Nice, professional place. The jeweler seems to really know what he is doing. They can make custom jewellery and have 22k and 24k gold from Dubai. Not always easy to find that stuff in the US. I got an excellent price on a really nice 24k gold bracelet for my wife, and they let me put it on layaway, too. Even gave me a free bottle of wine when I picked it up. My only complaint was I felt like they didnt take me seriously when I first walked in because, honestly, I dress a bit sloppy. Dirty jeans and a hoodie doesnt exactly scream high roller, I suppose. Once they figured out I was serious, though, they were very accommodating in working with me. Anyway, I was going to give four stars because of that, but the bottle of wine made up for it. Free booze always deserves an extra star! So, five stars, will be back.

Came in for a simple watch band resize. The employee behind the desk made a genuine effort to have me see the jeweler as soon as the jeweler was available. Overall I was in and out rather quickly and the price was excellent. I could defidentally tell that the jeweler knew what he was doing. I would recommend this small business to anyone looking for excellent service/repair.

I went here in 2012 and bought mine and my husbands wedding ring set. I picked up both our rings and they looked great! My husbands ring was supposed to be tungsten, after 2 days it was so scratched it looked horrible! we took it back and they did order him a new ring and it was a tungsten. I dropped off my ring to get the bands welded together. My husband goes back at the end of the week and picks them up and when I get home and look at my ring it is black and burnt under the band!! the inside part of the ring had been heated to must the ring was burnt and no longer shined!!! I was outraged!!! I took it back the next day and showed them they said oh it just needs to be cleaned and they cleaned it and it still was no better! I was so mad I didnt know what to do. I took the ring to a different shop and had them fix it the best they could and the ring was never he same! But it was the ring I was married with and I could not just give it up so I had it plated. about a year later he ring snapped in half and could not be fixed. I would NEVER EVER go back!!!

He made a one-of-a-kind ring and set the stone on a beautiful platinum semi mount he designed. Could not have asked for a better piece of art. He is truly gifted with over 40 years of experience. Ms Angela was great with het expertise in the appraisal and gemology advise. Higly recommend this team for those with discerning taste in jewlry artistry. Will be repeating customers for sure, even if I need to send him designs in the future. He can do it ALL! Bad to the bone, dressed to impress for any occasion! Brought a chain an piece was told it was 10k white gold and diamonds in both had it for a bit an diamonds started coming out pendent. Then found out couple years later that my chain was plated with white gold over yellow gold an diamonds was cz im very upset

Ridiculously expensive! Charged me $30 to change watch battery. Outdated building and facilities. Wont recommend to anyone
