I’ve been with in the industry for 4 years and this company for 3 months might I say this is the best company I’ve ever worked for. My team members and upper management is very professional with an open door policy. NALS really cares about there employees and residents. I would definitely recommend any future and employees to this company. Very proud to be apart of the NALS team.

This company is a mega scam! Dont know how they havent got sued big time up till now! They will order their property staff to post notices on weekends, so that tenants weekends are ruined, while they do not respond back for a week. There is no overall communication anyways! They just look at tenants as ATMs! If one complains, they will threaten and reliate! Oh ya, they act like a mafia too!

After been in the maintenance & managing industry for 26 years and transferring over to NALS after the purchase of property, I can tell you they hire people for positions they should have never been in. The regional manager on our first training day stated to me smoke detectors last 20-25 years in front of another new hire and had us do a test with a broken ladder on top of that is super arrogant with only a couple of years’ experience. Having us do things and then after done getting the correct info from upper to only we must do again two to 3 more times always looking up how to do something. The district manager fit chick over 40 just wanted to give authority and mothers the regional maintenance manager. Tip you never call another employee back two-way with the person you are having issues with. again, he is not a teddy bear. I Also had a witness to this call speaker phone. The sad part about it is the property was running great until this nightmare started and this is what caused 60% of staff to LEAVE around the same time and then they had the nerve to fire another staff member after WE left because she did not get proper training from the property manager and played favorites. The list goes on and on of how we were treated. I was not going to write this review because I do not ever until I found out they have staff members running around saying we were fired. It is a small world and It is illegal to give false info to another employer. This company is shady and Half a** and if you are looking at employment run clear from this company.

This property management company has been outstanding through the COVID19 era. Waiving late fees for their residents with hardships since April. Overall they take great care of their communities and their staff is very professional. Times are tough so I appreciate you all going above and beyond during the pandemic. Thank you NALS and San Tropez Apartments!

I live in one of their communities in Colorado Springs (Aliso). I would not recommend this management to anyone. They discriminate and have crazy policies! One of the ladies at my leasing office is extremely rude, her name is Tiffany and I have not had a pleasant experience with her. I was fortunate enough to find the Facebook page “Nals Apartment Homes Tenants Speak Out” and I realized I am far from being the only one having such a negative experience with this company. PLEASE look elsewhere!

I have been living at chandler park going on 1 year. Never paid my rent late. I call in for not having no hot water months ago and no one came to fix it. I ended up fixing it myself. The hot water went out again and still no one came to fix it. Imagine it’s cold out and I have to go to work so I’m bathing in cold water. During this whole pandemic our gym, pool etc is close FYI other building pool, gym are open up with social distance rules in place. They are still charging us the same rent and not a dollar less. This is very unacceptable and I’m tired of complaining with no solutions.

I currently in Belmont Crossing Apartment Homes in Riverdale. Very nice property. Clean and quiet. You can tell Management put a lot into the property here to make the residence feel at home. The maintenance response quickly and are very nice. Ive lived here four years and every issue Ive had, the Property Manager personally made sure I was taken care of. I would recommend Belmont Crossing to anyone looking for an apartment in Riverdale. 🙂

I got to work with NALS to do some service and leadership training. They were fantastic to work with. First of all, its impressive that they have such a commitment to their associates, property leaders and residents that they invest in service training. I consider them on the cutting edge of the apartment/homes industry. Katie, Michael, Jay and the team were just awesome partners. I feel like Im part of the NALS family. All business aspects of our partnership were handled with integrity, fairness and care. But more importantly, it was always great to be in the presence of the NALS team as theyre just good, fun people. I hope to do more with them.

Trees not treated, a large tree fell on my car and management done nothing about it. Manager told me the trees are treated and since, iv saw trees falling all over the property when there is bad or raining weather. My Tag stolen of my car on the property. I reported it to the leasing office and security, they did not note it, turned around and towed my car for not having a tag on it!!! My neighbor sales drugs out in the open. I almost got attacked by a dog im sure thats not documented. The first unit i lived in had water build up in the structure. I got sick form mold all over the apartment. The mold ruined, cause damage to most of my clothes, shoes ect. and all the manager said she could do was move me to another unit. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

Rented the property back in 2006 and loved it. Have recommended it to two colleagues of mine who are currently living in the same vicinity.I moved back and now I am currently renting at the same property I feel in love with years ago, and change has happened for the worst. Unable to unpack as I found termites the week I moved in. Unfortunately it took five days for them to get a specialist out to see if they were in fact termites. In the meantime, there was a leak from the washer pipe going into the bedroom closet. This was also reported. The termite issue that was so called addressed by the office was untrue. Three days later after the so called “treatment” more holes and more termites have formed and are now coming through the ceiling above the bed I sleep at night. The leak was so called fixed however, I still have a huge hole in my wall, a large fan blowing, and the washer pulled out into the hall.I haven’t even lived here a month and these are continued major issues I am experiencing. With already giving deposit, first months rent, and most important; waiting over a month to move in, I would like to speak to someone who can possibly help me and put me in another unit, or address all the issues and sign off on it, with a month prorated due to the issues. I am highly dissappointed as it is not only courtesy to inspect the apartment prior to someone new moving in, it can create harmful hits for the company.

