The work on the carpets was extremely thorough and well done. Definitely would use them and again and recommend to friends.
I had the unexpected need for a carpet cleaning recently and wasn’t sure who to contact but after much research, I contacted Sunny Hills Cleans. Boy, I couldn’t be happier! Uniformed workers with a friendly attitude who work hard. Licensed, bonded and insured as well! They used their over 50 year experience to make my carpet look brand new. No more wine stains on my carpet! Not wanting to harm the environment, they used green products. My favorite part of it all is that they offer emergency service and free estimates so if an “accident” happens on your carpet or rug or drapes (for those of you with drapes), they can quickly return the surface back to its original look! Can’t go wrong with Sunny Hills Cleans!!! You won’t be sorry!
They cleaned our couch, carpet, and upholstered chair and did a good job. They are also efficient and professional, and their products seemed to be as green as they claimed. Ill definitely use them again.
Sunny Hills Cleans is an excellent company. When I called to make an appointment to have my carpets cleaned, Octavio was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in a very pleasant and professional manner. The technicians arrived on time and did a great job in cleaning my carpets with the Residue Free cleaning process. My carpets look the best they ever have. Thank you Sunny Hills Cleans!
INCOMPETENT. If I had to describe Sunny Hills in one word, thats it in a nutshell. Their good reviews are a result of buying off customers with a discounted offer for a good review--they actually print this offer on their paperwork (see my attached photo).Long story short, Sunny Hills took my excellent-condition drapes and returned them to me RIPPED in several places (I was not home and had given them housekey). After I called to complain, they took drapes the back to fix them and returned them the second time SHRUNKEN by several inches.Details follow:Sunny Hills came out, inspected my drapery with blackout lining, said they could clean my drapes (2 sets), no problem.A week later, they returned & hung my drapes (I had left key with them) with black marks, holes & tears in the lining, as well as areas where the backing stuck to itself. Im not talking one or two spots; there were dozens of these tears/holes covering the drapery backing (lining), making the blackout lining pointless and ridiculously obvious on sunny days when light beams through numerous holes in otherwise dark drapery (see photo). That they had the gall to hang those (again, I was not home) without a word to me was my first clue as to the kind of business I was dealing with.My second clue was after I called my contact there, Octavio, to ask him why my drapery backing was was ripped. He feigned ignorance and sent Sam out to inspect. Upon inspection, Sam informed me that he sees this happen to blackout lining all the time. He told me that someone should have informed me of the risk I was taking before they accepted my drapes and said that had he been the one to initially come out and look at my drapery, prior to cleaning, he would have told me that cleaning them was very risky. Good to know.SHODDY OPERATION. (Thats another phrase that comes to mind when describing Sunny Hills) Hope you arent bored because here is where it gets really ridiculous: Octavio called two days later to tell me those drapes had been in perfect condition when they left his shop. Chew on that for a bit. Yep, he pretty much accused me of putting holes in my lining. I guess he realized, as it came out of his mouth, how silly he sounded because he let that one go quickly, and after being asked repeatedly by myself and my husband what he was going to do to make this situation right, finally offered to patch the holes & tears.Thats right, patch the tears. What could I do other than agree to allow Sunny Hills to try to salvage the mess they had made of my draperies? After all, as my husband pointed out to me, the backing is already trashed--how much worse can it get?You guessed it: It got worse. The drapes were returned to us SHRUNKEN by 3-4 inches in length. Now the backing hangs well BENEATH the drapery. (see photo) I did not give these people permission to do ANYTHING to my drapery fabric; only to patch the holes/tears that they created in the lining. Amazing.More amazing, the holes/tears are still there. The patches, hard little pieces of something, are TRANSPARENT! Are these people sitting back laughing at me and taking bets on how much more I will take from them?? And, this may seem like a small thing at this point but they also returned the drapes wrinkled. Its as if they washed & shrunk them, then tossed them in a corner somewhere for a while.Octavios response this time: Thats the best we can do to fix the lining. Then he asked if I wanted him to try to STRETCH my fabric. We have made attempts to contact the owner, Phil Vasquez, without success. So, we have written a certified letter to the company laying out the details and requesting that they make this situation right for us. I dont have high hopes.
Sunny Hills has always helped my friends and family, sometimes without me knowing! Great service and friendly staff
I RECENTLY HAD SOME WORK DONE BY SUNNY HILLS, MY CARPET WAS A MESS AND I HAVE TO SAY I WAS VERY PLEASED BY THEIR WORK. 10 YEAR OLD STAINS CAME RIGHT OUT. THANK YOU SUNNY HILLS CLEANS AND THE TEAM YOU GUYS WERE WONDERFUL.
This company saved me from having to replace my carpet, which I thought was beyond cleaning. The worker was very professional and answered all my questions. I also had the Scotch guard applied to my sofas and it has already saved me from a couple of accidents.
