I looked at their reviews. They might be good for weddings, but they are terrible with medical transportation. They have let me down on more than 1 occasion. They dont show up, but lie, & say that they do, but the patient is not there & not answering phone. Disappointing!!

Apollos Chariots was my go to vendor for a limo on my wedding day. The setup process was easy compared to other companies that gave us the run around. The price was better than most as well. The limo needed an upgrade though. All and all Id recommend them to anyone.

We were referred to Apollos Chariots by our wedding coordinator for wedding transportation needs and were very happy with the result! We booked a getaway car, shuttle bus for guest departure and small shuttle for the bridal party to the venue. Overall, the price was better than competitors and the drivers were so attentive and kind - they even had umbrellas to escort us out of the vehicle when it was raining!

So much fun! My sister felt very special for her birthday. Company was very responsive and quick to accommodate all my requests. Driver was on time, polite and stayed in touch during the entire evening..would totally use them again

Where do I begin....-Driver arrived late and dressed unprofessional.-Directives were given weeks before reserved date and all drivers were clueless for pick up and drop off locations.-18 passenger vehicle A.C. didnt work. Even the driver was a sweaty mess. Even working under the hood outside the venue, bringing concerns to my guests. Handle to get in and out of the vehicle wasnt present, myself and the best man slipped getting in and out.Tried manuevering the air vent for and it fell from the ceiling.- 3rd vehicle arrived for pickup. Driver in jeans tshirt and sports jacket. Advised my planner to place my personals in the trunk and not the inside of the truck. My wedding belongings (CAKE, FOOD,PICTURES, FLUTES, SERVER SET, HONEYMOON FUND, etc.) HAVE YET to be returned. My planner has contacted Josh via text and phone all week. His replies were very disheartening even asking why I waited a week before asking for my belongings and he was not a delivery service. Rude and unprofessional on my opinion.I definitely expected more from Apollo for my wedding. Not once did anyone call regarding my belongings left in their fleet. I assumed all vehicles are inspected at the emd of the drivers shifts. They did offer to deliver my items after multiple calls, even scheduled a time and date. I thought that was a nice gesture to correct the situation and bring all dealings to an end. NOT! I remained home ALL DAY. Not one knock on my door from a driver.My experience was horrible and still awaiting on my items to be returned or hell Ill even come get them just provide a location.***THIS will be posted to all wedding and review sites.***Josh and Apollo DO BETTER!

The limo was great and our driver Sam was even better! Professional, courteous, engaged, and attentive. One of our group lost his wallet in the limo and Sam went out of his way to make sure he got it back, long after our booking was over. Id use this company again in an INSTANT! Just GREAT!

We had a very Large wedding for my Son. We had to coordinate 5 limos to pick up multiple parties in different locations. The whole Team at Apollo did not only rise to the occasion but way surpassed my expectations. Even when my Daughter in Law ran way behind they moved everything around without missing a beat. Our group was very pleased with the professionalism and service we received. The mini charter bus was roomy and clean. The communication was excellent knowing when the bus was arriving and was waiting at the airport for us on our return flight. Best service and will definitely use the service again! We used Apollos Chariots for the first time to Orlando Airport. We had a party of 15 and found this was the best way to get to and from the airport. They arrived to pick us up at the time they said they would and were waiting for us when we arrived back. I am only giving a 5 star due to the owner Josh. He is extremely polite, and professional. He takes the safety of customers being transported very seriously. Recently I had what many would call the ride from hell, so much so that I had the driver let me out and called my husband immediately. The driver thank goodness is no longer with the company and Josh took the incident very seriously. I often have to go to appointments quite far from home, and it is just easier to use medical transportation. I will not use anyone but Apollo Chariots. We met the owner of Apollos Chariots at a Wedding Expo in Orlando. He was kind and courteous, and gave us the information we were looking for. He left us his number, so we could contact him if we choose to book his company. We liked that Josh wasnt pushy, and didnt pressure us into booking that day. We did indeed decide to go with Apollos Chariots, because their pricing was better than the majority of transportation in Orlando. The billing process, and online portal were difficult to use, and did not always show all of the cars/services we booked, but that was no big deal. We did book, and talked to the owner (Josh) again, but it was a little brief, and like he didnt want to be on the phone, and rushed to get off. The online help wasnt always available, and it was more of a leave a message we will get back to you kind of thing.On the day of the wedding, however, the driver that came to pick us up and was unaware of the area, even though he said he lived here for 30 years. My husband and his groomsmen were late getting to the venue (40-45 min late), which is extreme considering the venue is only 10 minutes away, even with the Florida rain.That evening, we were picked up by a different driver. We paid for the newlywed package, and did get the red carpet, but the Just Married sign, was a small magnet stuck to the side of the vehicle, that we didnt even see until we searched our photos when they were returned, and the chilled champagne was never offered.We ordered a bus to transport our guests to and from the wedding, and that service worked perfectly.We give them a 4 out of 5 because the price was great in the area, however, for the price, we expected a little more.

