Had a bad experience today. Arrived at 4:30 and was given little direction what to do other than sanitize my hands. The place was not that packed. Asked for pedicure. Samantha was rough and had to tell her several times to lighten on the drill and scrubbing. After that, they told me to soak nails. It’s after 5 and there are several people waiting on Michele and the other guy who does nails the best (per Samantha). I already had an acrylic overlay and just wanted a fill. Michele said I needed to soak to change color of powder. I’m telling her i just need a fill but she said they don’t do that. I was confused but just decided to soak the acrylic off. Michele said she couldn’t do my nails but the other (good) guy could and had two people. Two different people reluctantly file my nails while soaking then I was left there and no further communication for a while. I rubbed the residue off myself and got up Bc the acetone smell was strong. I sat near station of guy who was supposed to do my nails. I’m sitting for 45 minutes and another guy who does pedicures says I’ll come get you. I said no, I am waiting on this guy. They speak to each other and I guess because I’m new I got passed off. Hesitant but ready to get nails done and go I followed. He did my nails from pedi chair. I could tell he had no idea how to do an acrylic overlay. My nails were still soft so he kept adding a coat and then clear gel on top. No file down no shape. Faint and thin nails. I was upset at register when he said your nails are $45. I said why. He said it’s a full set. I’m furious Bc I didn’t even get tips. He basically used dip powder and laid it like acrylic. Nails are lumpy and uneven. Michele was not helpful at all and basically let me stand there frustrated when i said my nails are stilll soft and offered no apology or recourse for their lack of communication. She just put her head down and kept working. I wanted to walk out but that’s not my character so I just paid and walked out at 7:50 with ugly nails! I messaged her privately when i got home and she said “sorry you had a bad visit, if posting bad reviews makes you feel better I can’t do anything about that but God bless.” Huh?! That’s sarcastic and unprofessional. I wrote about my experiences! How about a refund! Here’s my tip. Don’t go there expecting good customer service. Michele may be good at trendy designs but she’s not good at costumer happiness. You will sit and wait forever. I will never go there again needless to say!

Upon first entering I was greeted and taken care of right away. The man that did my pedicure took such good care of my feet. This was one of the best if not the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! Erik not sure if that’s how you spell his name did my nails. I showed him a picture and he was able to execute it perfectly. The picture doesn’t do these nails justice. Definitely try them out you won’t be disappointed.

It’s evident that this salon was once very nice, but it now is very dirty, cluttered, and has nail products randomly sitting everywhere. There was nail dust on most of the surfaces and it was evident that the pedicure chairs had not been cleaned for a while. The nail technicians did a great job and the massage function on the pedicure chairs is great, but it was hard to relax in that environment. The service was very slow- I called the day before about an appointment yet when I got there it appeared as if walk-ins were served before me.

The services r fine but the few staff members r very rude.The person who was taking care of me was not good, felt like he was not in mood of doing his job n I kept asking him to do his job properly but he failed, n the main manager I believe is very bad, even if u talk politely she replies badly .

They cut the edges of my finger while buffering my nails. I have 4 cuts total, three on my left and one on my right. This was the first time I visited and I was hoping to book them to get my nails done for my wedding, which i will now have to cancel. I am disappointed to say the least because I loved how the color came out but my left hand is in so much pain. Not only that, I paid for the color and manicure and somehow I still have cuticles and dead skin left over. Also, they did not use sealed manicure tools. He fished some tools from his desk that were covered in nail powder. Hopefully I won’t catch an infection after he cut my skin with the tools

The people are friendly and very nice and do an amazing job... the owner Michelle is very talented and very nice but the place is filthy.. dirt everywhere, the acrylic partitions are so dirty it’s hard to see through them, the floors looked like they haven’t been washed in a month, the ceiling vents have dirt hanging out of them the chandeliers looked like they have never been cleaned the machine the use to dry your gel manicure to the table where you dry your nails all filthy.. such a shame, the people are great and the place is nicely decorated but it needs a serious cleaning and a lesson in sanitary covid precautions!!