Google requires that at least one star be given in ratings, otherwise I would have opted for none. I have not met more unprofessional people in my life. The attitude and carelessness of the management company just blows my mind! I lived at one of their properties in Phoenix, AZ. The staff was totally incompetent to say the least. They would not respond to emails before a few follow-ups. They property conditions were unhygienic and unsanitary. There was dog piss everywhere around the stairs. I would think that there would be some rules around letting your dog go within a certain distance of the stairways. But there was no policy, or at least not enforced. At one instance, I found dog feces in the middle of the hallway on a Friday afternoon. I called the management office to bring it to their attention. I was told that if maintenance if available they can take care of it today, otherwise it will have to wait till Monday. And guess what, the hallway was not cleared till Monday. I know this is the fault of a resident, but enforcing the rules and policies is the job of the management company. And if it doesnt work, it is their sole responsibility as landlords to provide a safe, secure and sanitary environment. Instead, they welcome more and more pets wholeheartedly, while the ones without any pets (like me) were forced to live with the stench. Moreover, the company failed at maintaining safety in the complex, despite it being a gated community. There were frequent break-ins, of which we got notified each time but the company couldnt spare a few $$ to install security cameras within the development. I believe the only cameras present were at the entrance, but one end of the development was tucked away in the back. Anytime I would call the management office to report something, I always got a very callous response. They do not take accountability of their actions (or inaction, thereof). The staff was lazy, inconsiderate and rude. I wish I could say a few good things about the staff but after one year of living in their community, I am left with bitter experiences. I couldnt take it anymore and moved out. I hope I never have to deal with NALS ever again!

I just came across this site and was reminded how self-selective internet reviews are: only people with problems take the time to write, those satisfied dont bother. But Im going to. Ive been a NALS tenant for 10+ years and obviously wouldnt have stayed this long if I wasnt satisfied. The property is always clean, the exteriors and publics spaces are kept up to date and cleaned and repainted when needed, the staff professional, polite and attentive to maintenance needs when they arise. Im very happy to be a NALS tenant.

You really need to reconsider the staff working at your property: The Gardens of East Cobb in Marietta, Georgia. The Property Manager and staff are rude, inconsiderate and have no interest in helping tenants resolve their problems. The staff is totally untrained in the importance of telling prospective tenants of hidden fees, especially the one regarding paying rent. I have lived in apartment complexes many times over the years and I have always paid my rent by check. No one at the office (nor is there a sign in the office stating the rent payment policy) at any time indicated that there would be a $10.00 fee to pay by check until I came to pay my rent. At no time did they ever send me a sign-on code giving me access to actually pay my rent online. If I didnt pay the $10.00 fee they said I would be in default. After a very upsetting confrontation over this and finally paying the $10.00 fee (of which I should be reimbursed, but wont hold my breath), the Property Manager accused me of being disrespectful. When I asked for a sign on code, she said she would email it to me, but to date, I still have not received it. She is a real tool (and Im being nice not to call her sometime more appropriate) and should never be working in this field of customer service. When I went to read my lease over again, I realized I never received a signed copy and when I called the office (multiple times), they said the Property Manager was still reviewing it for signature. I would figure since I am actually living there now for over a month, that the lease was approved and signed. There is no excuse for this. As of today, I am still waiting for the signed lease. With all the negative comments I have seen now online (including mine), dont you think it is time to see what is going on at this property of yours??

Towne Square ApartmentsHeres a breakdown of the experience Ive had over the last 3 months.1. The staff: Not horrible, however getting anything completed takes multiple request.2. The grounds: Dog feces everywhere.3. The tenants: Horrible to say the least. Couples screaming at each other at all times of the day and night. Ive heard fist fights take place in a neighboring unit. Foul mouthed kids running around, jumping in the back of trucks and climbing on top of carports.4. The unit: Extremely bad. At the time of move in, the list of issues was nearly as long as the entire page. The new wood floor laminate was ripped in several areas, the whole roll was laying in the floor and did not appear to be cleaned. A notice appeared on the door due to a broom on the patio which was used daily to sweep the piles of dead leaves. Property management advised to remove the broom from the patio before legal action was taken. True story and removed immediately. It also appears there has been some tampering with the mailboxes. A request to it repaired was submitted approximately 2 weeks ago and now the mailbox door has completely fallen off. The MASSIVE roach infestation, which consists of adult and young roaches, has been an on going issue since day one. Three requests were submitted prior to it being addressed. A fog was finally completed and yet live roaches are still everywhere in the kitchen. The kitchen is kept very clean along with the rest of the unit. A 5th request was submitted, the staff inspected and stated upon entry only found one live roach was noticed. A request to have the unit baited to continue the pest control treatment was entered, the property management advised that it will be baited after 2 weeks of continued issues. With that being said, everything is washed TWO TIMES, before and after use because eating off a dish or drinking out of a mug that roaches have been on is not very appealing. To sum this up, please do more research and spend a little more money for a quality place to live. If an offer was made in writing and without any legal recourse to vacate the premise I can assure every reader that it would certainly be taken. The next step is to leave a comment in Google reviews, the social media, the website and any other possible way to get the word out to avoid this property at all costs!!

