It was 6:30 pm on a Monday. I approached the watch repair kiosk. The man inside was sorting through some items in a drawer in front of him. He was wearing a face shield and sweating. I asked him if he could replace the old battery in my watch. He looked up from his tray and sternly said to me, Come back tomorrow. We close at 7:00. To be fair, I dont know what he had left to do or how many orders were ahead of me but he didnt have to be rude. There are lots of places that replace watch batteries. Be nice. Thats all I am saying. I wont go back.

Yes, it’s cheaper. He gives you a quote and does the job. But he should say well yes I’ll do it but it will be sloppy! I’ve gone 3 times and this will be the last time I do so! Twice he has switched my real diamonds for CZs and I’ve noticed! So I told him and he answered oh it fell out and I fix it for you! Yeah but not with the original stones! After pointing it out he did! Otherwise he doesn’t say anything if you don’t notice!!! He ended up damaging the sitting for the stone. So disappointed. Left unhappy and just didn’t want to deal with it. Go somewhere else known and with a good reputation.Horrible experience and poor quality! Do not recommend unless you want to be going back and forth!

Amin jewelers was able to quickly replace my watch batteries and remove excess watch links. They were very polite and their prices were very fair. I recommend this company for your watch repair needs.

They have poor customer service.I’ve been waiting patiently for my items that I still haven’t received in almost 3 weeks now,They have no respect once so ever for their black customers. Other customers are serviced before us with much more respect, I have been personally disrespected and I for one do not like it and I will not tolerate and neither should any of their black customers

I spent the morning asking every jewelry store or kiosk I saw- “how much would it cost to purchase a lobster claw (a clasp) and attach it to my necklace?” This place had THE BEST deal & finished it very quickly!
