Quality Craftsmen did a bathroom remodel for us and we would definitely use them again. Keller set us up and helped us out with products They were able to be here quickly, no issues with install, and made sure we were happy with the final product. Matt was very courteous, knowledgeable and kept us updated every step of the way. Looks better than we expected. Looking forward to being able to do our next renovation.

Linus and his team were great and were very professional. They guided us through the process and made recommendations for materials and layout. When I asked for a second showerhead it wasnt a song and dance it was a sure we can get that done. These guys are super professional, have excellent communication and we will definitely use them in the future!

I had my bathroom remodeled from a small shower and separate tub to full shower. The process from beginning to end was very professional, courteous and ahead of time. Linus was the initial sales contact person who took his time explaining all the options available to both my wife and me. We had explained what we were looking for and he designed what we wanted. He took dimensions of the bathroom and put together a plan. This was followed up by John who is the project manager for this project. He came to the house and reviewed the plan with us. In looking at the initial measurement he indicated that the shower area could be enlarged from 36 by 72 to 40 by 72 inches at no additional cost. Also, he changed the plan to move the seat in the shower to better spot which we agreed. John initial said the project could take between 5 to 7 days depending on the demolition process revealing anything not know. The install was performed by foreman Marcelino and a member of his crew. Marcelino keep me abreast of the process throughout and indicated that the project would be completed in on the 3rd day. In addition he asked my wife how long she wanted the bench seat to be and expanded it to 24, again at no additional cost. When they had completed the work everything was clean, with no debris and it looked like they were never here. Also, both John and Linus called a couple weeks later to ensure that both my wife and me were completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel there bathroom or any other project.

From start to finish everyone I talked to/met was very helpful and great to work with. I needed to update my shower as it was dated with mold issues and water damage. I am very pleased with the material and color selection as it really brightens up my bathroom giving it a whole new feel! We went ahead and added grab bars that they properly secured to make sure they would stay intact. I’m most excited about not having to clean my shower all the time or worry that the mold will come back! Thank you for doing a great job and answering all my questions along the way!

From the first meeting with Linus to Andrews for Demo and Roger on the install and our fabulous project manager John, this was a great experience and a HUGE improvement!!! Had my small bathroom redone. Shower/ Tub and toilet installed. Proj. mgr., Dawn came and helped us order what we needed. Surprise! 2 weeks all the material was ready to go. Linus our salesman was great to work with. Andrew the installer was on time and very professional. His work is impeccable.They worked with in our VA budget and worked well with the VA representative to ensure our roll in shower was perfect for a disabled vet.

I am very pleased by the tub to shower conversion done by your company in my home. Quality Craftsmen replaced my old, dark, cramped, moldy shower with a bright glass enclosed low-threshold one. Linus Ocasio seemed to read my mind for what I hoped the new shower to be. He kept in touch with me throughout the job. The workmen came when they said they would, always calling to let me know they were on their way.. They did a super job, always friendly and cheerful. I am very pleased with the finished shower and would definitely use Quality Craftsmen for another project.

This company amazes us evertime we have used them. They truly are a contractor to have an amazing experience with. Zett the owner is a man of integrity and Linus the project estimator is very educational and prevented us from picking the wrong contractor. Both are military veterans just like myself. Keller and John are great when I had some other question, I believe they are the general managers. Installer Andrew was impeccable.

I would allow Quality Craftsmen to remodel my entire house if I could. There financing option were reasonable and affordable. Their attention to detail was magnificent. The management and employers were awesome and compassionate. They worked around my schedule and made sure I was satisfied. Everything they did regardless if it was a major issue or minor hiccup they communicated and provided me choices. They allowed me to choose what I wanted and nothing was forced. I would recommend them for any home improvement. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

I can’t even express how much we love our bathroom conversion. We had an old tub with awful tile and now have a beautiful new Onyx low profile shower pan and walls. The entire experience was on-point from the sales demonstration all the way through the completion of our bathroom. My husband tends to want everything perfect from any contractor or service provider we use and he was 100 percent satisfied and impressed!!

Had a tub remodel done when they were known as Bath crest. Despite a longer than expected wait for the install, the work itself was wonderful...we love it.The financials, however, are a catastrophe and took a really nasty turn today. Weve been wrestling almost since day one regarding the actual balance due and today we get a call advising all accounts under Bath Crest have been closed and we have to apply all over again under the new merchants name. WTF? This couldnt have been fixed before the company was bought out?Work is excellent, all else ridiculous.

A+++ Helped us with our bathroom remodel. Removed old outdated bath tub and install a Walk-in Bath tub and had a regular shower to a Walk-in Shower with low lip for my elderly parents .Helped out with financing. And during the installations Andrew the Tech was very polite explained everthing durring the installation showed us how everything works and explained the easy cleaning process. And they cleaned up when they were finished with the job . I can say the experience was very professional.And the Quality of work was above and beyond !! Cant say enough. Thank you !! Would definitely Recommend !!

It took more time that I was expecting to has the job done but at end it looks good. Everything was as they offered at the beginning.
