Have an issue with our AC leaking and flooding house. The company I normally deal with did not have any openings for a week, so I reached out to Ameripride based on a recommendation from a friend. Jeff was very pleasant and helpful on the phone, and I appreciate that he took time to stop by because he was in the area for another reason. My issue is that when he came to the house, he made assumptions about the issue and was rude when I was trying to get clarification.Now I am not a AC technician, but I do have experience with this particular unit due to issues in the past. His description did not make sense based on the particular circumstances and when I asked questions and tried to make sure we both had a full understanding of the problem, he got annoyed with me, said he was leaving, and told me to call my normal company.I cannot comment on price or quality of work as we did not get to that point. His assessment of the issue may be completely correct, but I will not do business with someone who refuses to listen to a customers concerns and ensure they is confident with the diagnosis and possible resolution.

I just have to start by saying Jeff and Tracy are amazing. My mother came to visit me and on the first night of her stay my A/C went out. My mother has heart issues as well as asthma, so getting overheated is not an option. I made a couple of calls but it was Jeff and Tracy with Ameripride that came to my rescue. We were back up and running in a few hours. Next time they will be my first and only phone call. Thank you and my mother thanks you as well.

A big thank you to Jeff Wallace of Ameripride Services Group. After purchasing my home in Winter Park, we discovered that we do not have a water main shut off valve, nor could we locate our water meter. Jeff was instrumental in us finding our water meter, which was not in the logical location. He spent time helping us troubleshoot our location for a convenient water shut off, which is now scheduled for installation. Im looking forward to using Ameripride in the near future for other projects.

The best experience Ive had with a contractor. They are prompt, professional, and do quality work. Im a landlord living 800 miles from the property. Tracy took ownership of the project and made me feel comfortable from DAY 1. She treated my property as if it were her own. Everything was done as promised. No surprises.
