After a termite tenting my roof had major wood damage. The sheathing, fascia board, ship lap, and rafter tails all needed replacement on more than half of the side of the house. I called Stay Dry Roofing after seeing their post on Craigslist. When Jose came out he showed me photos that almost 200 tiles had as sympathetic and gave me an exceptionally competitive estimate. Best roof fixing company Ive worked with by far. We had used a different company to repair a small hole in our roof caused by a pretty large branch falling onto it and it seemed to work great at first but their patchwork quickly wore away and we started to have leaking problems. We called Stay Dry and the owner himself Javier came out to examine it and after that called in some more guys and they got to work. They had to get rid of the previous fix first which took a while but once that was done they had it repaired in no time. Very professional and quick service.

I had new roof installed by Stay Dry Roofing Co in November 2019.This afternoon I went in one of the unused bedroom to find the roof has been leaking. I called Jose Gonzaless number and left a message, I called Javier Garcias number but cant leave message because box was full.I trusted this Company to do a good JOB. We had a tree cut down, and the contractor dropped part of it on our detached garage. Luckily, he had insurance, and referred us to Stay Dry Roofing to have the repairs done. Stay Dry are professional, skilled miracle workers. My husband and I want to sell our home in Santa Ana as soon as our daughters school year ends but our shingle roof wasnt going to make it. We had 2 leaky skylights, a leak on our balcony and some wood damage from the leaks being neglected. I knew I need to get these fixed but didnt want to replace the whole roof. Revised corrected spelling errors I had called four other roofing companies before calling STAY DRY ROOOFING. I left messages for three of them and theonly person who showed up would not give me his license number. Jeff answered on the 2nd ring with a happy hello and great personality. He took all of my information and we made an appointment. On my appointment date, Jeff called me 30 minutes before their arrival. Now it was Joses turn. He was professional and courteous. He went up on my roof for about 10 minutes and wrote up my estimate. It was higher than my previous qoute but he took the time to explain the entire procedure to me. My wife and I signed on the spot. Next came Javier. He arrived with hes crew on time and they went to work right away.We could not believe how hard and fast they worked. Their inspections passed with flying colors and we love our new roof. 5 Stars guys
