This place is a complete scam. They gave my son back a phone literally held together with a post it note and tape and it has a huge line through the screen that wasnt there before. When I asked for a refund minus price of parts all I got was a sorry sweetheart. I have left 3 messages for the owner and never got a call back, the corporate email bounces back undeliverable and the main office number is disconnected. Expensive lesson learned- do not take your broken phone to Cell Doc!

I had a cracked screen and used cell doc to fix it he fried my mother board and told his boss I had other issues to keep his job when I called the onwer he said I signed a waiver so he’s not responsible for breaking my phone I had pictures on my handicapped daughter on my phone I cannot get back on the iCloud I do not recommend this place to any one they do bad business instead of replacing my phone the used a lame policy to cover their worker I hope this place goes out of business

DO NOT GET YOUR IPHONE SCREEN REPLACED HERE!!!!!!!!!So about two weeks ago my iPhone Tap to touch was not working, after I got my screen replaced by cell doc I’m Seminole town center mall. I went to geek squad at Best Buy, went to Apple store in Altamonte. And both of them told me I was sold a clone phone screen that was not made by Apple. And it filled the screen test miserably from Apple diagnostics. After going back to get my money back I was told that’s not possible. And after trying another screen on the phone it still didn’t work.So it you want to save 20 buck and get a china made clone POS screen on your iPhone, this is the place for you.

This kiosk is a RIP off repair person jay cracked my screene when shoving my phone into a phone pouch he was selling me it wouldnt go in new pouch he forced it in pouch gave it back to me after I had left the mall phone rang when I got phone out to answer screene was cracked mall was closing couldnt get back in went back next day jay that done the service. And the owner denied any wrongdoing sent me away warning stay far away from this place

Beware! A Cell-Doc employee replaced the screen on my iPad mini 4. A few days later, the screen started coming loose from the iPad and the home button was extremely loose. I returned to the mall and the employee reattached the screen. Within a week, the screen was beginning to come apart again. However, this time it wasnt as bad. At least, the home button was fine. This time the same employee appeared very agitated that I had returned. After he fixed the screen, he could not get my ipad turned on. He told me to go to Apple to see if they could figure it out. I was out of a ipad along with paying $170 to have the screen replaced. I signed their agreement which released them from liability. My BIG mistake. Go somewhere else for repairs. They were very rude and uncaring . The end.

This cell phone place is awesome. They almost fix any device you bring them. Fair and honest prices and quick service. Highly recommend.

My camera wasn’t working on my iPhone 8 he took parts out of my old phone and fixed my phone while I watched put a screen protector on and got me a new otter box case all for a 1/4 of the price I would’ve paid any where else!! Great friendly service THANK YOU!!

This was taken over by new owners two months ago. Their prices are higher and the person I talked to was rude. I was a regular there before when the customer service was outstanding. Don’t be fooled, won’t be back!

Eric is a miracle worker! When five other service companies were unable to repair my phone, he got me up and running over the course of having lunch. This guy is an absolute must and this company is definitely the one you need to come to to fix your phones smart tablets and other personal data devices!

Had my battery changed on my Samsung S7 Edge and they BURNT MY PHONE. He said he would replace the screen and then wouldnt return my follow up calls. I went in and he said he would call me when the part came in. I went back in and was told he moved but they would still fix it. Still nothing and it has been 3 months. Would NOT recommend!!!

Called in to ask about screen repair, whomever was on the phone kept telling me i didnt know what generation phone I have and I dont know phones and repairs so he cant help me, continuously made annoyed noises at talking with me, did not answer a single question i actually asked, and then hung up on me after 2 minutes of the phone. horrific customer service and I didnt even step through the door.
