I had recently called this cab service as my truck is currently in the shop and I had needed to get some things done immediately. The telephone service was professional and excellent for sure. When the driver arrived at my residence on time he greeted me with a smile and was very professional and courteous as well. He took me on the few errands I had to go on and the service again was one of the best I have had for sure and I highly recommend if you are in need a of a ride, contact Service Cab as they are professional to the letter and their rates are very reasonable as well. 5 Star rating...! *****

Called three times same day different times. No one picked up.

Asked for a cab from the hospital. I was told they would be there in 15 min. 1 1/2 hours later and still no show. Had to scramble another way home in the middle of the night leaving the hospitals. Never again. Unreliable.

Called for a ride to work 20 minutes went by from the time I asked to be picked up and see why my ride wasnt here the man said he was on his way and needless to say I was late for work. I would not be calling them again

I was standing in the parking lot at Walmart in Sanford NC today & saw an elderly lady(whom didnt speak any english) & her son getting ready to pass across the crowded Saturday traffic on Horner Blvd. I noticed her from when I walked into Walmart from almost bumping into her before my husband said something to me. I ran out to them before they could cross & her son said that they just lived 2 mins up the road & they had no phone. Our truck was slammed full or I would have drove them. Since they had no phone to call a taxi I offered to call for him. This is the first one that came up when I searched. A very nice lady answered & sent someone right away. They were picked up before we could leave the parking lot. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a cab. Thank you for helping someone in need so very quickly. You were god sent. :)

Not open when you need them. Very bad form, guys!

This has got to be the worst cab service ever die

Called this morning and no one answered. This same thing happened about a month or so ago, or maybe lesser than that. Their service is sometimes okay, but it can still use a lot of improvement.
