Our carpets smell so amazing. They are really fluffy and bright and it lifted the three years of carpet life! Would absolutely have them come again if I was staying local. Awesome job.

My appointment was scheduled for 10am. I had a family member take time out of his day to be at my house while they did the carpet. I got a call at 10:30, saying they would be an 1hr to 1 1/2 hr late. Around 12pm, I see the van fly right passed my apartment with no intention to stop. I called back got sent to voice-mail. Had my neighbor call and they sent her number to voice-mail. The family member called from his phone was told she would call the technician. We never heard anything back and never showed up. I have used them one time before and had a great experience but this was so unprofessional. If they didnt want my money, thats all they could have said instead of wasting people time waiting around. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Contacted Earl with Xtreme Carpet Care and he set up an appointment basically for the next day to clean an extremely heavy soiled and stained carpet along with pet odors. He did a fantastic job on the carpet cleaning, it looked basically brand new and eliminated the pet odor. He also offered me a veterans discount as well for my prior military service. Great job and I would recommend Earl and Xtreme Carpet Care for any carpet cleaning needs. I will be booking him soon for my home as well..

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. I have been doing business with Xtreme for years. Earl is a true professional and honestly and integrity is obvious when you do business with Xtreme. I was reading the review of Mr David Cochran who gave a 1 star review. I encourage you to look at Mr Cochran 7 reviews of which 5 are just 1 star. Being a business person myself I know that you cannot please everyone. However his review is slanderous and designed to hurt the business and NOT offer a consumer opinion. I have delt with many people who use SOCIAL MEDIA as a weapon to extort services or goods from the business. In his own review he states the excellent and professionalism of Earl and his company. Everyone knows that there is NO WAY to absolutely get all of pet odors out of carpet. I wanted to message Mr Cochran directly but the Google app will not allow me to do so. I personally can tell you that I use him in all my businesses and if I was not pleased I would go elsewhere. THIS IS A HONEST AND FAIR COMPANY.

There isnt enough words to describe the wonderful experience that I received with Xtreme Carpet Care. I respect the level of professionalism that was displayed and the ability to clean my carpets in my apartment to perfection in a matter of minutes. Every area that was a problem was taken care of. So many carpet cleaning companies out there so it can be difficult to make sure youre choosing the right one (at least with my experience). I checked prices, reviews. etc. Based on the high rated reviews on multiple sites, I decided to go with Xtreme Carpet for my rental home. Wow, job well done. Very knowledgeable and service with a smile. Natalie made scheduling, set up, etc. so easy from beginning to end. Definitely would recommend.

Writing reviews isn’t something that I normally do, however the exceptional service that I received deserves credit. The employees were professional, friendly, punctual, and their work was excellent. Extreme carpet came to my house in Southern Pines and the owner was the carpet cleaning specialist. He was polite and informative. Initial decision was about the odor of wet dog in my master bed room and then the cleanliness. I advised him that my dogs are fully house trained and he agreed that the odor was not of urine but just a wet dog smell. He stated that he would eliminate the odor and clean the carpets. He was able to accomplish one of the two. He did a good job on cleaning them and informing me on how to clean them myself in the future. It was only after we spoke the day following about the odor still present in the room. He advised that he would use a peroxide based cleaner and get it out, only HE NEVER SHOWED. Our primary method of communication was through text messaging. His wife called me after I texted that they failed to follow through and was COMPLETELY RUDE and even stated we needed to speak as adults then hung up on me. I am amazed that they are still in business with her communication skills, their lack if delivering as promised and the fact tha she stated on the phone that her husband would be reprimanded about his promise. She stayed that he shouldnt have promised to correct the error. Either way, NEVER DO business with this company, truck looks nice, make owner is a polite professional but the wife is the complete opposite from our experience.

We recently had Earl and his business perform a move out cleaning of our carpets. We were shocked at how clean our carpets were after 8 years and 3 kids worth of abuse. Not only were we impressed, but the buyers of the home said they carpets were beautiful as well. I have no reservations recommending Xtreme and I will look to use them to clean the carpets of our pending home purchase.

I had decided to follow a local realtor recommendation to use this company. They were about $30 dollars more expensive than the company I had previously used. However what a difference in quality. My carpet looks like it did when it was installed 8 years ago. I was really pleased with how clean my tile grout looked when the job was completed. There were 2 spots on my carpet ( kool aid ) that have been there thru 3 cleanings by other companies. I had been told they were permanent by other people. Well I showed Earl the owner and he was able to get the stain out. I was really thinking I would have to buy new but no need. Believe me I will use this company for all my floor care needs.

I called this company on Thursday 9/27/2018 and was asking for services on Saturday 9/29/2018. At first the lady told me they don’t really work on weekends ok fine so she asked me how many rooms I needed 3 rooms plus 12 stairs so she told me a price and told me they could be there at 1pm ok that was totally fine with me because I’m moving in the home on Sunday 9/30! Well 1pm came and I was not at the home so I began to call no answer so I left a message and headed to the home. Well when I got there around 1:30 they still was not there so I called again. That time I did get an answer the same lady that set my appointment for 1pm answer and told me that my appointment was for 5pm, I told her that was fine as well even though I KNOW she set it for 1pm. But it wasn’t a big deal other than I had to drive about 20 miles to get there for nothing. So I made sure I was there at 5 but yet I’m still no one was there so I waited until 5:45 to call to see if they were still coming or not, but no answer I waited and called I waited and called no answer 5 calls later I sent a text because I knew it was a cell phone well they read the message but didn’t not respond so then I know @7:00 they were not coming. No one called me back and no one NEVER came and it’s the next day (MY MOVE IN DAY!!😡😡)
