Excellent experience overall. Since switching from Planet Fitness I have realized how important a good gym is! This place is awesome!

I absolutely fell in love with this gym from day 1. First you get a free 7 day trial and you dont even have to leave card information! You can request consultation with one of their extremely professional staff. There are mirrors all over the place. Gym is set up to optimize flow. The staff actually works out here. The weights are always re-racked correctly and is very well maintained. They have all the recovery options too. Inferred sauna, sound therapy immersion, red light therapy, hydro massage beds. Its a top knotch gem of a gym.

I workout in the morning and live too far to drive back home just to shower. It is critical for me to be able to shower at the gym. Thats the reason for the poor review. The showers do not always work and when they do there is no hot water some times. Ive run the shower for over 10 minutes waiting for hot water, sometimes I get it, sometimes not. Additionally, the drainage in the showers is terrible. 10 minutes in the shower and water is 2 inches or more deep and flowing all the way into the changing area by the lockers. If you need to shower at the gym, this is not the gym for you. Outside of that the gym is fine.

Was at the gym and one of the trainers kept walking around and micromanaging the people working out. Made me very uncomfortable.

HiTONE has the best and most attentive staff. I love how clean it is there!
