I would love to give this place a 5 star but I just can’t because they are not detail oriented people. They did a great job matching the paint on my 2021 white Honda Civic but for some reason the paint ended on my front passenger window. Also they are not great with electrical components because the front passenger window came with a little power problem, but today Ocean Honda fixed it and charged me around $200. So I can’t recommend this place because they are not detail oriented.

I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday morning and got my car back on the 3rd day Friday @ 6pm. Service was efficient with updated communications via email and text. Don’t even want to give a star…This is horrible. Got my Toyota Prius fixed her last year and had not driven my car frequently after that (due to the pandemic) until this month. I noticed that my BSM and tire pressure light were on so I brought my car back to Toyota and did a diagnosis. After a day, the workers there called back and told me what the picture said. To me, Toyota workers, this BSM problem is obviously caused by the the repair done by Service King. There is no way that my bumper is fine and things behind the bumper are all broken.I called Service King to see if they can fix and recheck my car, yet the customer service said she couldn’t find my phone number and name, she needed to ask someone else — than hang up my call 🙂

Great work, finished early and looks great

Havent had service here, but the previous owner of my vehicle did, and apparently they did a horrendous paint job. Records show that the job was done in 2012, and now just 7 years later, the paint is peeling off, exposing the bare metal to rust. Ive taken it to 10+ different shops, and every single one says its a botched paint job. Took the car in to see if they could fix their mistake, but said their warranty only covers the original owner; which I get. But wouldve been great if they did a not-terrible job the first time ...

They answered right away! They scheduled me right away and my car was ready within a week. I was expecting like 2 weeks or more. But they were fast. They informed me about everything. And right away they told me when my car would be ready and what they were going to fix on the car. Sonny was very nice and friendly. Great person to talk about. And he also complimented my car, so that’s really appreciated. He also knew my husband, which to me is like wow. But this shop was great for my first experience. 100% would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Amazing experience at Service King. I got rear ended on the freeway and State Farm directed me here. Sonny was the one who helped me out. He is super nice and friendly, and provided me great customer service. The best part is, the repairs were completely finished in 2 days! I dropped it off on Wednesday at 1:30 and it was ready for pickup by 4:00 on Friday. It didnt cost me a single dime, never even had to pull out my credit card, State Farm covered it all. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on all the repairs to my bumper. Highly recommend, I will absolutely bring them my business in the future.

I would of had my rating as 5 stars consider my previous interactions with this company, however, this time changed it around completely. One word to describe it as nothing more but “scammers”. Apparently if they want one of your vehicles and they think you dont have money, they bump up the estimate so the insurance company wont want to do nothing but claim it as a total loss. Even if its still functional.We took the “totaled vehicle” and brought it to a shop around the corner and the other company(im not naming cause im not marketing) was a lot more sympathetic of the situation but said it wasn’t a problem and can get it up and working in no time and for way less than service king.

From the time I arrived until I picked up my car (which was the next day!!) I was given 5 star treatment . I brought my 2008 Lexus IS F in for repair because of rock chips from a big rig on the freeway they had unloaded some gravel that ended up hitting my car.. Let me tell you something these guys are amazing and Brian went out of his way to replace the sensors on my bumper after finding out that they were not installed correctly and it wasn’t even on the work order. I give these guys five stars all day my car looks amazing I couldn’t be happier if you’re looking for a great place to get your car fixed with great customer service this is the place to do it. From the time I entered this place till I picked up my car I was confronted in every engagement with the upmost professionalism I could ever ask for. I took my 2014 Honda civic to get the front end worked on and painted . Dropped it off with a ruff estamate, the person who wrote us up was very polite and professional. Over the days As we waited for our vehicle to be done. We were well informed about everything that was going on. on our pick up day, there was a little miss communication about getting our car buffed out that was not done, but i spoke with sonny about it, he was very professional about it and spoke with some of his staff members. I received a phone call next day to bring car back and they took care of it and even paid for my rental car . Overall I like this site for car repair.Firstly the Customer representatives are very kind and helpful. I met Sunny and Fred, one met me to drop off the car, the other helped me on the on-site quota/cost estimation.The car was repaired on time, actually a little earlier to deliver to me. They helped install the front bumper, and parts close to the right front wheel etc. And cleaned my car from interiors to exterior. My car is now like new.

This place is an exception to the bad reviews you have been hearing on body shops out there. The staff are really professional and know their stuffs. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the service. Luis at Service King did a great job repairing my Honda Civic. There is no evidence of the damage from the accident. He was very clear on the timeline of when the vehicle would be ready. The Enterprise onsite was very helpful and gave me a good rate. They also had very nice customer service. I noticed that one part of the replaced light was not lighting up a month after the service and Luis helped me out even though it was not directly related to the repairs they did (bulb was just out).