All I did was call this place to schedule an eyelash appointment and was instantly turned off. Its my first time going out to get eyelashes done so I had a few questions and wanted to feel comfortable with the decision.Apparently the owner, Michelle, was who helped me. The conversation was extremely rushed and she could use some customer service skills as far as communication goes :/Upon hanging up I was tentatively going to come in but decided to look at the reviews and my concerns were confirmed by other experiences.... I dont think I will be coming in. Please treat your clients with kindness and strive for at least decent customer service.

The ABSOLUTE WORTST establishment I’ve ever been too. Ethan is so unprofessional and slow ! I came in at 9:30 in the morning for a full set and pedicure and didn’t leave until 2 pm for just my nails ! He never even got pedicure done. Completely stopped doing my nails and did some other girls nails making me sit there and watch. Kept having to redo the shape because it was awful and then still an awful design even though he told me it was no problem. It took him 4 1/2 hours to just do my mails and still not have them come out right. No one apologized for the inconvenience or negligence and they still charged me full price for everything.

I always get my nails done by the owner Michelle! I absolutely LOVE her. I have been going to her for about 4/5 years now and I will only go to this spa to have my nails done. You truly get what you pay for! My nails have lasted more than a month with no chips/cracks, nothing! I love the fact that I can walk in not knowing what I want and Michelle always does something perfect to fit me and my personality!

Cindy was my nail tech, and she did a fabulous job! Id come back just for her. She shaped my nails beautifully, and she was a sweetheart. Now, unrelated to her, the place was filthy. It really gave me anxiety looking around. And so, so cluttered. It reminded me of a hoarders home. Its a shame because Im super happy with Cindys work, but soo turned off by the salon itself.

The nail technicians are not consistent with their work . They use very poor quality products. They are over priced for the services that they provide . My first visit was great . However, each time after was horrible . My gel polish peeled all the way off soon as I went home and washed my hands . When I went back to get it fixed they complained that I did something wrong and talked about me in their language. Their prices are too expensive for the quality they provide. I do not recommend this nail place at .

I have been going to Michelle and her team at Bellagio Nails for a few years now. They are friendly, fast, efficient and crazy crazy talented!! They can do any thing and everything! I can show her a picture of a design or let her imagination run wild! They have ALL the gel colors, glitters, all the rhinestones, dip powders, fairy dust, chrome etc. You can get a really fun set! I always get compliments on my nails when I get them done here. A set of dipped nails with tips, last me about 4 weeks! Here is a pic of my last set!

If I could give a Minus 1 I would. Ran late even though we had reservations. Two adults and one child. Did not even start the child’s pedi until the two adults were done and it was by another tech. So 1 tech-juggling 2 clients did not apply. Massage during pedi was so weak it was none existent. Tech did not paint the edge of my toenails so almost instant chipping happened same for manicure. 2 of the 3 techs did not say a word to us during the process. On top of ridiculously bad service, the tech dropped the polish brush and it swiped my leather purse. I brought it back to them and after a tech bleached it with acetone he tried oil and managed to get the polish off but the blemish to the leather is obvious. He said nothing and offered no apology. Shameful.

Ive been coming here for almost a year and have always left satisfied. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Serena! She paid attention to everything that I requested and didnt disappoint!

Excellent customer service, they were very nice and polite with my girlfriend.

They do really great nails there. Not just basic manicure. Michelle is a great technician and so it O.T. I really enjoy going to him. He does exactly like pictures I show :)

Went here last Friday and I would caution against anyone going here! Along with the wait times being ridiculous even with an appointment I was charged $75 for a pedicure!!! All I asked for was a regular pedicure with exfoliation (it’s normally $35 everywhere else) but instead I was charged for something called a CBD pedicure by a nail technician that didn’t even speak English. Not to mention the owner Michelle saw that I was confused and frustrated but instead of helping she decided to sit there and roll her eyes at me as if I was an inconvenience. The guy that did my nails did an amazing job but the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, and just overall experience was just horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else ladies. Guess I’ll continue going to Sparenity in Oviedo.

I was a walk in, and asked if they had time for a pedicure. The guy in front said yes, and to go sit in one of the pedicure chairs. No one said another word to me for 40 minutes, not even when I got up and walked out. If they were busy, they should just say so! Never going there again!

Walked in and was instantly out off by how unclean everything was. The more you looked, the worse it got. Honestly, this place should be inspected by the health department. The amount of dust on the polish and how poorly they were all kept. Felt like an infection waiting to happen. Walked right out.