Belmont crossing apts riverdale ga..i would highly recommend you do not make residency at complex management including property mgr ( tracy holmes) and district mgr (kellie hosche) are very vindictive and do not respond to phone, email, and or in person requests to speak with them. After dealing with no heat and no ac for months since moving in, I decided to directly address the property mgr, after months of requesting a face to face meeting to no avail. The result led to the mgr immediately providing to notice to vacate after my lease expires. Basically saying they will not be renewing thism in addition, she immediately removed the checking acct payment option for me to pay my rent. Mind you i have always paid rent by the 1st. At the latest the second of the month. When addressing thet district mgr, I took several phone calls, voicemail messages, and emails for her to contact me back. In fact im still awaiting a response from both my email and voicemail message I sent over a week ago. They are very unprofessional, dont resolve the issues, and have made my conditions with mgr misuse and abuse. If needetd please contact me and I will supply my details. I would give the corporation and Belmont Crossing Apts in Riverdale, Ga a zero rating if I could.

This is now September, now back in july a post that helps support the carport was broken at the base, from being so rotten, (they ran the sprinklers for about 12 hours straight a day. I called it in, they blamed me. now the sprinklers stop! imagine that. 3 weeks later I get a call stating that they are charging me for the repairs, I said excuse me? she said I owe 2083$, WHAT??? for a post. I said if you are charging me I want to see an invoice. ( I needed to show it to my insurance company and possibly an attorney) well needless to say I never heard about this again even though I called and e-mailed. I didnt want this showing up unexpectedly on my credit report for some reason. Anyways, we are coming up to the end of our lease so we are receiving letters mailed to us and on our door to renew our lease with an increase of rent of almost $200!!! and since we have to give 60 day notice I gave our notice since I have found a job and wanted to move closer to work since I was driving almost 1.5 hours one way to work. HA now I get a call from the actual property manager on 8/31/15, the day after I turn in my notice, imagine that. saying that she has now added 2280$ to my account and I have to pay it by tomorrow with Septembers rent. now Im not sure about you but I dont have that kind of coin just laying around. so I told her there is no way shape or form that is going to happen. she then proceeded to tell me that she would make up a payment arrangement but it has to be paid in 3 months. it still took her 2 days to get it to me, she left it on my door on a Tuesday, and said I had to have it to her by the end of the week. with the advise of a lawyer I didnt turn it in. when my husband paid the rent today, she was very snooty to him as she was with me on the phone. it is very visable that other posts are super rotten. but with us moving a lot of places will deny you if you owe your previous landlord money, so I am now stuck between a rock and hard place, and on the invoice it stated that the post was primed and painted and it has not been. so they are trying to charge me for something that is not even finished. The manager obviously has not even checked the work. Woodcliffe apartment homes is not kept up maintenance wise either. it takes several phone calls for them to come and fix anything. but mainly im upset with how they handled this rotten post bit. sorry, if I hit it, it would of broke at the point in which I hit it. trust me I know I have put up many posts as I have worked on many farms and built my own fields for horses. they need to look at whom is really to blame for the broken rotten post! do not live here the staff members in the office are rude and not informed. when signing our lease she was stuttering all over herself I thought it was because she was new, ya she wasnt new. and the maintenance people dont speak very good English and dont really know what you are trying to say to them. at least the ones I spoke with. they also do not have nearly enough parking, people are having to park on the side of the street and walk down to their apartment, or park on the side of the road going down into the parking lots from one area to the other. when It rains water collects at the bottom of the stairs to where it is coming up the stairs. the water came up to my 4 year old boys shins, and no he isnt short.all in all not a good place very unhappy.

I agree 100% with Dale. The staff is poorly trained and rude. They will never follow through with anything unless it benefit NALS. And when you try to leave a message on Kelli Hoschs, the district managers phone, you will never be able to finish, it will cut out. We have had the water heater above our place break and flood, they took 4 days to respond and then found mold in our place. When they replaced the sheet rock they didnt tell or cover our furniture, covering our whole place with white powder from the sanding. STAY AWAY and warn everyone you know to NEVER rent from a NALS place. AWFULLL