On of the best body shop experiences I have had in recent memory. I still remember the old days when body shops were ran by a guy named Bob and he would be the only one answering questions and work on your cars. Bobs estimated time to completion would always be wrong and you never know when your car would be ready.This is now 2019, and customer service is first and clear and transparent communication is vital for body shops to stay alive. Service King is clean, efficient, courteous, and completely transparent when they work on your car. I would highly recommend people to give it a try.

Called regularly to keep me up to date on my vehicle. Nice waiting room, no long waits. Staff seem to be genuinely friendly. I liked all of my interactions with them. The job took a little longer than expected because there was internal damage as well but they fixed it right up. Noticed that one of my wheel panels seemed a bit wonky but that’s because they buffed the paint from a scrape off which I thought was sweet since it wasn’t part of the initial repair. Would highly recommend this place, very professional.

I was very happy with the service that I got from Service King, even though I had to wait a few minutes(it was worth the wait). I had to have my back bumper replaced after an accident that happened back in June that wasnt my fault. The insurance that was paying for it led me here and Im glad they did. Everybody was very helpful and nice. So my service advisor was Dana Mookini. She was very thorough about what was going to be happening with my car and very on top of it. She told me my car could possibly be done by the next day or Friday at the latest depending on the damage underneath. She texted me the next day and told me the great news and said my car would be ready by 530pm cause they were in the process of washing it. When I got there my car was clean and my tires were so shiny. Dana showed me what they did, told me when my bumper arrived, and said that everything went smoothly. She has very great communication skills and was very helpful. This company is very lucky to have her on their team. All in all a great experience.

Phenomenal service. I worked with Heather and she did a fantastic job at handling the repairs to my car. I noticed that the headlights were not exactly in alignment after the repairs and they were quick to lend me a car for the afternoon and had it aligned within a day. Our car was rear ended several months ago and our insurance company listed Service King as an authorized service center near our home. Our insurance company helped to schedule an appointment on our behalf with Service King for the next day at 9:00 am and they had a rental car waiting. There is a small area with Enterprise car rental offices at the Service King location. This made it hassle-free and painless on our side.Due to the damages inflicted on our car, the service was completed closer to 10 days, not the initial estimate of one week due to special parts that needed to be ordered. There were small details that needed adjustments like the trunk not lining up evenly and there was a discrepancy with a minor scuff on the bottom portion of the front bumper. Luis Ramirez was our Service Advisor at Service King and he helped us have the shop readjust the trunk. Minor scuffs that were already present were touched up during the service appointment which we greatly appreciate. Because Luis was very polite and professional, he assured us that we could return with our car at a later date to have the minor scuff that we felt was caused at their shop to be touched up.The only minor hiccup was the communication of our vehicle. Both Luis (Service King Advisor) and Russ (Insurance Auto Damage Adjuster) kept sending text messages and calling my husband who was busy in the field rather than communicating directly with me even though we provided the correct contact number. This is not so much a huge issue taking account that our overall experience was positive. Their staff is friendly and professional, from the moment you walk into the office you are greeted by the receptionist in a friendly manner. The Enterprise car rental agent was very friendly and polite and took care of us in a timely manner. If we ever needed them again, we would return to Service King.

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 got into a major car collision. I called Car West Santa Clara and they were able to see me IMMEDIATELY. It was a Monday, which must be the busiest day of the week, but all I can say is wow! This crew is professional! They can handle the pressure. Getting in a car crash can shake you up. It did for me, but the staff at Car West assisted me with everything. Explained the process, set me up with a car rental, and I was on my way within 30 minutes. The following day they called me to discuss what would be fixed and how everything would be processed with insurance. This is the first (and hopefully only) time this has happened to me so for them to walk me through everything made it stress-free. I got a call a couple days later and my car was completely finished and looked just like it did when I drove it out of the dealership when I bought it! I couldn’t believe the car was done that fast! Talk about flawless. I am still thoroughly impressed with their professionalism. They should pride themselves in their hard work, dedication to excellence, and outstanding customer service.

