HIGH FIVE for getting my sipping wet, cream-colored, hand-tufted wool rug back to its original shape. No smells, no brown stains. I’m so delighted. It wasn’t quite right at first, but the customer service was excellent and the technician talked me through his process to help me understand what he did and how it would help get the rug back to its original cream color.
