Purchased a fridge from this company via Facebook marketplace. Was assured that it was in good working condition but, a few days after plugging it in, the fridge started leaking water everywhere inside and onto the floor and brown liquid is appearing in some places. The doors seal appears to be damaged as well. Weve made contact with the company several times but can never get a follow up from them after sending them our receipt. They seem to be dodging calls and texts, hoping to run out our 90-day warranty so that they dont have to take action on their faulty products. We dont like being taken advantage of and will take them to small claims court if we have to.

I bought a refrigerator but it isnt cooling down. I called their phone number but the voicemail box was full. I texted them and explained the issue, but they have ignored my texts. What good is a 90 day warrsnty if they dont return your calls? Do not buy from them.

Had fridge delivered Wednesday night, they were supposed to have changed the swing on the door, they didnt. Plugged it in after 3 hours and it never got cold. Left it in for 2 days. Its now been a week and technician still has not been here. Excuse after excuse. I may bring legal action.

Ive had to call them twice within the warranty 3 months to come fix my washer/dryer. Now they literally hang up on me when I call...Ive been trying to get my dryer fixed for 5 days and NOT ONCE have I gotten a returned phone call. I have to call every day. Do not buy or trust them. Im sad its come to this but no one will return my phone call or offer to help.

They’re some criminals, they sell you stuff that don’t work. I’ve been trying to call them but instead they ignore my calls. Please don’t buy from them.