When I decided to take my car to Car West Auto Body SC, it was basically a decision to get my car made pristine again AND do it all on autopilot. When I went over the car with my CW agent, Carlos, he addressed all my concerns with one simple statement: believe me, Im more pickier than you, and I wont pass this car until Im fully satisfied. I could tell by the techniques he was describing that they would employ to fix all the concerns I had with the job, that this was definitely a high standard business. The place itself is a state of the art facility, which when I asked questions about purely out of curiosity, I was granted a tour of the whole operation. Vast, extensive, and thorough is how I would describe it. I cannot tell you how nice everyone was, while at the same time being so expeditious and professional. It was overall a great experience, and for the quality delivered, they are definitely worth it. My first choice when I need the best.

Very good place for quality boy work. My car was scratched badly and Geico sent me here. Communication was top notch. I was getting text updates all the time. My car was ready before schedule. Quality of work was great.Minor complaint - interior (steering wheel, dashboard, handles etc) was covered in fingerprints and dust from clearly someone handling it with dirty hands. And it smelled like paint (which was likely unavoidable).Its 4.5/5 stars in my book.

Car West is absolutely the most efficient, thorough and their staff is great. They did a superb job of fixing my Avalon which was scraped badly. It had to have three process paint job and it came out beautiful. It was in the shop on Monday and I picked it up on Wednesday. I am very pleased with their work. I would like to give negative stars for this collision center every one is liars they work for insurance companies not for quality service. I gave call around 11:40 AM in the morning Front office said your car is ready for pick up when I went at evening around 5 PM they told my car is not ready by giving explanation as with the same name two persons are they and confused. I asked to show the proof agin started telling some fake stories. I asked for the manager they said manager left for the day when I start shouting manger came from his office My eyes started rolling after seeing manager all they are saying is cooked stories. Finally walked with out my car wasted lot of time and stressful.My sincere advice is stay away from this fraud guys.

I was hit by a fellow who ran a red light and my insurance recommended I take it to Car West to get it repaired. I was reluctant because I already knew a good body shop in Mountain View, but decided to go with it.Im REALLY HAPPY that I did. The staff at Car West is vert professional and made sure I was updated on what was being done with my car and when I could expect it to be finished. When I got my car back, they went through the long list of things that they had done. They were courteous, friendly, and made sure I was happy.

My insurance company referred me to this shop. i did have a doubt at the time, because it is a chevy bolt (electric car with aluminum body). it has been in the shop more than a week, i have not heard from the shop at all about the status or when they will get it fixed.update: the car is in the shop 2 months now. not fixed yet...

MAKE SURE TO REMOVE ALL VALUABLES FROM YOUR CAR UNLESS YOU WANT THEM STOLEN! My insurance company towed my car to Service King after I was rear ended. My boyfriend and I neglected to remove all our belongings as we were in a major accident and I had to be taken to the ER. My car was in their shop for about 2 weeks as my insurance was trying to figure out if it was a total loss or not, it was. I had to release my car to my insurance so I went to gather my belongings. I HAD ABOUT $800 DOLLARS WORTH OF ITEMS STOLEN! We were going to LA to a wedding so we had a suit, dress shoes, versace sunglasses, gps, etc and they were all stolen.When I brought this up to their attention, they told me that a manager would get back to me. That they take audits of items in cars and take photographs when they arrive. It has been over two weeks that they have been investigating and they concluded that it is not their responsibility. They didnt even bother to let us know their investigation findings. I would stay far away from Service King, they are just a bunch of thieves!

I would give 0 stars if possible. This has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever dealt with as a customer. I had my car repaired through my auto insurance here. However, after the repairs had completed, I noticed that my transmission had become janky/stuttery, and my mileage has dropped considerably by about 20%. These issues were not present before the repairs. I took my vehicle in a second time, where the issue was STILL not fixed. I tried bringing this to the customer representatives attention, but the customer service was BRUTAL. Only about 20% of the calls to this representative were picked up, and promises to call me back were almost never fulfilled. When I tried to explain that these problems with my car still have not been resolved, I was basically told that Sorry, we cant do anything. You would have to take it to the dealership yourself to diagnose. Why should customers have to spend more time, gas, and effort to cover up mistakes made by a greedy business who dont care about their customers? No sense of responsibility at all. STAY AWAY.

In June I had my car repaired at Car West and had received excellent service, especially from Hector Vasquez. Recently, during a long car trip, I was forced into a construction barrel by a car where two lanes became one. I was sad to see a dent in the fender near the previous repair and many scratches. I consulted Hector to give me advice about repairs, and he offered to have the scratches buffed out and also had the fender liner put back in place in exchange for a positive review, which I am happy to do. The dent is still there, but I decided not to bother the insurance company again, and the scratches are gone.Car West is a very professional organization, and everybody who I came in contact there is friendly and accommodating. Poor customer service. I reached on time for the appointment and waited for so long that I had to check at the reception again to see if someone would come to help, to my surprise I found that the person who was supposed to help wasn’t aware that I was waiting. Secondly the estimated days to repair, caused me lot of problems to my holiday plans as the estimates were nowhere near the reality. Thirdly my calls were not answered nor returned. Finally the fixed car had multiple new scratches.

