Its very unfortunate that any one can just post a negative review thats false. Every one has a right to there option, but please dont make false statements. You have ex employees that has acted like customers posting false reviews. It would be nice if theses reviews were confirmed prior to posting.

They were terrible. They left a huge mess, we were unable to get a hold of a manager or salesperson, and the workers fought with my 85 year old grandmother. She works full time and can handle stressful situations; but the stress from dealing with them has caused her health problems (bleeding - I apologized for being at all graphic). I spent 8 hours scrubbing down her windows and that is just part of the mess they left. I am amazed at how horrendously rude and extremely emotional they have been. They were pushy and are very unprofessional. My grandmother has asked to speak to anyone who is in charge before she signs the final contract. The woman she spoke to (Lisa) refused to let her and has threatened to put a lien on my grandmother’s home. We would just like to speak to a manager and have them more thoroughly go over the contract before it is signed for payment. Threatening a lien is quite a stretch.

I was referred by a friend to them.Replaced a few windows and 1 door.No issues - sales team was nice enough, and we got what we requested at good price, not tricks or games!The office staff was very nice on the phone - when I called back later with some questions.

My husband met with the salesman and in an hour we were getting our new windows that i love love love. When i was told how easy it was to clean the Anlin window. I was sold. It is not iust a window. It is a an amazing product that i cant believe we have in our home and never have to worry about it.The gentleman that knocked on my door was very clean and clear about why he was there.

Disliked sales approach. Thought the quote was high and wanted to get another one before deciding, but salesman said if I didnt sign today I would lose out on the discount incentive he was offering. I ask him if there was a cancellation window and he told me he would not write the order if there was a possibility I was going to cancel. I told him I didnt like the sales pressure he was putting on me, so while he was here I called Cool Fans who I had used 5 years ago and he quoted me $2000.00 less. The salesmen listened in on the conversation and still didnt want to give up so he tried to sale me an air conditioner or new windows instead of the whole house fan. I felt like he was a car salesman who wasnt going to let me go until I signed. Very unprofessional, do not use unless your gullible and want to pay more.

I do not know how this company stays in business. Their management team are rude and VERY unprofessional. I have never felt more ill at ease in a business office. It is dirty, the employees are dressed horribly unprofessionally. One of their Sales Managers, Steve has a way of making women feel uncomfortable. Based on that, I would not want anyone from their company in my home.

Received a call from this company saying that they were following up from a letter from the City of Santee. Which my city NEVER sent out I confirmed with them. When I inquired about the letter they said that was sent out and is why they were following up is because people are not receiving the letters. This is a contractor that is trying to sell you windows, new heaters, AC units, Roof and then add it to your property tax bill. We are on a do not call list and they continue to call. But Huston was the person that called and when I continued to ask questions she would talk over me and finally Hung up on me. I found the company online called and spoke with a guy names Steve who said they do not call people on the do not call list and the owners name is Bill Bachand. This PACE program or Hero program if you allow them to improve any of your property they add the cost of project plus increase the price and you pay for this via your property tax bill for the next 5-20 years. If you are going to refinance your home or sell, most lenders require this to be paid off in advance. Buyer beware....

These guys came in here and did an amazing job. I knew it was gonna be more pricey than alot of other brands of windows but they really did an awesome job explaining the window and why this was a no brainer for me and my fam. Awesome workers. Clean and stay in contact with you throughout the whole project. LIFETIME WARRANTY ON EVERYTHING! I can go punch a whole in my window right now and have a new one installed and paid for by NOT ME!!! Amazing. Not many people can say that but go ahead and get your cheap windows. Just one of those companies and products that makes you believe in just the quality and worry less about the cost even though they make it work for anyone!

Staff memebers Heather and Lisa were completely unprofessional and rude, attacked me while making a business phone call with my company. I would not suggest using this company because they let their emotions get in the way of maintaining a professional business attitude. Regardless of your frustrations you should never attack someone over the phone. Not only was their associate rude, but the manager as well demonstrated how unprofessional their staff will be if put into a frustrating situation. Instead of finding a solution they instead turned into a bunch of high school girls. I suggest taking your business to a company that will maintain a proper business environment regardless of the situation. I also suggest the higher ups in this company reach out and retrain how their staff speaks to people when dealing with a frustrating situation.

Totally unorganized! Before you consider interviewing with them, read this review. If you are great at telemarketing, you MIGHT fit in. Politics comes into play.

This company somehow got my information and has called me multiple times after asking them to take me off their list of names and numbers. Im guessing because I have never had a need for anything near their services, they probably bought a list of names and numbers from a company that wrongfully gathers information from people.This company should spend their time and money on legitimized marketing and not purchasing stolen information.

I am a returning customer for this company so I hope my review helps someone else not make the same mistake we made by contacting this company for our next window order. I ordered Anlin windows and doors from Elite Home Energy in 2006 and was so pleased with my service and products, that when things got better for us; we returned to complete the remaining window 10 windows last May of 2016....unfortunately for us the customer service was no where near the same...after a nightmare install and terrible customer service, I was hoping to never have to deal with this 3rd party dealer again.Im sad to say due to an accidentally breakage of our patio door I had to call them again and OMG..I would NEVER recommend this company for ANYTHING. My window was broken over 10 days ago and I have yet to get the courtesy return phone call. After calling everyday for over a week, leaving messages and speaking speaking to Justa the production manager, Jessica, Kathy, Decoata, & Lisa in Marketing, nothing has been done to help me; all I was told was that they would contact the manufacture and call me back. I have still yet to receive not one phone call back. On top of that I was told this first accidental breakage was not covered under warranty. OMG!!!I was finally able to track down a number for the Anlin manufacture, whom I called on Saturday and received a call back at 8:15 this morning. within minutes I had a quote for replacement and an install date for next week. Now thats customer service. Lisa in marketing along with the others mentioned above at Elite Home Energy in Santa Ana, definitely needs rush course in customer service, especially for repeating customers.I recommend you to NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

Aggressive telemarketing, rude caller hangs up on you. Avoid at all costs, support some other local business instead of these jerks.

Bad experience, haunted for days by sales department, scheduled visit and since I had other estimates they refused to schedule an estimate if I did not disclose the amount of the quotes. The general manager Lisa is rude and pushy. Waste of time.

This tacky company claims to be part of the county PACE program and tries to take advantage of naive homeowners desperately looking to make home improvements. They also do not pay their employees and have a revolving door type of business. Do not do business with them.

These guys keep calling me for their marketing phone calls eventhough my number is in do not call list.