We used Apollo for a round trip to and from Orlando Airport. They were on time both trips and the Drivers were very courteous. The cars were very clean. Our next trip will definitely include Apollo Charoits.

On the plus side our driver was friendly, on time, and attentive.However, I was told in advance there would be soda so I didn’t plan to bring my own refreshments. When the limo arrived it didn’t have any and the glassware was questionable anyway. Also the limo itself wasn’t in the greatest condition. Nonetheless we had a good time despite this but there’s room for improvement.

We had set up a group of 10 ladies to enjoy a night at Rock Hard at The Abby. After the date was confirmed, the owner called back because he didnt realize the performers were not going to be in town for that date. We had to switch dates, loosing some ladies for availability. We were told to promptly meet at 7:30. The driver was over 10 min past that time because he had forgot to bring the champagne that was apart of the package. Upon arrival, the driver did not hold out his hand to the ladies as they exited. With many of of having skirts on, that would have been a great help. I personally had to nearly slide of the limo, very awkwardly. None of us ladies had ever been to this venue, so we just got in line....finally, someone asked the driver since we were VIP, if we had to wait in line. He checked and sure enough, after 10 min of standing on the street, we were escorted back. When the show went to wrap up, we quickly exited, being the first ones out the door. Once back in the limo, the driver informed us there would be an extra charge because we had gone over time. We had not purchased a timed package but instead a VIP Package to this event that included a limo ride to and from the show, VIP tickets, and a meet n greet with the gentlemen. The driver was a nice enough gentleman and the Limo was in good condition but the service before and after was truly less the exceptional. I will not be using his services again.

My experience was excellent.I needed to hire a taxi to take me to a hospital appointment for an operation.The taxi arrived at my address on time and the driver was very friendly and courteous. We even got to the hospital early and I managed to be seen ahead of schedule. The had already arrived at the hospital when I was discharged, so there was no waiting around. We contracted Apollos Chariots to ferry wedding guests between the venue and the hotel. As the bride I only rode the bus once, but our driver showed up early, was very gracious, and I didnt hear so much as a peep of complaint from any of the guests. Everything ran like clockwork as far as I could tell.

On a positive note the driver was on time!!!! Negatives: did not receive the soda, champagne, ice, red carpet and just married sign that was on the contract. Also the glasses that were in the limo did not look clean. Super disappointed 😔. We wrote the company about concerns and was only offered a discount for the next service ( when are we getting married again?) So sad you can’t get it right when it’s peoples special day and spend tons of money.

We used Apollos Limousine for our honeymoon airport transportation and we could not have been happier with them. The entire experience was so relaxing, not having to deal with parking at MCO was so wonderful. We changed our return flight and Apollos had no problem accommodating us even though we arrived a day early and at midnight. I cant wait for the next event where we get to use Apollos Chariots!

Apollos Chariots were amazing. We needed transportation for 28 to view ongoing projects and have discussions while enroute. Apollos was able to provide us with excellent service for the entire day. I will use their service whenever necessary, and recommend them often.

BEWARE: this company makes you believe they are taking care of you, but then leases you out to another company. We had used Apollo’s Chariots for my friends wedding. The first shuttle we had with them showed up an hour early, called the BRIDE’S phone to let her know that he was an hour early. On her wedding day, obviously she was a little preoccupied. Rather than coming into the hotel to notify us or calling the other number they had on file, they left 15 minutes after being there and left a voicemail saying they were leaving, only calling once and never trying to contact anyone else and left, still 30ish minutes before he was supposed to be there. This resulted in everyone needing to take that bus to the venue having to uber at the last minute. When called to ask and find out what happened, the mother of the bride who had paid and been the head of the transaction, was screamed at on the phone by the company and told that she was out of luck and they wouldn’t do anything for her. The way this company treated us after THEY screwed up. They handled the situation highly unprofessionally and I’m not sure if it was them or which they outsourced to, but regardless, they lead you to believe they will be taking care of you and tax you and make you tip to them. Highly recommend NOT using this company unless you want your event ruined. This caused a huge problem for the brides wedding day and was a very large inconvience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a scam.

Just called this company for the 3rd time before someone could actual talk to me and was quoted a $1100 price for 15 people to go from Sanford to Miami round trip. That is a ridiculous price! Hope their in town prices are better

We hired multiple vehicles from Apollos and were pleased with every one. We had shuttle service for all of our out of town guests. A stretch limo for my now husband and the bridal party and a private sedan for just the two of us at the end of the reception. It was nice knowing everything was going to be taken care of and nice only having to call one transportation company to handle everything. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first experience with Apollos Chariots and we couldnt have been happier. We usually drive and park at the airport, but the construction and confusion is making it more and more unappealing. We thought wed give Apollos Chariots a try and were so thrilled that we will probably make that the usual now when we travel. The care was roomy and clean and the driver was wonderful.