Everytime I come to this salon they always go above and beyond to make sure I get what I ask for if not better! Both for manicure and pedicure. Absolutely the best salon I’ve ever been too in Orlando!

Came back to have my nails reshaped so they aren’t so wide. I’ve been waited 50 mins........ Took them less than 3 mins to reshape my nails.

I went here the other day to get a full acrylic set and they came out beautifully! Amy was the tech that did my matte black acrylic set, she is skilled and knows exactly what shes doing. I am usually really particular about the way people do my nails, but I can say that these turned out perfectly! Amy is really sweet and makes you feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend going here, everyone is super nice!

This place is absolutely amazing. I went from having your typical plain nails to something I thought would be way out of my comfort zone each and every time. Not only do my nails come out amazing, but the time it takes to do a full set, never knew it could be done so quickly and last months. Prices are amazing. CLEAN ATMOSPHERE! Highly recommend, wouldn’t tell anyone to go anywhere else!

I love this place... havent had a single nail break yet. Been looking for a year for a salon who can do nails that dont lift or break. The pedicures are great and they have compression chairs as well that are the most comfortable Ive used in other local salons. They have probably 10 pedicure chairs that face each other in a seperate room, so great for groups or bridal parties. The interior is decorated gorgeously. Rhinestones and marble everywhere. Reasonably priced for the awesome service.

They didn’t give me what I wanted when I told them to take it off they won’t take it off they kept on trying to reshape it and when I told them I don’t want them to reshape it I just wanted to take them off they caught attitude And didn’t wanna take them off.so I said I’m not paying and they lied about calling the police they said the was gone call the Manager but I already knew they was the manager so I waited until the police came and I told the police that I wasn’t paying and the police said they were going to take me in for grand theft so I just went back && paid with my card. THEY SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ! AND THEY DONT WEAR THEIR MASK OVER THE NOSE. Moral of the story don’t GO HERE !

Been going here for over two years and still amaze each time I get my nails done. The quality is amazing and if you want the latest trends they are on top of it as well. Michelle and her husband and everyone are amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect nail spot.

I normally have an awesome experience, but this time, it wasnt that great. The person who did my pedicure was awesome but the person who did my moms pedicure rushed through it and didnt ask her what she wanted. I got my eyebrows waxed that also seemed rushed. The place was busy but we dont feel we got the best service with the money spent. If this place is busy, just turn around or make an appointment. I would try this place again but make sure its not at a busy time.

Best nail salon in Sanford! Michelle and Johnny take care of all of their customers and treat them like family. Very clean and always goes above and beyond. My nails always look great and stay on for weeks. I’ve been going here for 3 years and will not leave! Truly a great nail shop in Sanford!

Ive been a client for 3 years now & Ive never been so happy with my nails! The talent, the customer service always at its best.. even when theyre at their busiest! Just like all businesses they get busy and it gets crazy but I find that the owners always find a way to help you, get you out of there satisfied.

Came to get a mani, the nail salon was cluttered and when I went to wash my hands there was no soap and dirt & grim splattered everywhere, no paper towels, the waiting area seats were stained, the beverage fridge had water bottles, old containers of food, and other things thrown in there. Honestly, I left and didnt even receive a service. So I cant speak on the services, but appearances matter and honestly for the price of their services, they need to clean the whole salon top to bottom and organize first.

I’ve been going here for 4 years as well as a number of my family members and friends. My nails are perfect every time, the shape of my nails are always perfect. Always beautiful work. I would never go anywhere else and recommend them to everyone!!

Michelle’s been my nail tech going on 5 years now. She can turn any picture or idea into the real deal. & Nine times out of ten my nails turn out even better than what I originally asked for. I can’t get through a shift at work without someone complimenting my nails. It’s an amazing team in there, and all around a beautiful salon. HIGHLY recommend.

Technicians are good, but dont try to make an appointment. They basically dont take them, tell you come in at your requested time, then you sit there. Ive waited for over 15 minutes because the owners (married couple) dont feel the clients time is valuable. Tough break when you try to do this on your lunch hour.

