Kait and Myrna are absolutely fabulous. My family has been with this office for years and I cannot express the level of customer service that we have received from this office. I dont even have to give them my full name, Myrna remembers me. Working with insurance (especially if you have been in an accident) is never easy or fun, but it makes it easier when you have an awesome agent and team helping you. Kaitlin Cortenbach at State Farm in Barbara has been our agent for the past few years and I highly recommend her. She is dependable and honest.We had a leak in our house, we called Kaitlin and 1 hour later, the restoration company was at our house. Kaitlin made this difficult process much easier. She kept us informed and successfully addressed issues that came up during this restoration.I know there are a lot of insurance agents to chose from but it is hard to find a agent who you trust and is looking for your best interests. I moved from Carol Stream, IL and found Kaith Cortenbach here in Santa Barbara CA.Their custmer service has always been fenomal, they always are willing to help you and are very professional Kaith and her team are always there with any questions, never had a problem with any of my policies, and I have a few, car, home, condo, motorcycle .

You know my 40 years having insurance I’ve never had a company so wonderful as this one now Kate and her staff have been on top of it and very thorough and listened to my needs.
