Tech said I needed a $500 motor, this for a $250 dishwasher. Called another service. Said I needed new spring on the float. Id forgotten we had an extended warranty with Home Depot/Asurian. There was no charge. DW works great. I requested a refund from Sears. Still waiting.
Worst experience with any business thus far, they literally have no infrastructure set in place to correct any issues, if youre ok wasting your time go ahead and call them, if not find another repair company. In my case I was able to get a local repair technician to my home much faster at almost half the price of their most basic diagnostic fee. Furthermore, their supervisors will lie to you and never follow up if you are lucky to speak to one after repeatedly calling for hours. So sad I was a residential and business customer for over 15 years and will never purchase nor call Sears for repair. Goodbye Sears, customers need the real support you used to provide

I’m very disappointed with ASHLEY’S service.I purchased a COUCH SET SINCE DECEMBER FEBRUARY IS ALMOST OVER. I’m still waiting for my couches to be delivered... very disappointed I been a customer since 2013 purchasing every 3-4 years. But definitely I WONT RECOMMEND ASHLEY’S again!

KENMORE APPLIANCES ARE JUNK! Service and quality are disgusting! After a month, several phones calls, complaints negative reviews, my 2 year old refrigerator was finally fixed and now it so noisy and rattles. They shipped the compressor in a cardboard box with NO padding..just a compressor in a box. it was banged up with bent parts, but apparently that has no effect per the technician. The technician came out again and told us that the new compressor is just louder than the last one and all the compressors he has been replacing are loud. So Sears replaces their own crappy defective parts with even worse ones! Sad that this is the standard quality Sears offers. I tried to call Sandra at the Regional office and she was no help. She said Sears does not replace parts or refrigerators because they are noisy....even if they are the reason they are noisy! I tried private messaging with no response.

I was told from the regular sears store when I bought my washer to pick it up at this location. I was told they close at 430 So make sure you get there by 4. I took 3 hours off of work, got to the door at 4:03, a man came to the door and said we are closed. I said I am here for a pick up. He then said I dont care, we are closed, get your hand off the door. WOW way to be a good employee. Management, way to to pick top quality employees! Once I take more time off of work and finally pick it up, I am for damn sure never shopping at sears again.

This place is not good at all. You think youre going in to get a good deal on appliances and it turns out it not only costs more but is dented or damaged too! Will not go there again
Wanted $800 to replace a $30 part on a $500 dishwasher that I replaced myself with no knowledge about the appliance in 10 minutes with a phillips screwdriver and a you tube video.