This was my first time at this salon. My daughter and I have been searching for a great quality nail salon. I’m happy to say we found it. The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. The nail tech that did my pedicure went above and beyond my expectations. The nail tech that put on my daughters dip nails was amazing. She listened to what my daughter was describing she wanted. We will be back as regular customers.

I started going to this location about 2 years ago. My sisters, mother, and me usually go for our girls day out to this location.is Their friendly and the place is really clean. I always get the usual French Tip Pedicure the first visit was great! Loved it! Next visit the same service loved their work. The past year experience has not been good. I have received sloppy service. The same guy did my French pedicure and did not do a good job at all. I visited again and it was a younger guy that time and he also didnt do as well. I dont think their men workers know how to properly do a French Tip Pedicure. Im not talking about the owner he does a really good job. I rated a 2 because of my last 3 visits. I started going elsewhere.

I have been here 3 times. Their work is good although they are a little disorganized despite making an appointment meaning you could end up waiting a long time. My main issue is they arent consistent with their pricing. Based on my most recent visit, regular pedicure is $23 but with gel polish $50? How? My previous full set with 3d designs + glitter was $55 but when I come for a fill with only glitter is $50? How?

Ask for Michelle or her husband when u dont have an appointment & go early to get right 🤞🏾🤎

My daughter and I usually go together for pedicures and SnS dip nails. Michelle is an artist and we love her creativity. However, due to high demand on her time there is usually a wait. On a Wednesday, after an hour wait we left after only having our nails soaked off - no pedicures or nails done. Staff is always nice & friendly. I just don’t have 3 to 4 hours to spend in a salon.

Best nail salon Ive ever been to! Ive been here twice and its the best service Ive ever had, theyre very attentive and personal. The first time I went Michelle did my nail art and it was flawless. I went again recently and my nails were done by Serena. She was the sweetest and very entertaining! She said she was newer to the shop but honestly could have fooled me, shes amazing!! Johnny airbrushed my nails and the ombre was executed seamlessly. My sister got her nails done by Amy and those of course were also perfect! I even caught a glance of the womans nails beside me and they looked awesome. Honestly everyone there knows what theyre doing and I cant wait to go back!

Bellagio treats you like family and you get your nails done for such an affordable price and the atmosphere there is so welcoming and wait time time was just like that.

Love this place. Definitely my new go to spot. I’ve tried so many other places in the area and the others don’t compare. The staff is down to earth and very friendly. I always get powder dip and it easily lasts 3weeks. This place cares about the customer and the quality of work.

I will never step foot in this place again! 3 hours for a new set 2 hours for a pedicure and then rip off prices for basic nails. I saw two people come in complaining because their nails were lifing after a few days. Im sick of these chop shops taking our money. Im going to private technicians from now on. Stop ripping people off and charge reasonable prices for what you can do. Stones and designs mean nothing if your nails are coming off!

This has been one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. They are friendly, clean and honestly amazing at what they do. They take the time and give you a top rated pedicure. Probably one of the best foot massages I have ever had. I am going back for my second time today. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality and great service!

Had eyelashes put on and my pedicure cost me $70 some dollars and that was Monday night I Tuesday by Tuesday night the eyelashes were falling off waste of money

I used to love this place but the customer service is horrible now.. Michelle’s husband did gel on my nails one time and I had spots on my nails because it was a light color meaning it needed another coat and he told me I’m too picky, that’s too much detail and that I am asking for too much.. I am paying for my nails I want to be happy with them. Do not bother making appointments because you will still wait in line behind everyone else who did not make an appointment. I made an appointment with Michelle for 5:30 and I waited two hours until I got tired of waiting and asking when will I be seen since I had an appointment and I left! The younger girls are rude and have attitudes all the time when you try to be friendly.

Go and ask for Amy. She did am amazing job in my pedicure and her massage was one of the best I have ever had. She really puts in the effort and doesnt just go thru the motions.

Amazing absolutely amazing place! The workers are super talented I had the pleasure of having Michelle and all I did was go head and give her a color and asked her to do something she would think would look nice and she did her magic. The place is so beautiful and clean everything is kind of like glass theme and light colors. The workers are super friendly and actual get to know you at a personal level, while I was getting my nails done every time domine would walk in they would ask what they wanted and have and conversation with them.
