Avoid this place- not professional at all. My phone was the victim of water damage, and I didn’t know if it could be fixed. I left my phone with Sergio at the store, and he confirmed that he would call me to let me know if it was fixable before they fixed it, and to confirm the cost. To be clear, I went here because they have a 4.8 rating. I regretted it for two reasons:1- They didn’t call me to let me know it was ready. My phone was obviously dead, and they had it at the store since I turned it in to get fixed. They had taken down another number to reach me once they figured out if it was fixable, but they didn’t call it. Instead, when I came to pick up my phone, I found that they had called my phone (that had been dead, at their store). I was waiting for their call, but instead I had to reach out and check in.2- The worst part is that they fixed it before they got ahold of me. What if I didn’t have the $310 it took to fix the screen? I was honestly thinking I may just get a new phone if I was going to spend that much to fix it, but they forced me to do just that. There was a possibility that it was just the battery, which would only cost ~$30 (I was hoping this was the case), but apparently it was the screen. I even made sure that they would call me before they fixed anything, and they confirmed various times that YES, they would, and that they would confirm the cost. They did not, and they are lucky I had that money.Go somewhere else with your business. I wish I did.

They are the best in town everybody want you paid ahead of time not knowing if the can fix it but these people see if they can fix it first then you pay

Update 12/4/19. Battery expanded and broke case. See pics.(original review) They change the battery in under 2 hours and I got $10 off from scheduling online. Im not really impressed with the performance of the new battery. I wouldnt use the service again unless my battery had a serious problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Both Chris and Mark were knowledgeable and thorough. Their attitude and customer support were outstanding. My iPhone, my garage door opener and our battery charger were all fixed perfectly. This is our “go-to” store. Some of the greatest service I’ve ecer had. Thankyou Mark and Chris and batteries plus!

I went to this place today for my daughters Iphone cracked screen near the home button issue. They fixed it within an hour with reasonable price..Phone is looking and working great. Also like to special thanks to Mark for very friendly and courteous service, and Jay as well.

Came in at 3:30 on a Sunday and was very impressed with both the knowledge and customer service skills of the person I spoke to. I believe it was the manager. It was Mark or something. I needed a new charging port ASAP on my iPhone 6 and he had it wrapped up in less than an hour. He even honored the online discount I showed him even though I technically did not ‘schedule’ the repair like I was supposed to online.Will definetly come back and will also refer all of my family & friends as well!

The folks at the Sanford, FL store did an excellent job installing a replacement IPAD battery. They were even able to save the screen protector.

In this day and age, its fairly rare to do business with men and women who are willing to do exactly what they say they will do - and do it on time and with a good attitude. Both of the DeWalt 18V batteries of mine that you rebuild are solid and work like a charm. Ill be thinking of you guys for years to come, every time I grab those and they work! Everybody reading this should want to do business with you guys any chance they get.

We brought my daughters phone in after 7pm to have screen replaced and it was ready by 8pm. Customer service was excellent on top of the speedy job. Well done guys!!!

Repair was made to iPad and it works but the home button you have to hold down for it to work vs just clicking it like prior to repair. I know they had a hard time due to a messed up prior repair and I appreciate the work that had to go into fixing it.
