I have gone to this store before, but due to the pandemic, I went to another place that put the batteries in, but they only lasted for a short while. So back to Fast Fix to get new batteries, a guarantee, and working watches. Quick, helpful, and satisfaction. What more can a girl ask for?

I’ve had 2 services here so far. The first one was to reshape my rings and the second was to replace a stone in a ring. Both times I was blown away by the price and the service I received. I was expecting to pay WAY more and take longer. Thankful that I found this little place to start taking my jewelry to!

Fast-Fix (Mainplace mall) has been a great place to not only to repair jewelry, but to also purchase jewelry. I have purchased four (4) Casio G-Shock watches from David (owner). David has been very clear and up front with prices. He has shared knowledge regarding watches (Swiss movement versa Chinese movement).Davids repair technician is very skilled in jewelry repair. I dont remember his name or i would give him a shout-out. He was able to repair my gold wedding ring which actually burned off my finger (ouch). My incident was years ago and my ring has been sitting in a drawer for years.Gold prices have been pretty high in the last seven plus years; however, I miss my ring and finally decided to repair it. Davids repair technician was able to repair my ring by adding gold and resizing it. My ring looks amazing, and you cant tell that it was repaired.I highly recommend Fast-Fix for your jewelry needs.

Wonderful service and quality work! I had my grandmother engagement ring resized and my mother necklace cleaned.In total, they have adjusted or fix 5 pieces of jewelry for me over the years and everything has come back in perfect condition.I will continue using them or any future jewelry adjustments as I need them.

Please shop around before you purchase watch batteries here. I went to change a few watch batteries, but because of the price ($130 for three watches), I opted to change only three. They are not luxury watches (the batteries were about the same price I paid for my watches!). I was surprised by the price but I haven’t changed batteries in years so I thought he was being honest.It turns out that I paid more than three times the price I should have paid. What’s more, only after I receive my receipt did I read there is a no refund policy if unsatisfied. What’s worse, he did t even give me my watches in a plastic bag or anything, just pushed them back in a tray over the counter. This was not fair trade at all.Needless to say I’m not doing any more business here.

I recently brought in a worn down and broken pendant (a favorite piece with great sentimental value) that I thought couldn’t be repaired due to its age, material, and fragility. 30 minutes later my pendant was restored and perfect as it was all those years ago when it was new. I couldn’t be more pleased! This place is friendly, reasonable, skilled, and expedient.

Great place to get anything fixed! My dad originally went to get my mom’s earrings with a screw backing, and he was done within 30 minutes! Then I took my engagement ring in to get it resized, and it only took him about 30 minutes as well, he was really responsive via text message and when I was available to pick up the ring, it was all shined up and fit perfectly! Couldnt be happier with his communication, efficiency, and easy transaction.

Brought in a pair of watches to be engraved late in the evening. The engraving was completed by noon the next day. Would definitely recommend for engraving and would come back in the future.

I went in to this fine establishment to buy a chain one day end up buying a chain from them. A week or so later I ended up having to return the chain because it would fit the thing I wanted to put on the end of it. You know how some places are about returns but not this place they took it back gave me full store Credit and I ended up getting a g shock instead. They were very helpful and understanding and very nice they run a great place there. Im going to go back and get all my gold rings and watch cleaned here next time. I would for sure recommend them to friends and family.

Had a great experience here I had two watches that needed batteries replaced. I wasnt in a hurry just dropped it off and they texted me when it was ready nice and easy. One watch needed a band, they took the time to research try and find a replacement. It was discontinued, so they gave me a recommendation to recondition and repair the band so I could still use it. That was great because it is my favorite watch!

I have had many, many watch batteries changed, a strand of pearls restrung, an onyx necklace made into a bracelet and many other jewelry repairs. The owner, David, is so knowledgeable and helpful. I went to Fast Fix to request they repair two items of jewelry. One was a beautiful pink square ring surrounded by small pearls. The second was a slide or vertical charm bracelet. Two pearls had fallen from my ring and a chain had broken on my bracelet! These are beautiful pieces of jewelry and I was quite distressed! The very next day I was informed my jewelry was repaired! The pearls match exactly and you cannot tell which ones were missing. Also a stone I had not noticed was replaced on my bracelet! I took two watches to get new bands put on they had one that fit and the other he took the time to call the company to see if he could get a replacement band. They did and he ordered it for me and I’ll have it back in 10 working days. It was so great that he took the time to do this for me. I went to 2 different places before stopping by fast fix, one place told me it would be 7 days to fix my wifes necklace, the other place told me they couldnt do it because it was soldered. After almost giving up and just buying a new necklace all together I went into fast fix, and they let me know that they could in fact fix it, and it would only take an hour!!! Incredible! The service was fast but the repairman was aBit short when I ask if my 200 meter watch was sealed correctly said i had to pay an extra $40 to have a water test done then I asked if he at least tried he brushed me off and repeated you have to pay $40
