I found 360 Total Clean by researching the reviews. I liked what I read, so I got in touch with them to do a special cleaning on my house. I had to reschedule twice due to unforeseen circumstances. Desiree was MORE than understanding and accommodating. The team showed up on time and immediately went to work. Each of them were personable, friendly and professional. Desiree showed up and brought me flowers because we had a death in the family (one of the reasons we had to reschedule)!!! How thoughtful!!!!They did a FANTASTIC job and were done before we expected. My house smelled SO clean and fresh!! I was so impressed with the job, I immediately set up a bi-monthly cleaning!I would highly recommend them to anyone of my friends or family.I am so glad I found them!

I was looking for a handyman for a small project and 360 Total Clean was the first to respond even though it was after business hours. Their office coordinator, Andrew, was extremely professional as was the tech that they sent to the property. He did fantastic job. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Wayne. Its very rare these days to come across a small business owner that cares about its customers. Their 5 star reviews are spot on! I am extremely pleased with 360 Total Clean and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

I used both the contracting and cleaning services. I can honestly say that my house has never looked this good. Everyone that came to my house was friendly, and respectful. They were an amazing group of people that I would hire again without hesitation.

Called multiple times and nobody answers the phone. Waited on hold for 20 min, multiple times, only to have the phone disconnect. They have a chat function on their website, but nobody responds to it. I have tried it multiple times. Emails are occasionally responded to, but not enough to actually schedule a cleanings. Finally a cheduled a cleaning through email. They didn’t even show up. Tried emailing and calling. No response.

I HAD THIS COMPANY COME OUT TO MY VACATION HOME TO CLEAN BEFORE VISITORS ARRIVE. THIS WAS MY FIRST USING THEM AND THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY FAST. I DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT ALL DAY FOR THEM TO CLEAN. NOW I HAVE THEM COME TO ME ONCE A WEEK. THE LADIES ARE AWESOME.

Everyone is always polite and courteous and always willing to help in any way to make sure all my needs are met. I now have a clean done every other week and am completely satisfied. Desiree Sanders provided great service while she was here; however, the two stars is more for the management aspect. 360 never finished the job, as the owner Wayne informed me that carpet cleaning would be done two days later. I never heard back from Wayne or anyone on his team... when I called the number they had called me from, it went to a travel agency. Now reaching out to carpet cleaners last second in the area so I dont get hit on my apartment deposit.

Using 360 and having Jeff and staff work on our home has been fantastic. We started with a fireplace project have ended up using them for our kitchen and stairs. We already are trying to get on the schedule for 2 more home renovations for the new year. They dont leave until the job is to your satisfaction and the project spaces are left sooo clean and tidy for the duration of the project. Its been awesome especially with kids running around. Highly recommend them!

Good cleaning job at first. When I tried to book a second there was all kinds of problems. I finally got it booked, for a cleaning jobs weeks in advance. A few weeks later, I Got a call, a couple days before the scheduled job, confirming that the cleaners would show up on Saturday. Then late Friday night, I received a call cancelling the job at the last minute. I’ll use another company from here on out, since they can’t keep an appointment.

There was a time I would Of given them a 10 star rating. I hired Them because I broke Both of my arms. They came 3 times. The fourth time they never showed, never called, this was at the beginning of July. I kept Texting Desiree to make sure she was ok, was she coming, did she quit, no response... ever! Made numerous calls, sent texts never any response. End of August owner texted and told me his mother had passed and he would make it up to me. All I wanted At this point was the key back to my house. They still have not returned the key to my home, despite numerous attempts on my part. Very disappointing and unprofessional!

Im very disappointed in this company.360 Total Clean called me just hours before my appointment for them to come clean my home, cancelling it, and telling me that (at NO fault of mine), they are no longer honoring the Groupon that I had already purchased and paid for a couple weeks ago, and that I would have to call Groupon myself to get my refund.Thanks for wasting my time today, 360 Total Clean.I was left scrambling trying to finish work early so I could quickly clean my home in preparation for guests this evening. Then I had to waste more of my day getting in touch with two different Groupon agents to try and get a refund.I am not an unreasonable consumer - If there had been an emergency and they had to cancel and reschedule with me, I would understand because that happens sometimes. If they had called me a week ago and cancelled, that would have been better since it would have given me time to get my refund and hire someone else. But to full-out cancel my two appointments I made with them, only hours before they were supposed to be here, and then tell me they are no longer honoring the Groupon I had already bought and paid for (and that I have to go get my refund myself), is very poor management and lack of customer service at the most basic level.360 Total Clean- you should have honored the Groupons that were already purchased in good faith, in order to maintain those customers, to project professionalism, and to exhibit those traits that successful companies have. As a consumer, I felt very insignificant- like a name being crossed off a list, with no thought going into the inconvenience that you caused me today. Being in the service business, you would think the person in charge would have made a better decision in regards to customers who already bought, paid, and scheduled services with you - even if it was through Groupon. Your dispute with Groupon has nothing to do with me, the customer, who was counting on you doing the job that was paid for, either today as scheduled, or another day soon.So- DONT purchase a Groupon for 360 Clean, and dont be surprised if they arent as professional as you hoped they would be - they certainly disappointed me by how they handled this situation, and I of course will not be hiring them again, as there are a plethora of highly rated cleaning services in the area that I would rather give my business to.

Repeatedly robocalls with no prior business relationship in violation of the do not call registry, from private, unblockable numbers. I wouldnt use a company who stoops to this behavior if they were the last one on Earth.

The installer was very detail oriented and did an excellent job replacing my worn out exterior door.
