waiting for tires and wouldnt be able to get to it right away. Fair enough, I thought, and left the keys.I also specifically asked for a before and after report, as is typical for alignments (this will become relevant later).Rather than rush them I said take as long as you need. The next day I stopped by in the afternoon hopeful that the work was done, but I was given an excuse for why it hadnt been gotten to yet (he hadnt come in until 2pm that day...) But fine, I did say take as long as you need and we hadnt agreed on a completion date.Another entire day went by without any word. Now I started to get worried. I called the next morning and was told that the work was done and he just forgot to call me. Sounded like bs to me, but fine. I headed over and thats where the issues really started..I asked how the alignment went and what the measurements were before and after. Jassi says it was his brother who did the work and he doesnt know.I ask for the report, but he says the printer is broken.He assures me verbally that the work was done and that if I have any issues I can just bring it back and they will take care of it. Feeling reassured, I paid. Before I left the parking lot I looked at the adjustments and noticed it didnt look like they had been moved. I go back in and say I want the report to be able to trust the work. Jassi says I can leave the keys again and his brother will take another look, but cant give an estimate of when that will happen or even when his brother will be in, citing family illness as the reason.At that point I felt he cant be trusted. I asked for a refund which was charged back to my card (without a hassle). On my way to Auto Innovations I saw that my steering wheel was about 5 degrees off to the right. The Auto Innovations tech also noticed one of my lug nuts was missing. All lug nuts were present when the car was dropped off.Ive posted a photo of the alignment before and after from Auto Innovations, notice how far off the before measurements are. The car was driven directly from A1 to Auto Innovations.To be fair, Jassi was apologetic and sounded understanding when I came back. He did refund my money without dispute, and was also willing to pay for a replacement OEM lugnut. +1 star for his willingness to try to resolve the situation.What I would like to see in the future is an accountability of the business as a whole. The responsibility for a mistake by one service person is shared across the entire business. It isnt acceptable to say my brother did the work so I dont know anything about it or my brother told me it was done and thats why I thought it was done, sorry about that

Came here for tire mounting a few times and also had them do an alignment. They have the latest equipment like a road force balancer and are very reasonably priced. Will be coming back when I need new tires again

Called for tire sensors on 24” wheels. Guy name Happy got me the parts within an hour and installed them at an extremely fair price right away. EXCELLENT service. Would always recommend this place over the big name shops.

I had a flat tire during shelter-in-place and the big tire shops are all closed. I usually don’t pay to fix flat tire since I have warranty when I bought the tire from americantires.com . Since beggars cannot be chooser, I paid $25 to repair the flat tire and took them less then 30 minutes to fix.

I came to this place because the good reviews, I changed two tires and did the alignment, but they start saying that my car need it this part, I went to my mechanic, he told everything was fine with the part the they were trying to sell me, second, they did the alignment and as soon I got out from there, the steering wheel was in a horizontal line, my car has never had a problem with that, I took for the second time, they were trying again to sell me the part, brakes, everything, and they tried to fix the alignment, they did it wrong again. Is been one month and I have to go to another place to fix it, I lost my $70

I went to this place to get some tires on my truck. I wasnt sure what i needed & they didnt try to sale we more than i needed. That made me feel comfortable.They seemed to be very helpfull & knowledgeable. The service was good and reaonable.

Service super unprofessional. We agreed in one price he back down. 3 days waiting for tires to arrive. Was there for 1:45 minutes and tires weren’t there alignment not the greatest and got the insurance of the car dirty why greasy hands.

I went there this morning to try to get my front breaks done. I was quoted a great price but that changed quick. Lol. So I asked the guy to put my tires back on so I could leave. I went to my normal spot and for the price I was quoted the second time I got my front break pads and rotors and back break pads plus labor done!

I found my new place for tires and rims

It is not a friendly place.

The staff was honest about everything but the prices. First it started off as one price ended up as another and I was called close to three hours later when he had told me half an hour or forty five minutes.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in with a FULL SIZE SPARE TYRE TO get it replaced with a USED TYRE (on my 1999 Toyota Camry, drivers side front tyre). On Sunday, when I spoke to him, Happy (as he calls himself) quoted 45 out of the door. Then on reaching there, he said passenger side front tyre is also worn and needs replacement. Instead of just replacing the passenger side with a USED TIRE ($45), he replaced the drivers side front tyre with a new tyre ($75), passenger side with the full size spare and moved the worn passenger side spare as the donut, into my trunk. His charges, pasted below were $102. HE REFUSED TO GIVE WARRANTY, implying that he was essentially using a used tyre all along but charging me for a new tire. His constant refrain that he looks to retain customers long term gives him away as a shyster. The invoice does not even clearly list what he has done. It includes random charges to add up to $100 which he decided he wanted. WHEN I DROVE IN THE MORNING, with the car exactly as described, and asked him the price, he was very coy saying Of course..Not a penny more than what we discussed...Just 45..Who will overcharge good customers and what not. He did not even check air in the remaining tyres and claimed that he wont give any warranty without an alignment. An alignment comes free with a tire install EVEN in chain stores like Walmart. My experience and rating should be sufficient about whether I recommend him or not. I have uploaded his invoice for anyone wanting further proof of how he functions.

Quick, diligent service techs - fair price for the work they do.

This is the worse shop. I got my balance to get my steering wheel vibration fix then after that it just worsen innotice that they double he weight on my front right tire then i go to another shop to ask to see whats going on then they balance my tire on the front right with the weight 2.5 and 6. They definiteley do that for me to comeback and pay again. Another is they ask me to comeback the next they so they will fix my wheels then they gave me a timeframe around 5 to 5:30 then I came for them to tell me that the owner left and they cannot do my car. And tell me to comeback the next day and that is bullshit and when i came there they look like as if they dont know that they just fix my car the next day. Playing some innocent mind games they are low quality shop i dont recommend this nothing good about it. Smell bad too

They make wait for so long, the guy who change the tire looks like he didnt know what he was doing. then he broke a part on my car and they told me to come next Monday to pick up the part, which they never got. wen i got there the guy told me that he will call me to replace the part, is been a month and they never call. and my girlfriend was with me then the workers just keep starring at her no manners at all. definitely Im no coming back by the way they use the cheapest parts on the market.
