Car was in an accident, front end and engine area $10,000. in damage. Repairs were completed on time, repairs restored car to like new condition. Car is a 2017 RAV 4 Hybrid, all features seem to be fully restored

Very pleased with my experience. Even though I wish the other party hadn’t sideswipe my parked car, the service I received from Caliber Collision made the experience rather painless. The service advisor, Jamaal, was courteous as well as professional. Good communication during the body repair process and my car was returned sooner than expected. Even the office staff who answer the phones were quite cordial and helpful. And my Tesla looked as good as new after they completed the work.

Not sure where do i begin:- Left my car unlock in the open parking lot when the office was closed- Gave me car back with DEAD battery and TPM Malfunction error while i had no issue before it went to the garage for repair- Not sure if anyone did any kind of testing post repair to ensure car is functional - to me thats basic above reported issue should hv been identified and fixed- Technician assigned was very RUDE and not courteous right from day1

Amazing service! Dean kept me up to date with everything and always let me know if there were going to be any delays or that they were on schedule with everything.They all did an amazing job on my car and I really appreciate that they washed and vacuumed it as well. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends.

I was referred to this shop by my car insurance from my recent car accident and I have to say I was very SATISFIED with the service I received. The customer service was AMAZING and they kept me informed about my car at all times. When I got my car back it looked BRAND NEW. My battery even ended up going bad while my car was there and they replaced it at no charge which was very nice. Caliber repaired my vehicle after I hit a deer in the mountains. They repaired the entire front end of my car down to my license plate frame which was from a small out of state university. Jamaal kept me informed every step of the way and even worked around my schedule to help me pick up my car. He was great and Caliber was great!

Caliber Collisions was an in network shop for my insurance company. Im grateful to have taken it to this location on Martin because they did an exceptional job with exceptional customer service. Jamaal and Shawn are definitely people that I would trust my car with again because of the thoroughness of the evaluation, repair, and updates. Take your car here and you wont be disappointed.

Update: Im updating to 3 stars now because Shawn, the GM there, reached out to be and admitted that there were gaps in quality control which he will address and that he will attempt to see what can be done to correct the paint issues.Tesla Model S. Paint doesnt match, very loud wind noise, passenger door handles clunk now when protracting/retracting and the repainted door actually has a few paint blots, scuffs and scratches.

Took car in for auto body repair and picked up my vehicle, to only descover my cars windshield was damaged and it was in perfect condition when I dropped off.But it didnt end there because when I got home, I opened my trunk and was saddened to notice that my JumpStart box, which I never got to use yet, was missing!!Furthermore, Do not go here, unless you want to be stolen from and left with yet another repair to fix on your car, that you didnt have before.This shop did nothing to try to resolve it or take any responsibility for the damage there shop made.I regret ever taking my car here.

Tesla service recommended to take my car to Caliber Collision to fix a problem with the door. I stopped by and requested to see Shawn Poirier. My expectation was to get an estimate and repair timeframe. Shawn looked at it and asked me to give him 5 mins to take the car to the shop. He came back after 10 with the problem fixed. He said it is small, no need for a claim and they took care of it. In the past I took it to a shop for the same problem and they kept it for two days untouched and I pulled it back.I sincerely thank Shawn for this outstanding experience. Highly Highly recommend this place.

GREAT SERVICE AND CAR WAS ON TIME.

No advisors on staff. The ones they have drive from another location and have missed both of my appointments. I took my vehicle to Xcel Collision and they provided an estimate on the spot AND took my vehicle in to start working on it right away.Time is money. That’s why Xcel got my business and Caliber didn’t.
