SoCal Rug Masters did a professional job in cleaning, repairing, and new backing for 47 year old wool rugs handmade by my father. They made sure the colors did not run. The rugs look brand new. It was easy to stay in touch with the owner. I am overjoyed to have these family hairlooms restored to original beauty. I wont trust our rugs to anyone else. Everyone was wonderful and so appreciated the extensive rug knowledge.

What SoCal was able to do with my Persian rug was amazing. Our dog got sick all over the rug. We were fairly sure it was ruined. But within 4 days we had it back looking better than ever. I still cant believe how great the rug looks! We also had them remove the fringe from the rug. Again, it looks amazing. The price was fair and the workmanship was top quality. I will definitely continue to have them take care of our rugs.

They have revitalized a 25-year old bokhara rug that needed cleaning and fringe repair. From the time I dropped off the rug the ladies were helpful and friendly. My wife and I were visiting family recently and stayed at my father-in-laws house. Unfortunately, our dog had an accident and peed on his favorite Persian rug--which of course is the highlight of the family room. I immediately googled specialized rug cleaners and came across SoCal Rug Masters, after having called a few others first. I spoke with Ebru and she was very helpful from the moment she answered the phone. She explained to me the cleaning process, chances for success, and even told me to send her a photo of the rug so she could help me determine the exact style and fabric (wool, silk, or blend). This was all before I had made the decision to hire them. She was able to have the rug picked up the same day and kept me updated through the process and they had it back to us within 5 days. The cleaning left the rug looking new and in far better condition than when it was picked up. Suffice to say I was very relieved with the outcome and the best part, my father-in-law was also very happy with the result. In fact, he jokingly stated that he wants our dog to pee on the other carpets so we can be responsible for getting those cleaned as well! Finally, for those who were wondering, all Covid precautions were taken when they picked up the rug--masks were worn, shoes were removed, and distance was kept. Did a fantastic job on my Persian rugs which were stain with cat vomit. I didnt think it was possible to get the stains out, but the rugs came out beautiful with no stains anywhere!! I also had one repaired and the repair to the fringes and side bonding looks incredible. Im so happy to have my rugs back and looking good. I would highly recommend. The service was fantastic from start to finish, great work, great communication, in budget! I wish all businesses were as good as this one! I will be using them again.

I had two delicate and dear Persian Rugs that needed to be cleaned with love and care. The team at Socal Rug Masters were extremely responsive and helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable. They treated these rugs like their own and did a fantastic job! The turn around time was great and they were flexible on location and times of drop-off and pick-up. Their pricing was also better than many other places that advertise online.

We just got our rug back and we couldnt be happier. Its beautiful, softer than Ive ever felt it. The colors are bright and vibrant and there are no smells at all. This rug was a mess when they took it, Coffee stains, pet stains, stuck gum and candy and now you would never know. Im so happy with their service. O and they are also super friendly.

My Hong Kong wool carpet that I bought 30 years ago had not been cleaned in at least 11 years. I researched cleaning companies on the web and selected Darmany. From first contact to final delivery, this is a great company. They came and collected the carpet on time (and late in their work day since I was unavailable earlier). They were totally professional in their explanation of what they could do. Last Friday, even though it was way beyond normal work hours and raining on top of that, they brought my carpet back and installed it perfectly. It looks as good as when I purchased it - I didnt expect it to turn out so beautifully based on the prior cleaning experience! I have mentioned them to a couple of friends already and will use Darmany for future needs. The cost was fair for the work done and I am totally happy with the results.

I have a few Persian rugs that needed repair and major cleaning. They did an amazing job at getting all the dust residue and dog stain and odor out. I also had another Persian rug that was valuable and they did an amazing job at repairing it. It almost look like a new rug again. Fantastic experience! Our new puppy chewed a small hole in our the area rug that sits under our heavy pool table. As the pool table is too heavy to be moved I was in a bind. I was afraid that over time this weakness in the rug would lead to further breakdown of the rug. I called on a Sunday and explained the situation. Kourosh offered to come by my house on his way home to evaluate things. While at my house he said he could fix it but didn’t think it was worth the expense. He reassured me that it wouldn’t lead to further issues. So refreshing to deal with an honest and ethical business. If I ever need any work done I’ll make sure to use them.

He knows all there is to know about the construction, value and origin of rugs from this part of the world, and he obviously appreciates and loves them. I highly recommend his excellent service to those who have valuable rugs that need need a craftsman’s touch to restore. All these rugs were unraveling on the sides and had damaged fringe in addition to being filthy.

I can’t say enough for Kourosh and his team. I gave him a Persian rug that had been in our family for years. During storage time it had gotten wounded with 3 large slices in the rug also because of wrong storage it had water damage. He came to our office and went over everything with us. It came back 2 months later and looked like a brand new rug. You can’t see where the holes had been . He also replaced the fringe that had been torn in many places from the edging. I took in a small rug from Turkey that my dog had soiled. The fringe had also started to unravel (probably from the dog’s claws!). When I picked it up, it looked brand new again! I had forgotten how beautiful it really was. The fringe was reknotted and repaired, and the rug was clean and completely stain free. Very friendly, excellent service.

My daughter’s beautiful rug she loves is just like new!! We thought it was ready for the dumpster after my dog ran back and forth, inside and outside into the mud, for 6 hours on a rainy day!! Previously, I had spilled a big mug of tea on it which didn’t help either. But then we found Kourash and Leila at SoCal Rugmasters and, MAGIC!! It’s just like new!! We made the huge mistake of bringing in a carpet cleaner first and he just chewed it up. Turns out, a rug is NOT carpet!! Kourash was so kind and helpful and didn’t promise anything. He thought he could get out the stains but we knew there was a possibility it wouldn’t work. You can imaginye our shock, joy & happiness when we arrived to pick it up.