Apollo Chariots was more punctual than Delta Airlines. Chris was waiting at baggage claim more than 30 minutes after the plane was due to arrive. This was around 1:00 a.m. He helped me locate my bag, which had been left near the claimed bag office.At this late hour I was especially grateful for assistance with bags and the V.I.P. parking at the terminal. I would highly recommend this car service.

Josh and his entire team was phenomenal! They made it so easy for us and made us feel so comfortable from the initial phone call until the 2am drop off! I hired Apollos Chariots for Airport Transportation. The owner was friendly and accommodating, billing was simple and easy, and our transportation was prompt. The only reason Im giving a three vs a five is due to the cars condition: an older grey Lincoln town-car with ripped leather seats, as well as filthy inside and out with fowl smells and bird droppings on the windows. It seemed more like a taxi, than a personal town-car transport. I utilize town-car transportation for all vacations and business trips to and from the airport; however this was my first time utilizing Apollos Chariots, and the car was a true disappointment. I would still recommend the company, simply ask about car condition prior to reservation.

We used Apollos for our daughters wedding in December. It was the one vendor that disappointed us. The driver didnt know how to get to the country club to pick up wedding party, calls me and argues with me how to get there, very cocky attitude. We are not even from the area and knew our way around and he didnt. He also got lost on the way to church. He was relying on his phone iMaps to get places holding it up by the stirring wheel while driving, scary! The bride only had 8 minutes to spare when she got to church. I did let Apollos know about all of this, via email and via private message on facebook, and I never once heard back from them. Now I get an email from them to rate them, so I was happy to comply. I hired them in March and expected a much more professional service than what we received and a driver who knew the best routes to get places, or even a driver who knew his way around! They also called me for CC info. while I was busy getting my daughter ready! Couldnt they run it through the day before to avoid this? Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS TRAIN WRECK OF A COMPANY- and use VIP TRANSPORTATION!!!I worked with this vendor for 3+ months just for a quote. My initial first few calls, voice mails, and email I was weary of going forward with this company. I then ran into the owner Josh at a wedding show and explained i had been trying to reach someone. With a strong sense of arrogance cocked his head at me and assured me he hadnt received my attempts for a quote. So when i got home i called multiple times, left more voice mails, and sent more emails. I finally was able to get Josh the OWNER to answer the phone. He provided me the information i needed, although he sounded like i was irritating/inconveniencing him by calling. I requested an email with the information he had verbally told me over the phone. 3 days later no email. i called a few more times before finally getting ahold of josh again- he swore up and down he had sent the email- but couldnt locate it in his sent box, and needed all of the information for my event again (email address, date, people, etc)- so sounds to me like he hadnt paid any attention during our last call- was just spewing prices at me. When i finally received the information it was simply the pricing, just numbers. no information about if this was the final number, or if there were any additional charges we could expect such as gas, mileage, tax, etc. So to get that information took close to a month. Finally Christine stepped in, and apologized for Joshs lack of response and assured me she could help me. She sent the info i was looking for after flat out telling them they had until the end of the day to respond to my email (that i had sent 3 weeks prior) or i would take my business elsewhere. I finally got the full quote/ contract i had requested, but the prices were higher than what josh had quoted me. I worked with Christine to get this corrected, which took another 2 weeks- i emailed a few contract questions and 2 more weeks went by- no response. i finally got an email yesterday saying my date was now booked by someone else.

This past weekend myself and eight of my girlfriends had the pleasure of using Apollos Chariots for our ladies night out! I have to say that I was very impressed by the entire experience! The limo arrived on time, clean and looked stunning. Our driver Zack, treated us with the utmost respect constantly helping each and everyone of us get in and out of the car and also being extremely polite when asked to take a montage of pictures of all of us using several different smartphones! We couldnt have asked for a better driver! We all had a blast and once we posted all of our pictures we were the envy of all our friends on social media! Thanks for a great night! I look forward to using Apollos Chariots in the future!

We have used Apollos Chariots several times and have been very satisfied with the service weve received. This past Thursday evening was the exception. When we were met by the driver, he appeared dirty and very unprofessional. Very sloppy would actually describe his appearance and compared to the two other companies waiting on their guests, my friend looked at me and said please tell me that hes NOT our driver He was holding a sign with my name on it which looked like it had been written in crayon and was very hard to recognize. The car was nice and very comfortable but that was the only thing nice about this trip. Im not certain that well use Apollos Chariots again because I was extremely embarrassed by this. There are too many other companies out there to choose from who respect their clients.

I used them on my wedding March 16th. They helped me with the whole transportation of my huge family (yes were italian). They picked up my relatives from the airport and they didnt have one hiccup. Great company. Glad i found them online.

Not only was the driver ontime, courteous, and very patient, he did a killer backup driving that Hummer Limo when the group did a Home Alone and had to backtrack to pick someone we left.