Amazing customer service!

I was helped by Hector Vasquez for my Ford Escape SEL 2013 rear-in collision. The damage was fortunately limited to the rear bumper and mostly external (cosmetic), yet it made the car look horrible. Hector and Car West Auto promised me that the car would look like new when they were done with it and that is exactly what happened.I also appreciate the fact that Hector was constantly updating me on the status and that he didnt cut any corners in getting the job done perfectly well. I would highly recommend this body shop for body work if you happen to live at a drivable distance form Santa Clara. It is worth bringing your car in here for repair if the need arises.Thanks for all the help you guys! So mad right now. My mom got in an accident And NOBODY is helping! She is in pain. The car got TOTALLED! and NOW Its not FIXABLE Disappointed.

We had given our toyota prius for repair of the tailgate glass and did not have a great experience. Firstly, they kept the vehicle with them for 8-10 days and then called us saying the right glass is not available in the market and that they would put an alternative available. I had to call the Toyota parts and they instantly said it is available with them, so not sure why Service King couldnt check this themselves. Later when we collected the vehicle, they left out connecting the backup camera correctly and so we had to go to them again for getting it corrected. This is Ok but we cannot call them king of servicing :)

Did Jay, the technician really just hang up on me during our conversation? I tried to call back and received no answer - while the line was ringing I called from another phone and Blanca who could not even properly answer the call fast enough - picked up the call, while mine was still ringing. If Jay or Russ are not able to effectively communicate or use their words, then working in a customer-facing role is not for them. Blanca, Brenda, Bianca - who answered the phone - and put us on hold to connect us with the manager and then came back to say she forgot there was no one there. Super unprofessional from the illiterate receptionist to the service technicians. ABSOLUTELY WORSE SERVICE EVER - DO NOT GO HERE. #Servicekingcollison #ServiceKingSantaClara . i came by this morning to retrieve my car and after Geico confirmed release, Romero said my keys were off site - Geico was on the phone during this and the rep said that was false. 3 minutes later, 6 Santa Clara Police showed up when I was sitting in the waiting area with my 9 year old. Apparently Romero called the police because he said my car was reported stolen - it was not and confirmed on site by the officers. Is this how #Service King Collision trains their staff on conflict resolution? It must be included in their manual to lie to all customers. These people are ridiculous and I was profiled - which is worse. Yes, he really said, you people. wow. I am shocked and in disbelief that this has transpired. The receptionist lied - that is horrible training to teach your staff to lie. When the police arrived they knew my name, husbands name and which state I lived in 2001! So I wonder why the police were called and what gives service king the right to withhold my car when they did absolutely no work?

I would recommend Car West Auto Body for future repairs.First the car was done in 2 days head of schedule.Dana Mookini there was extremely helpful and courteous.She helped resolved many issues with Hertz rental, acquired extra parts and even offered free car washes.Thanks a lot, KK

Hard to rate a body shop since you hope youre not a regular. Ive been here twice and service was a mixed bag of results. First time, everything sorta just worked out from coming in for an estimate to picking up my car. My most recent encounter was bazaar. I was shceudled by their national call center and within hours, the person I was schduled to meet to have my estimate done by called to attempt to cancel. Apparently these locations only have one employee trained to deal with one insurance company, go figure, I guess division of labor isnt a thing here. Well, it took some sweet talking from my insurance company to get this shop to maintain its commited appointment. Overall work quality was good, I do however have my suspecensions the final price for the work performed was inflated. Insurance signed off and paid but the quote went from about $1k to well over $2k. So I suppose do yourself a favor and shop around for a quote.

I had nothing but a positive experience with Mahdi Falahati at Car West. They stayed in touch with me all the way through the process of repair, even when I asked that they rewrite my estimate with OEM parts. I would definitely go back if I needed repair on my car, my husband was so impressed hes thinking about getting some of his own done there for his Scion. Thanks Mahdi!

My car was banged at the left rear door by someone who fled the scene...!! I have Farmers Insurance and I worked with Hector who was the farmers agent onsite. It was a great experience working with him and car west in general. They had onsite rental car agents and the job done on my car was simply outstanding. The work was completed in less than a week and they finish was top-notch. I would give a double like if possible for this body shop!!!
