As a first time seller, I was nervous to call and ask how the gold buy-back policy works. I was explained on the phone very clearly how it worked and so I came in during my lunch break with my 14k gold rope chain. I was offered a very fair price, shown the price of gold, told that they need to make a little money off of it too, and we struck a deal that I felt was worth my time. I was in and out in 10 minutes with cash in hand. I will be back if I ever want to sell anything else. Props to the font desk girl (I did not catch her name), she was very friendly and helpful... and above all, honest. Would recommend.

Old white guy their is fair and the black woman but the bigger white lady is rude and will def low ball you .. my suggestion if you see the bigger white lady don’t go in.. matter fact when I went the store said open their was someone outside with a sign and she locked doors and fell asleep in back for 30-45min the sign person had to call multiple ppl to get her to open door (in store hours)

Had a gold coin in my possession and needed some money. After looking up multiple places & seeing bad reviews, I narrowed my search down to this shop (which I also found by Googling) and another one out by the international airport in Orlando that a friend recommended. Since the international airport is over an hour drive for me, I decided to try this shop first since its a lot closer. I dont remember the ladys name at the shop, but shes very friendly, hilarious and welcoming. She gave me a very good price on my coin. I dont remember the exact percentage (I dont want to say price amounts on here), but I got at least 75% of the value on my coin. Definitely very fair and her awesome personality alone makes me more likely to come back the next time I have anything else to sell.

After looking up the price of silver online, I brought in about a pound. The woman tried to tell me that she would pay 40 dollars for it, and then started testing my 925 MARKED silver. She told me that two of my pieces were not silver, however, she would still take them and said, I think thats a fair price since two of the pieces arent even real. Then she proceeded to look through my stuff and started pointing out that some of the silver looked weird. (It was tarnished because it was REAL silver.) And also said that it can be marked and still not be silver. I took my 200 dollars worth of silver and left. Good luck. If you are hard up for money and want to be RAPED...go to THIS place!

I brought some of my unwanted jewelry in and they gave me cash on the spot! Very fair deal and the girl working was really nice.

I usually wouldnt review on someone I did not do business with, but in this case the reason why I would not do business needs to be heard from uneducated people who want to sell their metals. The worker told me she would give me 10 a piece for peace dollars, stating they melt them down or sell them and only make 2 or 3 dollars on them, I then offered to buy some and she said they have a private dealer they sell to. I just do not like being lied too because if you were to melt them down when you get them for 10 a piece you are either completely in the wrong business or your lying in which this cas I believe thats what its just irritating. whenever someone tries to rip you off, do not let these people pick your pockets if you are uneducated on silver/gold.. better luck on ebay!Also she had no idea what a 1941 half dollar was called, FYI its a walking liberty scammer.
