Bill our technician is the best. He is always prompt and ready to address any issues I have. I have been a terminix customer since we moved to this house back on 2003. Very happy with the technicians professionalism. I think Bill has been our technician for the past 10 to 15 years.

This was a termite/bug inspection. They checked around the sink areas and sprayed the inside of my house. They also sprayed the outside perimeter of the house. They will be coming back in 3 months to do it again. I am just looking to stay bug free. Terminix is a well respected brand and judging by the crews performance I understand why.

Our technician was great but the people on the phone to set up and prepare you for treatment are not very knowledgeable. We packed up our house for bed bugs basically like were moving out when we only needed to do minimal. It caused a lot of tension in my household and all they did was credit me $30 which Im still waiting to see on my bank statement. Originally a credit towards another visit and I told them I will not be using them again

Professional, concerned for prevention, the quote I will have a service done just to be safe isnt that what you expect from a pest control company.

My tech took care of the areas in the house where I was having problems with bugs. He told me where he put the poison and how long it may take to be 100% bug free. He listened to me and gave me peace of mind when he said to call Terminex back if I wasn’t completely satisfied!!

After several months of the service I still have a lot of ants.

Best ever Tech is Dusty.

Originally called because of buzzing sound in the second floor of our home. Inspector reassured us that there was no invasion in the attic and the wasps were only in the soffit outside. We hired Terminix to resolve this problem and for continued maintenance. The technician is always friendly and professional and quick to address any current concerns we have.

I would like to bring it to someone’s attention that I was in the area of 17/92 & Orange Boulevard, Sanford, Seminole County, Florida on 03/19/2021 at approximately 3:50 PM and was attempting to merge into traffic at a slow speed. A male subject driving one of your vehicle (vehicle # 737483) (license plate # PWRM37) continually blew the horn for over 30 seconds. The male subject the drove by me and gave me the middle finger which my elderly grandmother and 6 year old son both witnessed. It is my belief that this reflects negatively on your company. I also believe that the subject driving this vehicle is an extreme liability and an accident waiting to happen

While I was not at home for the inspection, I received a report of the results when I did get home. Very professional.

Julian called before arriving at my apartment, he was very polite and professional during the visit and followed all current recommendations for Covid19. I received a report with all that was done and suggestions. I am satisfied with the service provided.

I Have had Terminix servicing my home for over 3 years. Within those three years I have had 3 different technicians. I now have Daniel Deloach who is by far the best of the three. He does his job, looking for problem areas and treating them accordingly. In the past, the techs would just show up and spray and leave. I cannot say enough good things about this young man, Daniel. He is thorough, communicable, timely, knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you Terminix for sending this young man to service my home.

I had the pleasure working with Travis as the manager and Imraan Sayed as my servicer for Terminex out of the Lake Mary branch. Both were very professional, Imraan would always call me to make sure that the appointment time would work for me and would be sure it always fell on a weekend so I could be there to take my Dog next door so that I could give him access to the house. He truly went out of his way. When I sold my house to move, Travis also went out of his way to make sure my Termite bond would transfer to the next owners. I can’t tell you how wonderful both were to work with. Because of them, I will always use Terminex.

Technician was accommodating and replaced bait stations that were in great need of replacement.

I thought inspection was very detailed and thorough. Had an Australian man who was so personable and explained everything during inspection. He called me back several times to answer questions and even set up service for the same day. He took the time to explain services and costs. I was shocked that I had critters and felt cost for treatment and bond were quite high. I did appreciate that they could come out the same day and treat or the next day. Very prompt which was helpful. Technicians who came out were professional and friendly. We went with them and bought the bond. They did a good job just a little pricey for an hours worth of work to spot treat two areas although only one small area of bugs were seen. Recommended a two year bond and treatment to two areas. $1259.00. But I am not in the business and no time to shop around for a better price so maybe that is average for this type of treatment.

We have remained customers of Terminix for a number of years, primarily because we have a dependable, thorough tech. I would recommend Terminix because of Duilio and his dedication to make sure all our pest problems are addressed.

They were here to do an inspection and initial service. I had been having sugar ants and they were driving me nuts. He went through the whole place and around the exterior. I was pleased with my service.

Terminix service has been good... except for the front line personnel at the main office (not in my local area, fortunately). The people on the phones in the main office were so poorly trained that when I called them to schedule a particular type of maintenance, they said it wasnt covered - and MORE THAN ONE phone operator said this. I then called my local office in disgust, and the head of my local office said that my problem was INDEED covered in my contract! That person also gave me their local phone number so I wouldnt have to deal with the incompetent main office. Based on the service I have gotten, I would rate my local office at 9.9... but Terminixs incompetent office makes it lose two points. I hope they train their personnel so that other customers wont have the grief that I did.

When ever coming to do service, they dont give you heads up. Just show up and call say im here. Not able to leave work so i never got my inside treatment.

The service Technicians have always been very prompt in calling the day before to confirm the scheduled appointment and have been very accommodating if last minute scheduling change was necessary on my part. They are very eager to do a good job and they do. Shane OConnell is doing a great job.

Your Terminex guy is the best I’ve ever had. Bill leach is the best and very though and you can tell he loves his job. He’s one of the most personable people that care and isn’t looking out to get more money than a problem needs. I have advertise him and the company on Nextdoor as the best in the area. We have several rental properties that’s not his area but has hooked us up with right people. I will use him for all the properties we have and hope mgm realize the caliber person that that they have. Mgmt can reach out me and hope they do. Bill is the best!!

Food was great and the drinks were great too. My only problem was it was SUPER crowded. My friend and I went on a Saturday night. We ended up having to sit at the bar but it was still an enjoyable experience. We had shrimp, crab legs, and lobstercwith garlic butter!!

