🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️By far this guy hands-down was phenomenal I had a friend stay over my house a couple weeks ago while talking to him somehow roaches got brought up he told me he had German cockroaches at his house I panicked when he left the house I cleaned thoroughly didn’t find anything thank God right? Not so fast two weeks later I start finding a little babies what I see as roaches I was up from 2 o’clock in the morning checking paranoid I found 10 of them then I find one downstairs I called my pest control company they told me they couldn’t get somebody out till Thursday of next week I called this company he asked me to send pictures of the dead ones that I had he was able to ease my mind and told me they were not German cockroaches Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day I could see why you have five star rating phenomenal guy phenomenal company again thank you so much I would give this guy 10 stars if I could

Bug Brigade goes WAY beyond the call of duty....they saved me a ton of money when they detected termite activity that had been missed in a previous inspection. They always let me know if they see anything during their inspections that requires my attention; even things that are not bug related. What a blessing for a woman who is not always cognizant of all that must be done to keep a house in good order.In Florida, pest control is not a luxury. We moved into our first home December 2020 and sprayed it ourselves using basic hardware store insecticide, which worked for a while but of course the summer months made every bug in the universe active!!! Some outdoor bugs were getting in because our house is older and not as sealed so I called Bug Brigade to have them inspect and treat! Our tech Garet let me follow him around and bother him the whole time (I HATE bugs so I was asking all kinds of dumb questions and seeing how the poison works) and he also put some ant bait in my late dad’s car that hadn’t been driven for a couple of years and had been sitting under a tree to give me peace of mind about using it. The only bugs I see now are dead ones (or just about!) and that’s only every once in a while. We will continue to call them for sure!!!

From the initial interaction and consultation to taking care of my problem both gentlemen were helpful, courteous and took the time to explain things as they went along. I was helped by both Evan and Michael throughout the process and they were both very helpful and knowledgeable answering all questions and putting our minds at ease as they went through each step. I have used Bug Brigade since I purchased my home in 2008. There are many pest control companies out there that claim they can get the job done. I am in Property Management and had to work with major top known Pest Control companies and have experience dealing with not only their products but their service. I am writing this review to help people who may not be sure which company to go with and feel confident Bug Brigade is the company to choose. Why you may ask? I have continued using their service because their products work. Their customer service is top notch! Not only is the President of this company available to his customers but gets involved with giving service. I have a 2900 sq ft home, 2 German Shepard’s, and a Bearded dragon. I love to cook and bake and always have baked items on my kitchen counter for family to enjoy. To date, I never had a bug problem. When I noticed 2 bugs years ago, I sent them a picture and immediately they responded with the history of the bug. The problem was handled immediately. The staff is always kind, and courteous. The technicians always in proper uniform and respectful of your home. You can ask them any questions and they will have the answers. If they are not sure, they will research and have an answer. Bottom line, good company’s are hard to find. Bug Brigade is one of those rare company’s that understands the business and gives you the customer service we all look for with professionalism.

Have been using their service (pest and termite control) for over a year now. When we first moved into our home, we had an ant problem that just wouldnt go away. The technician they sent out was very knowledgeable and was able to get rid of the pest within a few weeks and we havent had an issue with it since.Only problem I had was one technician they sent after I called about spider issues in the pool area. He didnt seem like he did anything. I went outside right after he left and still saw all the spiders and webs. Waited a few weeks and it was still just as bad so I called again. The good thing is the next technician they sent out actually sprayed around the perimeter and I saw a decrease in spider activity.My overall experience with Bug Brigade is great besides that one incident. Theyre very accommodating and I especially like how dog friendly all the techs have been!

We are so thankful to have found Bug Brigade through a Google search after moving into our home. Though our home passed inspection, we have encountered problems from day one. First, there were rats scurrying in the walls; our technician was able to pinpoint the source of their entry, trap them all, seal everything off, no more rats😀. Next, termites discovered; BB talked us through the process, tented our house, no more termites. We have them inspect our house regularly and treat for any roaches or ants that we see as well as inspect for any recurrence of termites. Technicians are great, very knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with.

We get indoor/outdoor pest prevention services from Bug Brigade and we love love love love love them! Im enjoying my porch (front and back) for the first time; something I havent been able to do for two years. I witnessed their product at work twice in the month Ive been a customer. Once when a bee landed on my house, seconds later it fell to the ground and had a fit lol. Again I saw a caterpillar about 10-15 feet from the grassy area just give up the ghost. We are forever customers!!!

We initially had a problem with Cockroaches and Don came over and immediately noticed they were German roaches. He offered his services and within two weeks we noticed less and less of them. German Roaches unfortunately take longer to get rid of so hes been out every two weeks making sure there is progress. We are very pleased and glad we went woth bug brigade. Don is awesome

They have been taking care of our home for 2 yrs now . We had aints and some roaches in the house. Some rats in the heater for the pool . Andrew went up in the attic and sprayed .He has a trap out for the rats and checks it out every time he is hear. We are now free of bugs in the house and no rats. When I moved to Florida and purchased a home I was given many companies to consider for pest-control. After many reviews I decided to go with Bug Brigade. I have a 3000 square-foot home, two German Shepherd‘s, and I love to entertain, bake and cook. Since I purchased my house in 2008, Bug Brigade NEVER let me down. My house has been Bug free sense. Never had any roaches. If I see one little insect it’s taken care of. I love to bake and never had a problem leaving bake goods out or vegetables. Every morning I leave dry dog food out for my dogs never had any insect issues. This company has always been available for any questions I may have, always professional, always courteous, always in clean uniforms. One day one of my dogs became ill and I assumed it may have been a chemical, they were extremely concerned and provided detailed information of the chemicals they used so I can take to the vet. After taking my dog to the vet, it was diagnosed that he simply had an upset stomach. Bug Brigade called me the next day to find out how my dog was feeling. Actually the whole office was concerned on how my dog was doing after so many years they pretty much know Dexter my German Shepherd. I can’t say enough for this company.
