I always request Roger. Always on time. And I never have a recall with him. Pleasant to project with also. But most of all capable of taking care of any air conditioning problems. And knowledgeable of the different thermostats, and explains how to use them. Which is helpful.

The electrician came after the water heater install to replace new wiring, he did a good job and pleased with how everything turned out.

Nic was our estimator sale representative. He was thorough and detailed and helped me by providing a couple of options that made the best sense for me. We had an entire HVAC system installed. He also provided specific details on rebates and also on the $1,000 deduction from the energy trust of Oregon for low income earners ( the system was for my retired mother in law). He handled the paperwork on that. The other company did not make me aware of that. So just ask for Nic. Then Clinton and the installation crew did a perfect work and Clinton took the time to specifically go through the thermostat operation and programming. I could not have been happier with the process. I endorse them.
