I had Alvaro pick me up in Daytona beach to take me to the Sanford airport. He was awesome! I called the night before to see if I could get a ride at 4:30 AM, it was fast and easy booking. He also sent me a text when he was near my location of pick up. He also carried my big suitcase in and out of the vehicle for me, without me asking! The customer service was excellent. The drive was smooth, and very pleasant. He was so easy to talk to. I will definitely be using this service again!

We did not get to utilize the taxi service, but their customer service is top notch. We unfortunately had to cancel our reservation on very short notice (4hrs prior to scheduled pick up) due to illness. The gentleman I spoke with was very patient and understanding. He cancelled the reservation and refunded us without any additional questions or judgment. I will definitely book through them again in the future.

I was originally scheduled to land at 530 pm, which is when I scheduled my pick up. My flight was delayed numerous times, arriving after 12am and 24HRS TAXI went the extra mile to make sure a driver was waiting upon my arrival. This was the 3rd time I have utilized this service, and all 3 times they have displayed superior customer service. I will continue to utilize them for my transportation needs in the future.

We needed to get our granddaughter who was traveling alone, to the airport for an early morning flight. From the initial contact, they were very professional and courteous. He gave us the name of the driver who would be picking her up, the type of vehicle he would be driving and they called to tell us when he left to pick her up. The driver was Eduardo and was very professional and courteous also. We would definitely use this service again.

We needed a very early taxi for the airport. We were able to pay easily, had a text confirmation instantly, and an on time, courteous and pleasant driver arrive on time at 3:45am.

This is one of the worst taxi service ever. So unprofessional told me they would pick me up in 20 min and never came. I called back in 30 min the guy said he would come in 10 min and after 20 min I called back and they sent me to voice mail.

Because of my job Im required to flight out of Sanford airport twice amonth. I wasnt able to leave my vehicle at the airport overnightparking because it was becoming very expensive.About a month ago I google taxi services in the area and 24 Hours Taxi came up so I gave it a try and booked it for the following morning to be picked up at 5 a.m. Let me tell you not only they were there on time but the driver gave me a call 10 minutes prior to let me know he was waiting on me. I booked them again on my way back and once again they were there waiting on me at the airport. Also the drivers are friendly, vehicle are impecable and smell nice. I have use this taxi service a few times. At first they where good. But now they are late or no show When I call dispatch the person who answers the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful. He doesn’t give me the time to express my complaint. He over talk me. Then says he’s got to get off the phone there’s another call coming. When I asked for the owner. How convenient she not in the country.

If it wasnt for the driver I would give this company zero Stars. Spoke with the owner gave me one quote said there was a minimum which was fine was going less than 5 miles and wanted to charge me over $30 for that alone and then proceeded to cuss me out and told me to get the f*** out of his Taxi because I was not willing to pay $30 for going 5 miles

The first few times they were really great. After that, waiting times of 30 to 40 minutes became normal and at our last call we had waited 45 minutes and then were told that the driver is still about 15 minutes away. He happily canceled our trip and did not even apologize!! We are looking for another taxi service!! :-)
