I had the tow truck bring the SUV here. They diagnosed the water pump and serpentine belt and replaced both same day. Good price too! Car is still running great 6 months later. I would call on them again.

HONEST! INTELLIGENT! QUICK! I have been going to this place for all my car repair needs and regular oil changes for 5 years now. Most importantly they are honest and guide you about what needs to be done urgently and what can take time. Plus they are AAA approved shop and I never had any problem with them or the repair. Fantastic shop! This is by far a rare shop that youll find that doesnt over charge there prices. They are real and get the job done. Great costumer service, very friendly and outgoing, the atmosphere is perfect. Came to get a part replaced, they did it at a very low cost, and without hesitation my car was running low on power steering fluid and they refilled it for me without any extra costs. Great people, great shop, will recommend to anyone that needs maintenance on there car.A++++

Excellent service and price on my Audi repair (start and idle issues). Scheduled to bring my dads BMW in for maintenance. Its hard to find a shop with good prices that actually knows what theyre doing and the dealer is just plain robbery. This will be my new shop for myself and my family and friends. A friend referred me to Ortegas Auto after my regular mechanic told me that I needed major repairs on my Ford F-150. They called me and said that all I really needed was a minor adjustment and that it solved the problem. It saved me a lot of money!Today they made the power steering pump on my Honda Accord and suggested that it could save some money and it is working great.I trust and highly recommend them.
