We have been with State Farm for several years when Jane Macedo was the agent. We have never had a problem until Ric acquired her book when she retired. NOW, we have problems. Our coverages have been increased and Ric doesnt respond to several emails. During the Pandemic it is important to go through expenses to find savings. I was shocked to see that I have a quarter of million-dollar coverage on my auto policies. Very expensive luxury cars do not cost this much. Since Ric decided he cannot call me, this review is to inform him that were looking at moving to another agent.

When I first signed up I needed the insurance right away to give to DMV. Rosa helped with everything going above and beyond excellence. I also needed help today and Eric helped right away and he was kind and very understanding. I feel safe and secure knowing State Farm really cares and very reasonable price. I recommend State Farm. They are awesome.
