Contacted several HVAC companies this past summer for my Mom. All I could get was, We wouldnt be able to get to you for 3-4 days.. Being it was a Friday and the hottest part of the summer, I kind of understood. But an elderly woman in a home with no AC was just a recipe for disaster. Finally contacted Cool Air Technologies. The Company said they had a gentleman who could swing by on his way home and take a look. Bill showed up at 5:00, remember this is Friday, he was polite, professional and put my Mom right at ease. He proceeded to spend about 20min diagnosing the problem and within 35min had the issue resolved and Cold air flowing again. My Mom keeps Bills card in her top drawer we would both call Cool Air first thing for any future issues with either our AC or heating issues. Nice to see someone willing to go that little extra for a customer.