Dan has serviced our home several times now and he has done a great job.

We paid a great deal of money to get a rodent problem. Traps were set and entrances were closed. However, we were then forgotten until we could smell something dead in the attic. Do not use this service from them. They have no follow through.

My appointment window was from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Mr. Bertoni showed up right at 1:00pm. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very good with our pets, which was a plus! I took the time to call and advise I needed to cancel my appointment due to an unexpected expense, then surprisingly they showed up at my house, unscheduled, completed the job, and at the end my boyfriend came home, saw them there and called me. I called to advise that I originally called to cancel and no one should have been there working. The lady on the phone advised I won’t be charged because she could see in the notes that I did not schedule that appointment. Today, I get the surprise of the charge in my account and the answer is “someone will call me back” and the customer service lady hangs up on me. Real good customer service y’all.Edited to remove a star, because I should have known better than to give terminix in Sanford a try again. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don’t communicate with each other or you, they’ll send people to your house whenever and bill you whenever they want

Since we hired Terminex we have not had any bc problems. The company we used before them had to keep coming out over and over and we still had problems. We have several properties and we use Terminix for all.

Imraan, the service tech was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Feels good to now there are people out there that take pride in their work. He also made it obvious he cared about the health and safety of our family. I have 2 young boys and that was of primary concern. Not to mention being bug free! Thank you Terminix!

Rey Ojeda Is my tech for several years now. He is wonderful in so many ways I will find it hard to list, here goes. He is kind, thorough, timely, knowledgeable, neat, Expeditious and has great communication skills.

We had sugar ants and spiders around and inside my home but terminax treated and for over two years we have no more bugs! Terminix service is Great and precise as they inform me of the findings and the treatment applied.

The technicians were polite, professional and took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. They were very thorough.

Customer service will not pick up. When they do they hang up the phone. I got this guy showing up with attitude when the person on the phone prior told would be tommorow at other hours. Answer your phone so I can cancel and have a different company show up. I dont want anyone else shady comming over.

Chris was great on the phone with the quotes and answered all questions i had! While i was speaking to Chris, i recieved a missed call from Kieth, i called him back after i finished my call with Chris. Kieth spent alot of time with me over the phone to answer additional questions, we had a pretty bad roach infestation, he came out the next day to do a home health inspection and was able to schedule me appt for our first treatment later the same day! That was impressive all in itself. Malachi was the service tech to come out and do the initial first treatment, we were so ambarrassed that we allowed the issue to get so bad, we have many small children, malichi was friendly informative, and thorough with his work, non judgemental which was nice as we were already embarassed with our cirrent issue! After completion malachi informed us he would like to come and do an additional 3 treatments 1 a week to ensure the job is completed and the situation is under control, and come to find out at no additional cost, its included with the plan we signed up for! Everyone from the start was very kind and helpful! Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for helping us out!

I would not recommend Terminix to anyone terrible terrible I only had a little cockroach problem and Ive had them come out three times in a matter of 2 months and they got worse lots more and I only had them in the kitchen now I have them everywhere and it has done absolutely nothing if anything made it worse I have no idea what theyre spraying but it does not work. The only good thing I can say is every time Ive called and complained theyve sent somebody out right away but like I said my cockroach problem has become an infestation

BUYER BEWARE! I’ve asked them for months to cancel my service and it’s impossible. The treatment did not work. They never showed up last appointment. They did however charge my account... They talk in circles in efforts to not cancel service, put me on hold 15 mins at a time, transferred me back and forth 5 times, then even had the technician call me. To say the least, it was a tremendous mistake employing terminex.... Awful experience....

Bill does a fantastic job to make sure that everything is taken care of. He texts me ahead of time and then always asks if there is anything I need him to double check. I would skeptical about the whole Terminix thing versus just DIY pest control, obviously DIY is a big costs savings. But Bill goes above and beyond. He single-handedly is the reason I have kept terminix even at my new home.

I just moved into a new development and have been having ants and spiders. Terminix was walking the community sharing information about their new move in specials and products. Cora, called me and asked if she could arrive earlier than scheduled and had a fun personality. She explained the products she was going to use and asked detailed questions about pests that weve encountered in the home since moving in. I liked that it was individually focused and they really provide great service. She sprayed inside, wiped outside webs, sprayed the exterior and layed a granular in the grass. I definitely feel like I got my money worth just from how they provide their services. They say wait 7 days to see results, so time will tell there. Ill recommend them in the future.

Worst customer service I have had in awhile. On 1/7/20 I set up service and got an appointment time of between 8am-12p on 1/8/20. My wife stayed home from work to meet the tech. The tech texted me about the appointment and said Id get a closer time as the day went on. On the 8th at 11:54am I texted and asked if there was a narrower time frame and I was told between 11-12. I responded with its 12 now so are you at my house? He responded telling me the appointment is for tomorrow on the 9th. So I called customer care who spoke with the branch manager and said they could be out between 4-6 today and that my original appointment was set for the 20th but moved to the 9th and or was for spiders. I said I dont know where youd 20th came from and it is for ants not spiders. As im saying this to the lady she interrupting me saying that doesnt matter what matters is that we get me scheduled. I was telling her if you cant handle the phone call and now Ive waisted 4 hours waiting how do I have confidence you are a le to do a good job. She couldnt hear any of that because she kept interrupting me. So I said refund my money since you never came out and cancel my service. I then called an 800 number four Masseys asking to speak to a manager and got told there is no manager but they can send me to the service manager for my area. She must have said that 12 times even after I said I want to speak to someone else as they are part of the problem. All of this was to no avail. Its obvious there is no desire to get new customers and im going to be sure to pass this on as much as I can. Pull the tapes of the conversations and youll hear the level of service you lack on your end.
