Horrible job, misdiagnosed my refrigerator, took almost 2k on total repairs and less than 1month later same problem! No refund was issued. Highly dont recommend his services to anyone and I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau

Outstanding!! Job well done!!I could not have asked for more. I have called 3 different companies and was frustrated not so much for my broken washer, but that nobody picked up the phone. VLD picked up my call asked few questions and were able to deliver. And I mean deliver, many companies just talk or in this case dont even pick up telephone. Dani, service pro came by just like it was promised in two hours. He told me lets get your machine working again. He spent 35 minutes on the job, then asked me: You ready to wash some dishes? I told him, I dont want to. He said: You dont need to, you got a working machine now. If anyone can get respect, its the guy who puts his money where his mouth is. Came on time like promised, said job will be done in less than one hour and delivered. My Respects and Salute to VLD Service!
